A big reason for this is that the drive thru menu does not work properly. It hasn't for years. When I go to McDonalds or any other fast food spot, my order pops up on the screen so I can see if there was anything from my order typed in wrong. Not here. You tell them what you want, and hope for the best. Tonight for example, I ordered a double whopper meal, no onion, add cheese. I also asked for onion rings instead of fries. The service was fine, but very quiet and a bit dull. The waiter didn't have much energy, almost like he was tired or not very engaged. The place itself also lacked atmosphere. The typical slow Mexican music was playing, nothing lively, and the restaurant just felt empty and without much energy. In the end, the food was good and the service was okay, but the overall vibe felt flat. It's the kind of place you're glad you tried once, but it doesn't really make you excited to come back.
