We ordered 2 Chicken Francaise dinners, Shrimp and Scallop Scampi, Chicken Parmesan and a small cheese pizza! We all got salad withe the best homemade Bleu cheese and creamy Italian dressing! The homemade bread was served hot and crispy! Everything was fantastic! The portions are huge and the prices are so reasonable! 5 for dinner including apps, dinners and soft drinks was only $148.42 Left a $42.00 tip and left with enough food for two more dinners! read more

Wow! Plain and simple. Great food with no pretentiousness. Take simple food and just make it great. Portions are huge and good enough for left overs so don't be afraid to ask for to go bad. The staff are attentive and go out of their way to help you decide on the food. The place is clean and simple which is what you want. Nothing detracts from your enjoyment of the food. This was some of the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. I'm giving this two stars because it was edible and I didn't get sick after eating it. We ordered two pizzas (a Margherita and a sausage, mushroom, and olive) and a Caesar salad. We didn't even take a bit of the Margherita because it looked so unappetizing with giant chunks of totally unripe tomato on the pie. The sausage and mushroom wasn't much better. It was obvious they used canned mushrooms and they tasted just as bad as you'd expect. The sausage wasn't much better either. Out of four of us we each had one piece of pizza and threw the rest of the pizza in the compost. I've never thrown out a pizza before (especially one I hadn't even taken a bite from). Unfortunately the salad was just as bad and used some gloppy jug of dressing. Not sure who thinks this place has great pizza, but do yourself a favor and go to literally any other place for a better pizza. Dined here last week and all three people in our group went home with a rotavirus infection. Contaminated food, serving implements, or cutlery made us all violently sick for 24 hours. Possibly the chicken wings. Started to feel sick an hour after we left but the real pain started the next day, same symptoms for everyone and it's the only meal we had that day. Asked for some arrabbiata sauce for my chicken parmesan entree instead of the marinara - upcharge of $5. What?? I could have put some pepper flakes in their marinara and it would have been a better more flavorful, arrabbiata sauce. $1 or $2 I wouldn't say much about, but $5??? Highway robbery. This use to be my favorite spot, Dine in last couple days with my kids. Well we order medium pie half cheese and half pepperoni, the kids ordered chicken fingers with fries we asked the server if they can throw some buffalo sauce in the chicken fingers they said no. It's whatever no big deal, well the chicken fingers came out first, took 20 minutes for the pizza to come out. The server dropped the food and never came back! My son spill water and he asked for a refill of water I told him server will be back! Let me remind you he's 2 years old. I tried this place for take out and I gotta say I am hooked! The turkey BLT pita is delicious and those portions are really generous! The fries are good but not the best I've had. I also ordered a strawberry cheesecake that was just too good to be true. My friend ordered the portobello Panini and said she really enjoyed it. I have yet to dine in but have experienced great customer service every time I order for pick up. If you like great food and wine you will NoT like this place. It is next to where my friends live and they said it is OK and I went there tonight on the way home from them. I asked for a glass of wine and they brought me a little bottle of barefoot bubbly, which I consider the worst wine on the planet. The salad was OK. The salmon was bad (over cooked and the sauce wasn't good and the pasta (spagettie) was horrible. The service was fine, the atmosphere was very "diner" as a matter of fact.. the whole experience was like a diner but the food was not as good. I hate leaving a horrible review... and I actually should have given it 2 stars according to how I felt, but saying this: It is probably a Great place to come with your kids and have pizza. Went with 3 girlfriends of mine. We had a large pizza with meatballs and pepperoni, along with fried calamari and batter fried shrimp. Their portions are huge, and their food hit the spot. Girl on the phone says "order 88. 10 minutes." Bet. Walk in, and immediately get the "White pizza?" shoutout from phone girl. She tells me she can't handle chovies. "I can do salmon. But anchovies? I don't know. Never could." I explain I'm a salty dude. Grandma checks the pie, tapes the box. I pay and salute them for being one of the only pizza places in Kingston still open on a Sunday night when it's not even that late. Get home. Dive in. I must admit my opinion of this place has changed. I did go there last year for a take-out pizza. The girl behind the counter gypped me out of 3 bucks but I didn't realize it until I got home. So fast forward to this year when friends invited me there for dinner. I didn't see the thief. We had an excellent waitress. The food was hot and the pizza was excellent. The only problem we had was that the table was too small for everything we ordered. I will definitely return but I'll be double checking my receipt before I exit. I do have one suggestion. I sat at a back table. Please remove your cleaning products from the eating area. It wasn't too cool to eat next to your mop. Other than that it was great. read more

I've been going to this brick and mortar Mom & Pop restaurant now for 20 plus years, because it was located close to my office here in sunny...sometimes sunny Kingston but today 20 inches blanketed in snow with very low gray clouds...not so sunny. I haven't visited there in a bit but when my daughter came back from Firenze (Venice) she asked if we would get lunch there. The pizza is in a weird controversial column; it is not traditional and I'm not sure what the dough components are but I like it, swap that like for love. It isn't deep dish style Chicago nor is it any variant of NYC style it is absolutely unique but I guess it is a love or hate with some of my mates; if you are looking for something traditional that you are in the mood for, you may not find here but if you want a delicious HOT fresh personal pizza with a myriad of topping choices at a very, very good price give this spot a day in court. The owner/s/family I believe are Greek and the sandwiches here are enormous and EXTREMELY filling as well as are the their Garden Salads; I recommend the New Orleans Chicken Salad and Chicken Portobello Salad if you are sitting on the fence about trying the pizza, split a small personal pizza with friends and enjoy the salads. I also really fancy the their house-made salad dressing which I always have keep company to my personal pie decorated with black olives and red onions. At the end of the day the food is excellent, the service warm and attentive. All the other offerings are huge and you will probably require a box companion for your exit. read more

Another family dinner, another restaurant. We came here because momma was craving pizza. To say the least I am extremely disappointed. We ordered the garlic bread with cheese, two order of wings and a pizza (half pepperoni, half cheese). The garlic bread was decent. Although I love a heavy hand on the garlic so maybe that is why I loved it. The wings were dry and greasy. They needed the oil drained off of them. We asked if they had celery or carrots to go with the wings and were told they don't. The pizza was by far the worst. For $16 I would expect better. It really seemed pre frozen, although our waitress said it wasn't. Judging by the perfect circle, and cardboard piece under it (and the horrible pizza in general) I have my doubts. The drinks took forever to get refills on. The dirty plates we had to put on another table because we had no room and our waitress didn't take them. The only good thing I can say about this place is they had beautiful painting on the window... Oh and top it of with a glass of barefoot chardonnay is $4.25...
