It's true the wait times are long if it's busy, but that's where my complaints end. Produce is always fresh, service is friendly, and the menu is limited, which I think is one of its virtues. I'm gluten free and I can get either a GF bun or lettuce wrap, meat or Impossible or veggie burger. Fries are solid, shakes delicious. If you pre-order or prepare for a slightly longer wait, you won't be disappointed. Fast food is now incredibly expensive in addition to being heavily processed garbage. If I'm craving McDonald's, I'll go get that, but my cheeseburger was $9 and better than anything I've had in the area. I'm usually down to wait a little longer for a much higher quality product for around the same price.

The seasoned rice and curry flavors were tasty. It was a good portion and great for when you want something warm. We also got the braised pork belly lotus buns. The buns were soft but broke kind of easily. Also the pork belly was a little tough to chew and didn't melt in your mouth. Decent lotus bun for a fast food place but would probably opt for a different option. Overall service was quick and the place was generally empty and clean. I'd suggest trying it out, the fusion is pretty interesting.

I ordered two hot weiners and bowl of pastina. Pastina was great, you can't tell from the photo, but it's a little reddish (probably from tomato paste) which is different from how I grew up eating pastina, but no complaints. The meat sauce was very wet, almost gravy like, eastern PA style. It's not my favorite, but part of the fun of this hot dog hobby of mine is seeing how every place does their thing a little differently. I came in close to closing time and they were packing up the leftover soup for the employees to take home (they rotate their soup specials every other day), and gave me not one, but two pints of soup to take home, on the house! No wonder they've been in business over 100 years! Service was 5 stars before the free soup, would give 6 if I could.

I've been noticing I'm buying the same food at different times and getting charged different amounts . I finally figured it out today. McDonald's is now charging you a different amount for the same burger depending on the time of day you buy it. About a dollar more per burger. And most likely true about other items you buy as well. Today I went at 6:00 PM and bought something that was a different price than what I bought two days ago at 3:30 on my way home. I happen to have the receipt in my pocket and the guy said all the price must've changed, but the problem is I've been seeing this for a while that the price is different periodically and it's dynamic pricing. No, it's not a burger because you're buying it at 6 PM. It's just a screw you to your customers that you get the same burger for more price. Thanks McDonald's appreciate it. Now keep in mind it's not the employees fault. Don't take it out on them. They've been nothing but nice. Finally got to place my order and they were out of Cole slaw which is one of the reason I went there. I got a three piece with mashed potatoes. Food was okay at best. My son had no sauce for nugs or ketchup for fries. Went back up to ask for ketchup and nobody was at counter so another 3 minutes went past. Sounds like pettiness on my behalf on some of those but it was one thing after the next. Oh and the fountain Raspberry Iced Tea tasted like battery acid.
