We stumbled on Luchador some years ago. It's well located on the main strip, White Mountain Hwy. The menu is simple - tacos and burritos, nachos, quesadilla or salads. The ingredients are fresh. The portions are generous. It is nothing fancy but worth the stop.

Essentially a less bougie Chipotle. I love the character here and the uniqueness. A great beng for you buck! It is a new go to for us here. Will definitely come back! Friendly service and kind workers. Amazing experience!!

They have some of the nicest staff! We stopped in for lunch. We have been before and It was pretty good last time too. I had a rice bowl which I thought was pretty good. Better than their rice bowl competition. The chicken was delicious. They do double portion on request. If you are hungry I would totally do It. The lime rice was yummy. And the food was fresh. The inside of the diner area was a bit to hot to sit in but there is seating outside. I think all the windows made It like a greenhouse in there. Bathroom a were clean and plenty of parking. We will be back.

Service was great and the food was delicious. I got the cowboy tacos and my husband got the Luchador burrito. Our server was happy and friendly and everything he made for us was perfection. Can't wait to go back!

All great stuff. Sampler of chicken, beef, and pork street tacos with a side of guacamole.

First time to experience this taco place. Simple, clean, and festive place. Outdoor seating appears to be available in warm weather seasons. We stayed indoors, because it was freezing and snowing outside. We tried a sampler basket of three different street tacos. Every ingredient was delicious. Chicken, beef, pork, guacamole, variety of salsa. Each basket included beans and rice (choice of black/pinto, and white/seasoned). A great value. Friendly service. Fun experience. Only thing needed to make this a perfect experience: beer. Looking forward to a return trip.

As a Texan visiting, verdict simply is "It's good but not great". We got: * kids tacos * Americano Burrito * Taco Sampler * Protein Fitness Bowl (+ Chipotle sauce) For a taco-fix, it'll do!

Gosh, I really love luchador tacos! Hubby and I were pretty hungry, and this place just totally hit the spot for a late lunch on our way to our hotel. The flavors are on point! My only beef is that the portion sizes aren't a hint larger. Service was quick and efficient, and the interior is very cute. Bathrooms were clean! A solid place to catch a quick bite to eat.

    Mostly eaten Cali Burrito

The best Cali Burrito I've had outside Cali! I'm really picky about my burritos having sampling many on nearly yearly trips to San Diego and the Cali here really stands up. The carne asada had the nice little pieces ladled with some tasty juiciness. The fries were the legit thin ones you get in San Diego and the pico was super fresh. The portion sizes were huge and the burritos were stuffed as big as they get without bursting. The 3 people working behind the counter were really kind and knowledgeable and very willing to customize the order. Additionally, we deal with nut allergies and this place is nut free! Totally recommend this hole in the wall to others in or around North Conway!

If you have $30 you want to get rid of and also need a quick cold snack then come to Luchador. The luchador burrito was fine, they're really skinny and the tacos were incredibly small, cold, and disappointing. This place is rated the best tacos in NH, well I don't really see any other taco places so yes there is no competition so story checks out. Service is fine, just kids working here and the decor is pretty cool so a couple of stars for that. Try it out!

It is located in Maine but was only around 15minutes away as Conway is at the border. The establishment is located in small town of Fryeburg and has plaza with some parking available. Place seemed pretty busy when we came but luckily we were able to be seated right-away. Inside is spacious and looks like a tavern with interesting mix of sports, arcade, hunting and seafood decorations. There is also live lobster in water tank. We ordered some raw bar with dozen oysters, dozen clams, and 1/2 lb shrimp. The oyster was good size and flavorful. Shrimp was large and great as well. Clam was a bit smaller and was not as good as the others. We also got some bang bang shrimp and 1lb boiled lobster. The bang bang shrimp was pretty good. Pretty much what i expected in terms of flavor. Boiled lobster was tasty. Nicely boiled and relatively easy to deshell. Overall the food was good. Service was good and the staff were attentive. Overall it's a solid place for seafood/Mexican fusions. They also do live music on Wednesday and do special offer for Mondays through Thursday i.e Oysters half off on Monday. Seems like a bar where locals come hang out and grab food and drinks. Price was definitely on higher side. With exception to Shrimps which were actually not too bad comparatively as they were 2.50 each or $25 for 1 lb.

I would be giving this a 1-star if it was purely based on the staff interaction alone. Tell me why the tween at the register closest to the entrance when we ordered a little after 10AM today is smiles for miles with me, but when my wife asks if they have lattes or flavored coffee, this girl gets short with her? Also we really need to drop calling women "ma'am." I have not met a woman that likes that. So when this tween says "no ma'am we don't" in an annoyed tone with her how do you think she took that? My wife is 26 for context- so why some girl that is probably only a few years younger thinks that is appropriate is beyond me- it even made her cry after the interaction. In all my years of customer service I have only called women "miss." So anyways- this girl was rude and she should learn that you have to treat all parties equally- man or woman, and let them ask questions without being rude. You are a cashier- that is part of the job. If the business cares to track this, I have attached a photo of the receipt for you so that you may tell this girl that sort of behavior, no matter how large or small the interaction, really put a damper on someone's day. Think before you speak.

Hardly any of their staples seem to be left, and the quality and service were less than :( we heard the table next to us talking about their disappointment to the changes as well. I had the Polka Sausage Party, which was only ok. The slaw wasn't fresh and left a weird after taste. Best thing on the plate were the fries. My partner had the Peaches and Scream Sliders- only came out with 2 sliders that weren't anything special. He was glad he'd ordered the wings in addition (an old favorite), but the Carolina bbq sauce tasted more like French's than anything else. Why change what was succeeding? The meal was too expensive for what we got. Bring back the empanadas, the Thai Peanut Chili, the Black Bean wrap! The old menu had the restaurant full everytime... we arrived at 530pm on a busy Thursday night in N.Conway, and were shocked about how empty the restaurant was... now we think we understand.
