RAW BACON WAS SERVED TO ME...CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE TO MAKE SURE ITS COOKED. I placed a mobile order for a baconator double, medium fries and a natural lemonade. Upon picking up my order in the drive through @ 4:00 pm on 12/31/2025 I asked for 1 packet of honey mustard and the very snippy girl at the drive thru window was like" you need to pay for the honey mustard if you want it". I told her that" it's ridiculous to ask me to pay for honey mustard on $15 order". She was like "oh well I'm not giving it to you if you don't pay". She rolled her eyes at me when I asked for ketchup packets. Upon opening my baconator I observe red that the bacon was not even cooked, you can clearly see its still raw which is unacceptable, I do not need to get sick because the employees at this location want to be negligent; this is the last time I order from this Wendy's. read more

Okay so I'm pretty sure I am the only person on Yelp reviewing Wendy's but with there new breakfast menu coming out I had to try it- especially when they offer there honey chicken biscuit for free. So as the stars show this breakfast is definitely mediocre, nothing close to the Popeyes chicken sandwich hype. Both the sandwich and home fries were cold. Which I don't understand because there was literally no other customer in the store when when we came. The chicken sandwich tasted like it was a Jimmy Deans frozen breakfast sandwich. It wasn't terrible but not worth paying $3.50 each, especially when you are competing with business like Chick-fil-A! If you are going to serve just a plain chicken biscuit with honey smothered all over it, at least use real tasting chicken all the honey slather on it in the world couldn't take a way the "fake-nesss" of this chicken. The home fries despite being cold was surprisingly good and they should honestly serve these fries instead of there usual ones! I wanted to try the frost-chino while I was there but I some how got charged twice for my order with the sandwich and fries and they couldn't figure out why, so I just decided to not complicate things more by adding a drink. All in all, if I was on a road trip and I was desperately hungry for breakfast I would stop by Chick-fil-A if there was not Chick-fil-A around I would THINK about stopping at Wendy's but definitely only for there home fries!!! read more

I have never written a review of this location as over the years its been hit or miss when it came to the food and the service. But the last three or four times I have gone through the drive thru and gotten food it has been fantastic. Most recently I placed an order via the mobile app and while it took them a little longer to locate my order and get it ready - my order came out exact (except they forgot napkins) and everything was piping hot, fresh and just as I had requested. Lately their burgers, baked potatoes, chicken nuggets and salads have been amazing. And the servers have been more than friendly. Keep up the great work - can't wait to go back soon! read more

BUT, we have our old friend Ulcer D who has to chime in with her typical berating 1-star review. If I have the story straight, her husband is allergic to gluten. Yet, he still decides to visit a fast food establishment. Not once, but twice. As you know, smart reader, any and all burger joints are DRIPPING in gluten. You would have to be an absolute idiot to expect not to get a smattering of gluten on any order you placed. IMO, gluten allergies are for complete wussies anyways...toughen up and you can eat anything. Uuli goes on to berate the hardworking staff for doing their job. And by the way, telling insulting jokes about asshole customers IS part of their job. Just curious, what do you think you're accomplishing in life, UTI? Badmouthing a Wendy's that's nowhere near where you live. We've all been to Wendy's 1000 times in our life and know what we're getting ourselves into. It's a little smaller than most Wendy's. Driving into the parking lot or drive thru can be a little difficult, it's at a sharp right angle with traffic coming up behind you. Otherwise, it's a Wendy's. read more

So this is the only Wendy's between New Windsor and Newburgh and the New Windsor Wendy's is even worse. This is a brand new building I guess, and I don't know how long it's been here but it must be newish because there is always a line for the drive-thru that goes out to 300/Union. You would think that was because business is so busy but in fact it's the speed of service. The staff is incredibly slow both inside and through the drive-thru. I didn't want to leave my car blocking traffic on the road so I parked in the parking lot only to find out there were about seven people inside waiting to place their order. I watched as three of those seven people confused the cashier or the person prepping the food. Also there were some kind of flies or gnats all over the partition between the cashier and myself, and the menu on the wall didn't even have the first half of the combos... Ironically the staff was incredibly nice even though they were slow and having problems with the register so that was a plus. But I took off another star because after getting into my car I looked in the bag only to find out that they have forgotten part of the order and had to go back in and wait for it. Honestly try Taco Bell across the street...it has no lines and probably less problems. read more

A group of girls and I stopped here early one morning on the way to a hike as a last bathroom stop and the dining area wasn't open yet but one of the staff was very nice and let us use the bathroom anyway. If I could give it lower I would. Long wait pull up to the window 5 people are working the station around the window. Get the frosty it's melted and warm. No spoon. Large fry has half the box missing and the missing half isn't just in the bag. Wrong food not worth going back and waiting another 20 minutes for it to get fixed. Lights on the sign for ordering are out I don't believe the lights are broken I just think no one knows how to turn them on. read more

Awful!!! We had to stop here while working in the area and My husband stopped here twice. He is allergic to gluten and when he ordered his bun less burger the FIRST time they were a bit confused but he sort of walked them through it and said he can't have his meat touch them bun and ALICIA couldn't figure the order out on the computer so a manager helped her place the order. The manager got impatient with him and was annoyed asking if he wanted a lettuce wrap instead he said ok. They didn't give the lettuce wrap. He ended up going a few days later bc he was in a rush and it was again Alicia and she was just as perplexed about the no bun order. He was standing there and the person assembling them tray said "no bun, what is that" and some girl with 2 tongue rings and unkept hair told him it's "for very fat people who are trying to lose weight or skinny people who are into trendy bullshit". Now he's standing there wishing he can have a damn bun and they are mocking him and on top of it never even gave him the drink he ordered. So incredibly rude and disturbing. read more

Went today to try out a breakfast sandwich since i had a BOGO coupon, Went to go inside but the restaurant dining room opens at 9 a.m. and it was 8:45. The clerk Blanca at the drive thru was very friendly and enthusiastic. The order was fine and the sandwich was good but I was still hungry. After we finished our sandwiches in the parking lot, we went across the street to Taco Bell and got a breakfast burrito also. Two breakfast burritos at TB without a coupon was $2.78. BOGO with coupon at Wendy's $3.56. They need to lower the price of biscuit sandwich or make it larger. read more

This Wendy's on rt 300 by the Newburgh mall is very busy during lunch hours, but the staff is always pleasant and accommodating, and your food comes out quickly. I only go there sometimes for lunch and just get a salad. read more

My Wendy's experience was truly phenomenal. From the chic decor to the excellent food quality it has been a dream start to finish. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. But the meal, oh the meal is what really made me beam with excitement. I chose the 4 for $4 which is an economically smart move, and I was not disappointed. The burger was as fresh as a daisy. The fries, crisp and golden. And last but not least, the chicken nuggets were so tender. Wendy's does not disappoint and this is why I've been a customer for 69 years.
