Overall the staff is great except this one old lady who ask extra personal questions worrying another why i order what i order or telling me how I looked coming in earlier. I go to this Chipotle several times a year since it's located right next to the hotel I stay at and it's easy just to walk over. Today says it will most likely be my last at this location. The portions are comically small, I always order a "2 point" bowl and what I received was in all honesty, about half of both rice and chicken that I get at any other location. I hate seeing that this Chipotle has such a low score. I literally come to this location once a week. I have never been disappointed. The food is always fresh and stocked quickly. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. They give good portions. I get 3 scoops of rice ,and have never been questioned. The store is clean and inviting. I have given this place too many chances. I wanted this store to do well, but their customer service is just terrible. Every time we have been in the store things just never work out correctly. The staff seems I'll-equipped or lacking in training. Feels very cold and corporate. Lately the app won't allow you to add rewards. When expressing this to the store manager was met with ideas like call corporate. No problem solving skills at all. This is where it's evident that They don't really run a business like a business should be run in the customer service department. I will no longer try. I hope others, with bad experiences, do the same, I will let people in Hixson know what we think. Never had an issue with this location until I did a online order. They stuffed this bowl with rice and half a normal portion size of chicken. It's unfortunate because you can't really check a bowl when you do mobile order and pick up at the window. Truly disappointed especially because of how expensive this place is. I will never use the mobile app to order. I'd rather watch them make it. Never had an issue this way. Customer service is no help. They'll just say sorry and we'll let them know. Looking at reviews tells me they don't really care to hear from corporate that they should do a bit better. read more

The restaurant was nasty. The tables had been washed off with dirty water that had not been wringed out and it had dried on the table. Food was dried up in the serving area. Beans were stuck to the bottom of the container. Chicken was dried up. Many of the containers were almost empty. This is only my third visit to Chipotle. I went to the one on Gunbarrel a couple of weeks after it opened. Same thing, it was dirty. Tried it again, same thing. Your commercials always look so good but I haven't found that restaurant yet. My wife and I stopped in at 5pm for dinner. Walked to to counter to consider our food selection. The entire food prep area was a disgusting mess. Food everywhere, spilled over to other food items. No attempt to clean up spills or make prep area presentable. We decided not to take a risk for food illness. Told employee about our displeasure and we were leaving. Her reply, we have been short handed since covid!! Terrible excuse. No pride in their work or the ability to run a restaurant. Top this off, they weren't even busy and the girl we expressed our displeasure to, advised the other employee to ignore our comments as we made our way to the door. We ordered our meal on the app and with the kids meals we ordered no beans and most stores give double rice, but since there is no option to request double rice on the app you never know until you pick up your order. We only got single servings of rice and no substitute for the beans. For the burrito bowl, the rice was not fully cooked, the meat was over cooked, and the food was cold. We also paid for a side of chips, which we didn't get, and they did not give us any chips with the kids meals. read more

I went into this store today and the employees were not friendly at all. No one acknowledged us so we had to wait until this lady was done wiping the counter and washing her hands before we were acknowledged and I'm sure I saw at least three other people working. We went in about 8:30pm so they weren't due to close for about another two and half hours. I felt like the lady was intentionally giving me small serving sizes. She would put some chicken on the spoon and dump half it back in the container. Then when it came to the shredded cheese she picked a small amount and even put half of that back in the container. They didn't have any onions and peppers or corn. She was acting as if I was wasting her time or something while I was trying to make a meal out of the limited options. I then asked for a military discount and she said they don't currently have one and I let her know that I had been in two other times and showed my idea and was giving a discount. All she said was sorry. After I arrived home which I only live about 5 to 8 mins away my food was very cold. I mean the beans and chicken were like they had just taken them out of the refrigerator or they had been sitting there for quite some time. Now I'm sure that food goes in the trash at the end of the night but the serving she gave made us feel like they were trying to make sure they didn't have to make anything else before close of business. I wish I had gotten her name because she need more training because she made us very uncomfortable and made us feel like we never want to go back to that Chipotle ever again. read more

The service at this chipotle is 10/10 we had a couple of problems with our pickup orders but we talked to Adam the manager and he fixed our problems immediately. We go here to eat every tuesday and Adam takes great care of our orders. Would recommend this restaurant to everyone. read more
