But then any restaurant in the area that I could order a burger would have been moist and could get the same type of condiments to go with it. The fries were apparently cooked and ready when we ordered as they were cold. Very good but cold. The best part though were the pickles. I would ask for more of those to help with the dry burger. Instead of smashing the burger and then cooking it, they cooked and then smashed which the jouces ran out and helped with the over cooking that made it dry. 3 stars for the bean burger and pickles. Almost forgot the food truck outside that they own for fried chicken and had people waiting, did not open to serve them. Also workers parked their vehicles out front so customers cannot. Maybe they are hiding the dry burgers Staff just stared and no help. They tried to look busy but never did actually do anything which made us think food would be out quicker.
