I went a few days ago and used the app to order and Chipotlane to pick up. When we went to eat it, all the food was at one end of the container and leaking. Like they stored it on its side. It ended up being more like slop. I drove by the next day mid-day, they were closed. So not sure what their hours are. I ordered again today. They made it right and they guy at the window was nice. No utensils or napkins in bag though so couldn't eat it on my way and had to stop elsewhere to get a fork. They don't seem busy when I'm there, so maybe take some time and do it right. read more

I have went to this chipotle 3 or 4 times now and every time I go. I always get a burrito with white rice and every time the rice is under cooked and crunchy. The portions keep getting smaller and smaller every time I go. It's really not worth your money or time especially for under cooked rice. The workers also aren't really that nice I tell them to have a good day when I leave and I just get ignored. Overall the vibe for this chipotle is not it and I wouldn't recommend coming here. As other reviews have stated this location is highly unreliable. Hours online are NOT accurate and change frequently. Walked in and they were out of chips, lettuce, and veggies. I have been to many chipotles and typically love this establishment. This location just doesn't match the rest. If you are in a pinch, CALL AHEAD! I work here; and for all of the customers that are disappointed with this place. Many of us are sorry, some of us have to try extra hard to even keep it afloat. If you want to blame anyone, please blame the management. They have been struggling for years to grasp what this place needs. Only three or four of us cannot control or manage the place alone. When a place has all negative and not one positive review, steer clear! I wish I could leave zero stars. This is by far the worst Chipotle with the worst staff I've ever attempted to order from. The website says the store is open until 10pm on Saturdays...we placed our order through the app before 9pm and got a 9:10pm pick-up time. When we went to pick our order up, the door was locked and the staff was cleaning. My husband showed his phone through the glass with our pick-up time thinking that maybe just the dining room was closed -nope! The staff looked at the phone and then just ignored my husband and continued cleaning. Did not say "ohh, sorry we're closed", "or sorry the app was wrong", nothing. Just completely ignored us while my husband knocked on the door to try to figure out what to do about our refund. I put a claim through the app and am still waiting for my refund but will def be disputing the charge with my credit card company as a next step. The staff is terrible and should all be fired. The experience we ended up having at the Dominos down the street felt luxurious compared to what we experienced at this Chipotle. Do yourself a favor, save your time and money. read more
