Typical Burger King food. The problem with this particular Burger King is that no one seems to care. If you utilize the drive thru, there's about a 75 percent chance you will open your bag when you get home, and the order will be messed up. A big reason for this is that the drive thru menu does not work properly. It hasn't for years. When I go to McDonalds or any other fast food spot, my order pops up on the screen so I can see if there was anything from my order typed in wrong. Not here. You tell them what you want, and hope for the best. Tonight for example, I ordered a double whopper meal, no onion, add cheese. I also asked for onion rings instead of fries. Got home and I had a single Whopper, no cheese, with onions. I also received fries instead of onion rings. They have a reputation for doing this. They are constantly running out of items and they are the last to get anything new. Even the new Whopper that BK has highly touted everywhere, took forever to get here. We stopped at Burger King because we were ready for lunch and wanted something fast. We have found that they are very efficient and we are backed on the road with only a little delay. This Burger King was friendly and had our order ready in short order. We ordered the junior whopper duo and meant to order the meal with drinks and fries. The person talking the other was happy to correct the mistake and we got our meal. It is perfect for the two of us when we are traveling. I stopped at Burger King today to get lunch and use their bathroom. I couldn't believe how clean it was!!! And! There was NO sharp's container like there is on 211 in Middletown. The girl who took my order was very nice and the manager who was on today was on top of the employees and right there working alongside them. I highly suggest this Burger King! read more

I went here tonight on one of the hottest evenings we've had , I really didn't want to cook on a night like this - so Burger King saved the day - we went to the drive thru- our adult son who has autism was so excited to get his food and he loved his strawberry slushy so much I let the lady know it's one of his favorites, she smiled kindly :) We try to limit take out to nights like this . I needed to order my hubby something so I parked and went in and it was nice, cool, very clean looking as usual but all the staff was happy and working in a fun way with each other , the lady who took my order was so sweet and as I was standing there waiting for my order to be done I couldn't help regard how nice the staff were being to each other & how lucky we are to have this BK so close to us.Everyone working were kind to the customers too :) the food always is as good as it can be, well packaged & a very good value !! read more

Food is done right and quick as well them always showing the best attitude and respect towards myself and other customers i seen that have encountered Cameron and Raymond!!! A very hangry Westfield State Women's soccer team stopped here 3 hours into our 6 hour bus ride from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania. Considering about 25-30 people came in at once, the workers handled it very positively and efficiently. I have never seen such speed from a fast-food establishment, especially for a group of this size. The team came back into the bus in good spirits and with full stomachs. read more

Stopped here for dinner on my way from Ulster Park, NY on the way to my hotel in Wilkes Barre in Pennsylvania. I ordered my normal double whopper with cheese low carb (no bun). The food came up - they served the burger to me with cold cheese lying on top of the burger - not even melted. I went to the burger king in Montgomery NY and the blonde manager was very rude. I asked for mayonnaise and bbq sauce and I looked in my bag and it wasn't there so I had to go in and ask for the sauce and the manager said it's In the bag and I said it wasn't in there and she had an attitude and said it should be in there and then said just give it to her to the other worker. She was rude and made everything more complicated than it was all she had to do was give me the sauce that she did forget.. This upset me and my order was made wrong as well. read more

I was actually very impressed with this branch. The bathrooms were very clean. The service was friendly and quick with the order. I got a chicken sandwich which was fresher than most other fast food chicken sandwiches I've had lately. If you are looking for a quick place to grab lunch this is a good bet. read more

I ordered a #5 meal. The fries were super hot and tasty but the burger was ice cold, the meat, the cheese and the bacon all COLD. When I told the cashier she looked at me like I was speaking something other than English so I asked for the manager who finally appeared from being outside on the phone for 15-20 minutes looking like a fat slob with dirty sloppy clothes. she never asked how she could help or make it better for me so I asked for my money back. Poor service/poor customer service/poor food and stupid employees who can't even make a damn hot burger. I went to McDonalds instead and had a wonderful hot meal and saved myself $3.00. I will never visit Burger King in Montgomery again. The manager should be fired and the workers need to be trained on how to make a customers food. We decided to come here for early morning breakfast. There were no cars. The drive thru attendant very friendly for the morning and we did not wait long for our breakfast to come out. We decided to park and eat before we got back on the road. Breakfast croissants were made perfectly and hash browns too. Which I have to say McDonald's is across the street and had a long line which is why we were led to dine at burger king. My husband and I were not mad about that decision. We will definitely be back if ever in this area for breakfast. Best part it is conveniently located right off highway exit. So it is easy to get off, grab a bite and get back on the road! Friendly cashiers, awesome morning customer service and surprisingly yummy breakfast sandwiches! Lots of parking too! read more
