The streets and avenues are, but none of the people or the businesses exist anymore. The inside doesn't seem to change much, same tables and chairs, and art work on the walls. There's table service, plenty of parking outside, when the weather is nice, you could sit out there under the overhang, and watch the world go by. My friend ordered what she always gets; sirloin with grilled asparagus and a salad. You would think that after the fifth time, in a row, she would would change her order. Considering they never get the steak medium rare until the third or 4th try. The waitresses are always very apologetic, she always tells them "you didn't cook the steak". All the servers know us already, we have been coming here for years. We tip on the pre-BOGO check. The waitstaff still does the same amount of work, even though we're only paying for one meal.
