I call and they say they can't do anything and if I can drive in to pick up the dressing and cranberries. So I say to myself ok "small business" it's a mistake don't worry I'll give them another shot. I was wrong. April 19th today I ordered a pasta dish. 2 seltzers, rice ball & a cranberry walnut salad. Again the salad has no dressing, the seltzers are missing and no rice ball. I call again now a-little more angry than last time. Request a refund. They tell me they can't do anything. To call the app and ask for a refund. I call the app to request a refund for the salad that has no dressing for a second time. And they only refund me for the missing dressing? Where they said they will give me a refund for the salad. Who eats salad without dressing? I do not recommend this place. I only recommend if you like eating dry salad without dressing.

Moving on to the beef patty, we all know these are pre-made, frozen, and pre-packaged, but this was definately old, freezer burned, and rock hard. Even my dog wouldn't eat it. Lastly, I should have known not to order the cannoli. It you can't reheat pre-packaged food, how would you know how to make an Italian dessert. Lesson Learned!

Now the panini the bread was well pressed and toasted, plus plenty of cheese, chicken and thousands island dressing, but fries on side, were a salt bomb, I mean they seasoned alright, but way too much salt on them, I had throw them out. Otherwise I mean great beside that. Now the Nutella knots, I loved those, knots cut in half and spooned on Nutella on them like little chocolate dough sliders with powdered sugar on top.

The shrimp were large(4), but not properly fried to create a sufficient crust to handle sauce...it was wet mush and the hero roll was meh, not fresh for a Friday night. At 5:45, only the owner's friends were there, empty dining room...meanwhile, I picked something up at Mountainview-packed ! Will stick to the occasional slice(s), as that was not a $14 hero value.

Asked around, got agreement to add sausage and eggplant toppings, plus we spiced it up (hot pepper, garlic, touch of pepper) before we left. Pizza: Thin crust, I could have eaten more than the 2.7 slices as we split the pie evenly among three people. Toppings are generous and taste great. Good sauce and the right balance with cheese. Baked ziti: Poor friends usually have this saved for next day. With me around, it wasn't gonna last. I indulged in this cheesy pasta goodness. Salad: OK, it's salad. We added balsamic vinagrette dressing but didn't check when we left and got a second French dressing instead. That's about the only flaw for Franco's, and that happens anywhere. Garlic bread came with some marinara. Drenched in sauce but still had a little crispness to it. If I wanted it extra crispy I could have pan-seared it, but at least it wasn't droopy. Calamari: Quite good. It had gotten a little cold by the time I was able to dive in, but if I ordered that fresh at the restaurant I bet it would be amazing hot out of the oven. For the short time I was inside, I looked around and it's a nice casual pizza joint, plenty of room to sit around, plenty of dine-ins, and a second room behind. So Franco's is a Walden joint I will recommend to all in town.

The bun was fresh and soft. Next time I'll ask for condiments on the burger. The Cesar Wrap was good, lots of Cesar dressing. The Fries are good. The Meat lovers Chicago slice was delicious. If you're into a deep dish style pizza this is a good one. The MVP was interesting, my first time having one. Love the Pesto, the Marinara was a bit sweet and the vodka sauce was good. I'll be back to sample more slices.
