They messed up my order I asked for the tacos but they gave me the kids tacos instead

There was no steak or corn, bowls were poorly made, poorly sanitary and had cross contamination in the taco. 0 meat was given aswell

If I could give this place a negative star review I would. Rude customer service, disgusting, dirty tables and constantly running out of ingredients hours before closing with no plans on restocking. I've contacted customer service multiples times about how terrible this location is and they don't seem to care. They comped us our first dissatisfied time, and the second they basically shrugged their shoulders. Walked in on a Friday at six with 7 kids working behind the counter, acting like no one had a clue where they were or who was supposed to do what. Girl that was making the burritos could have cared less about of allergy and walked away when we asked instead of trying to help. I don't know how this location hasn't been closed by either constant health code violations, or them hemorrhaging money for the little amount of people that go here. read more

Hey man, I don't know what you're expecting, it's a chipotle, and I like chipotle. I'm a reasonable man, so I'll take what meats they've got. Seems clean enough. This chipotle has been a lifeline for the past two years for me on my commute, few other options, and good god they've done me well. The customer service was bad. I got a burrito and only received one scoop of rice when i asked for another it was a problem for the girl working and would cost me extra when if you look it up chipotles serving standard is two scoops she then dropped half of my scoop of chicken on the floor and gave me probably only 7 pieces of chicken and when i asked for more again it would cost me when she dropped it on the floor she was making my burrito like it was coming out of her pocket and we had previous beef im currently visiting and this is my first time in there and this was a horrible experience i would never go back. On top of all that she couldnt even properly wrap my tiny burrito. The tables in there also look like they havent been cleaned since 2025. When I worked down the street around 5 years ago, this place was a frequent of mine. It was fresh, great employees, clean. I have no idea what has happened here. They didn't have half of the menu items recently, it's absolutely filthy with no tables cleaned even if every seat is empty, and the soda machine was broken the last time. Nasty. One word to describe this place. Have been a loyal customer for about 4 years now, and i do not recommend it one bit. First off, they are out of almost everything if you ever go past 6-7pm. Ice is non-existent at this location, and sometimes do not have key ingredients like guacamole, chicken, steak, white rice, etc. The staff here are extremely careless and rude. And they don't clean. In the picture I have provided they were stepping all over this garbage not even caring to pick it up. Completely unacceptable. Chipotle needs to do something about this location and their staff. Absolutely disgusting, they do not clean the tables and they do not take out the trash. It's always filled. Protein is either cold or chewy, and sometimes the rice has wayyyy too much cilantro. Don't even get me started on the online ordering either. 3/4 of the time the order is late, and past the promised time. My longest wait whilst waiting for an order was once 25 minutes past the time they gave me, it wasn't just me either. Other people were wasting their valuable time waiting for their food they ordered 30 minutes ago. When you order online, you're usually in a rush. Chipotle really has to do something about this. Also, countless times I've received wrong items in my order, such as brown rice instead of white, and pork instead of steak, when i do not eat pork. They didn't even ask me either, just threw it in my order. The only reason this chipotle gets business is because it's the only one around for most people, as the other closest one is about 30-40 minutes away from this location. read more

This location was once a great place to get a quick meal. Over the past 12-18 months it has pretty much become a waste of time. Every time that I decide to give them another chance, I am disappointed once again. This time I ordered a bowl through their app. It wasn't ready when promised, no big deal. When they finally did get it made, as in the past, several items were not available. No chips, no black beans, no corn salsa. Come on! I was there at 5:30 pm. You know, dinner time. Wouldn't you prepare for a dinner crowd and have ample supplies of the only foods that you serve? Every time that I've been there lately, they were out of something and no more was available. Can you imagine going to Five Guys and they tell you that they are out of burgers or fries? Ok so I was still hungry so I asked for a refund for the chips because they ran out. The app let me purchase them so just give me a refund for the chips and I'll be on my way with my chicken bowl. The "manager" said that because I ordered through the app, I have to call the special number that's on a sticker on the wall to get the refund. So now, I have to go out of my way to make a phone call, navigate their automated system, explain that the store wasn't prepared to serve the food that they serve and ask for the refund. I told them to keep their food and left the store. When I called customer service for my refund, the rep offered to give me a "free" bowl and chips on the app. Free? I never got what I ordered in the first place! After explaining that I'll likely never go to a Chipotle's again and that I just want a refund, he gave in and cancelled the charge. As a side note, I think that this location had all of their brooms and towels stolen. This store looks like it hasn't been swept and the tables not cleaned in days. The part that bothered me most was the food on the floor behind the counter where they are preparing food. It was a complete mess. This location definitely needs to be visited by corporate. I certainly hope that this is not their business model. Definitely not going back. Disappointed way too many times. read more

This place seems to have a good staff, but something is always broken, out of stock, not working or not cooked. The last 5 times I've been have been - no cards - no chicken - no change - no guacamole - no working tortilla press I don't know if it's management or ownership but I've never seen one location consistently have so many issues when they are always busy. read more

This is the absolute worst Chipotle and maybe even the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. The last 2 times we were there, it was well over an hour before closing, and they were out of several items and were not refilling. Yesterday, along with not having several items available, the soda machine was out of service, there were no forks, the clean napkins were scattered everywhere, and EVERY table was dirty and not just a few crumbs, but chunks of food. Ordered $20.41 of food. Husband was activating a phone elsewhere which delayed him by an hour (now 9:50pm). They had no record of an order being placed under anyone's name in the house, but they had the order to deduct $20.41 from my bank account. Server said there was nothing they could do. We just will have to be out the money. I don't think they wanted to take care of the customer because it was close to closing time. This store has gone to hell and needs better oversight.... For starters I have been a customer of chipotle for a long time and this experience has finally sent me over the edge. For a while now I have noticed a shrink and portions and no set price on my food even though I order the same thing every time the price fluctuates. But this last experience has made up my mind about this place. I ordered using the mobile app and when I get my food it wasn't what I ordered. I payed extra for chicken al pastor and I got regular chicken. On top of that the chicken was so burnt it tasted like I was liking the grill. When I asked for the person behind the register to re make it he said "that how the chicken comes if you don't like it oh well". Food is good, the amount of meat they give you honestly depends on the person which needs to be regulated better. Sometimes i receive a decent amount that is sufficient for my dinner sometimes I get one measly scoop of meat. The service and ambiance is fine, but every time I get a taco kit the tortillas are broken in half because the workers attempt to fold them in half. Every single time I come here or order food from here, there's something that prevents it from being a smooth process. My order at chipotle is always the same: veggie burrito, white rice, black beans, fajita veggies, fresh tomato salsa, corn, sour cream, cheese, guac (included). I promise you - every single time I come here or order from here, they "don't have veggies right now." Like there have been occasions where they didn't even have lettuce. I ordered from here yesterday and the veggies were missing from my veggie burrito so they wrapped up rice, guac, sour cream and beans. They should've just canceled the order and now I can't get a refund because I didn't take a photo...because apparently unwrapping your burrito and taking a photo of the inside is a totally normal thing to do. The floor is always full of food and the service area where you get your drinks is always dirty, and never any forks or napkins. manager seems to have an attitude of he doesn't care his way or the highway!
