I made an account specifically to comment on how absolutely amazing the staff was to me tonight. At first, my order was wrong, but I noticed that there was a mixup between the mobile app and the mobile receipt. I went back and had a new order - and instead they completely remade my first one for me, and even gave me a couple coupons. They did NOT need to do any of that! I was totally fine just getting a new order, but they went above and beyond. Also, I swear this new quesadilla was literally made with love because it might be the best thing I've ever tasted. But EVERY time.........missing items, ask for no tomatoes and get extra, tonight they even messed up the soda. This was all my fault. With all of the good Mexican take-out joints around I choose Taco Bell for a quick but hideous lunch. All I wanted was a couple of hard shell tacos and a couple of soft tacos. The hard tacos were indeed hard and stale tasting. The soft tacos were softer than the hard tacos but not by much. Both suffered from the same interior deficits- the meat filling was absolutely dry. The sauce or whatever adds moisture to the meat slush was missing. The filling tasted like sand (not that it is ever award winning) and was worse than usual. I ordered my meal on the taco Bell app and went through the drive-through to pick it up. When I left the drive-through, I realized they forgot my quesadilla, so I went into tell them. there is no one at the counter and there is a line of customers waiting to pick up DoorDash orders. I had to sit there 10 minutes to finally get someone to come up to the counter. When I told him I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my quesadilla which was wrong so I went back in again and there's no one at the counter but I can hear the manager making fun of the DoorDash workers and saying they sounded ghetto and stuff like that. And then heard the manager calling one of the workers, a b*tch And the two of them started arguing. A manager, then proceeded to start calling the other employee, a little girl and other expletives the until the worker quit on the spot. after about another 10 minutes I finally got my quesadilla while some of the DoorDash people had to wait about 30 minutes just to pick up their order. The staff is very nice but girl, someone here got a heavy hand. I love to order their chips and cheese. The last 3 times I went there, the chips were so salty. I haven't been able to eat them. I get headaches. My blood pressure go to the sky. I swear it's like someone is just standing there pouring the salt on each chip. The 2nd I asked them to put no salt on the chips. My taco was low on lettuce and beef. My triple layer nacho was terrible. It was very low on cheese, beans and had 0 red sauce. The beans looked like they scraped the bottom of the pan. And gave me a teaspoon worth. The cheese looked like I was given only one teaspoon worth as well. Honestly, the employees need to pay attention. They screw up the order about 30% of the time and I HATE SOUR CREAM AND IT SAYS NO SOUR CREAM ON THE FRIGGIN RECEIPT SO DON'T PUT IT ON because it destroys the entire meal and I can't eat it and my kids won't either. I had gone in for a freeze because of happy hour and when i had got there it was 5:01 so i could not get the deal i also got two orders of mini chicken quesadillas and instead ended up with beef. Then had gotten an order of cheese fries and there had been barely any cheese in the little cup. This is probably my favorite Taco Bell around my area. I've only had one order get messed up and I've been going to this location for about 6 months now. Their new worker John Rivera is great. He's polite when he brings me my food, and hasn't messed up a single order. My beefy five layer burrito was wrapped perfectly and was hot upon receiving. Been here a few times. I order ahead of time via app and EVERY single time, the food is so horribly prepared and they always forget items. A basic soft shell taco looks like it was mainly just bean (paste) thrown into it and then it was smashed angrily to the point that there are more contents on the outside of the tortilla and on the paper wrapper rather than being contained on the inside. Ive also received lopsided, partially filled crunchwraps which were just quite sad. Ive also inquired to if certain items were in the bag, being told yes, and then to find out when i get home that they arent. Always check your food before you leave to make sure they get each item you paid for. I understand that its fast food and inexpensive but i dont expect my food to look like it got destroyed by a 2 year old. Ive been constantly ripped off by them forgetting items in my order which i get that it happens by mistake but when its every time, thats a red flag. Ive tried to contact customer service but thats almost impossible to be successful with. I'm also sure that the majority of the pot smell in their parking lot is from their employees as well. Ive seen employees still in uniform go out for break and just light up right next to the building. Do whatever youre going to do but at least step away from the establishment. What hell is wrong with this place ? Last week I stopped after class 9pm ,I dont know what made me after horrible experience of them never getting my order right numerous time , I stopped on Wednesday night. Well my Chalupa I ordered with no sour cream or any dairy products that came rock hard with no meat barely, maybe about a spoon full? And 10 pounds of lettuce . Also smothered I mean oozing out of the wrapping paper sour cream and shredded cheese after I asked the person at the window twice to make sure that there was no sour cream on it. Both Chalupa's had sour cream cheese and were rockhard. On top of that I asked for two sides of cheese sauce I pull up to the window OK I get my order of course I look in my bag there's one taco and no sauces so I wait a minute he opened up the window and asked what's missing I said basically half of my order my other taco and my two sides of cheese sauce. so he hands me another bag it had the taco and the two black containers that normally have cheese sauce in them while I get home the containers have diced tomatoes in them after I ordered cheese sauce and ask the guy at the window for the item that was missing from my bag so that's basically three times my order got messed up all in one drive-thru I really wish I got a picture of the food that I received I also wish that I video recorded the guy at the drive-through he looked at me like I had 10 heads when I told him that I was missing half of my order I paid eight dollars basically to receive one taco . I've had a mixed bag of experiences here. Last night I was here at 10:30 pm, and I'm writing this review because I think they need to hire more staff. I shouldn't have to wait 25 mins at a "fast-food" drive-thru just to get to the window. I don't think it's the workers fault; I think they were genuinely understaffed at this time. When I got to the drive thru they were super polite and apologized about the wait. The customer service is what saved this review from being a one star one. I didn't complain or anything I was my polite usual self, but they still felt bad and acknowledged the wait time. I really appreciated that. When I got my order I checked it before driving away because I'm a vegetarian and they've accidentally given me beef before, and there was no way I was waiting another 20 mins for the right food. I opened the first burrito and it was the right order it just had pieces of ground meat from someone else's order stuck to the outside! Gross! I couldn't eat that so I returned it, again they were super nice and understanding and made me feel a lot better while they made a fresh one. The whole experience took about 30 mins. I wish they would have given me a free Baja blast or something for waiting that long just to have pieces of someone else's food stuck to my burrito. It seems like it would've been the least the manager could do. I'm super disappointed by this experience. read more
