I placed order in Fishkill for the Jersey Mike in Poughkeepsie by my house. I ordered 2 sandwiches. That's it no soda , that's it. Took at least 20 + minutes to get there. Four people behind the counter. Looked chaotic when I walked in. I looked for my order in pick up area. Not there. Guy in front asked my name said we'll be with you in a minute. Stood there for at least 10 minutes. Finally girl came over , asked my name , reached around back of counter and gives me my order. Really people? Get it together! I visited Poughkeepsie for the weekend and just had to stop by for a Philly cheesesteak! It was absolutely on point--the meat was incredibly flavorful, and the sandwich nailed all the right notes for me. The staff was also super friendly and welcoming. They let me place an order but when I went to go pick it up there was a sign on the door saying closed. I'm pissed off, it didn't say it on google or on the app that the store was closed. I had to contact Jersey Mike's just to make this right, but I'm never coming back here again. Seriously, go to one of the other locations. Last time I came, my sandwich I ordered from the app said 15 minutes, it took 45. Next time, it was 11 am, store says it opens at 10. My app order said ready at 11. I got there and the door was locked with about 4 people working, one customer in there. Then, they put a sign on the door that said open at 11:30. It's the brand new one in the plaza across from Marist college. Had the Philly Cheese original 1/2 it was really delicious. Soft and Hot really clean and neat. Staff seems a little young probably working on experience still. One of the staffers left his trash on the table after his break off to me maybe bring it up next staff meeting? Ordered for pick up at 6:50. Get to store at 7:15 to see a homemade sign on the door made with sandwich paper stating they close at 7. What? My order processed as normal because the store was supposed to be open until 9. The one employee came to the locked door because I was pointing at the order on my phone. He questioned how I was able to even order when they close at 7. I informed him his paper sign doesn't update the ordering system. They actually had my order on paper ticket receipts when he brought me inside to provide a refund. What on earth?!? So just disregard online orders because you decide to close early. Messed up. I cannot say enough good things about Jersey Mike's! I have one hour for lunch and I can leave my office and get to Jersey Mike's and back within an hour. Lucky for me I can eat when I get back to my office even though my lunch break is over! The Philly Cheesesteaks and the Mixed Italian subs are to die for!! Jersey Mike's Subs - Busy day at Jersey Mike's!! - Fast Food Near Me - Poughkeepsie, New York

My first ever visit to Jersey Mike's, got a mini Club Sub. The mini makes a fairly substantial sandwich for one person. I got the herbed Parm bread, but couldn't really distinguish it from a normal white roll. They didn't skimp on the meat, but nor did they pack it thick like a NYC deli would. I had to remind him that the Club included bacon and mayo. Fresh sliced, yes, but still the pasty colored, over-salted deli meat that you so often find that all tastes the same, whether turkey or ham. Boar's Head it's not. There may have been a second slicer somewher, but I only noticed them use one, so someone with a religious issue about combining dairy and meat is out of luck. Likewise someone with a dairy allergy...the cheese is sliced on the same machine as the meat, with not even a wipe in between. Not much on the choice of toppings, and it's mayo or nothing, unless you want your sandwich soaked in oil and vinegar, "Mike's Style." Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and hot or mild peppers. Except the banana peppers, which would have been my choice, were pickled....what is the point of offering a mild pepper if you are going to soak it in vinegar? Overall, a barely adequate sandwich for a not-too-inflated price. Not likely to bother again driving the extra couple of miles. read more

I love jersey mikes, but waiting 22 minutes for a sandwich when there are at least 6 employees from what I can see working is ridiculous. one employee was outside on the phone, one was in the back wrapping cookies with a hefty line forming...and people ordering hot sandwiches after I was already in line were getting taken care of before I ordered... 9 people in line should not be this difficult...especially when the sandwiches are cold...subway does it with 1 or 2 people... read more

You go to their web site and they won't let you see the Menu and Prices without ordering. I will not be patronizing Jersey Mike's.

Maybe it's because it's just open but the subs I bought today weren't anywhere near what I have come to expect from many visits to Jersey Mike's. We went early and I can't even imagine these unprepared staff people were going to make it through a lunch rush. At $18.50 for a giant sub there was very little meat and very over cooked bacon. Maybe they'll work the kinks out but I won't be rushing back any time soon. read more
