I have eaten here for years. I get the fettuccine Alfredo is delicious. Looking forward to coming…read moreback soon.

Certainly an unusual place for a restaurant but handy for local business in the area. If you care…read moreat all about our environment this is NOT the place to eat. Everything is throw away. EVERYTHING styrofoam and plastic. Sad to say we were very disappointed. Only options are the food bar. Nothing Greek nor Italian on the bar other than some seasonings added to the food. The food is NOT prepared there, it's brought in turkey sized aluminum pans and then put into the pans in the hot bar. Again, there are styrofoam plates and bowls, no tray to carry your plate on. Plastic forks, spoons, knives. The drinks are expensive, $2.50 each. The fried chicken was good but the salisbury steak is mystery meat, formed patties purchased frozen and gravy covered to mask the 'meat'. There is so much SALT on the greens we couldn't eat them. The mash potatoes were cold and so loaded with seasonings that it overwhelmed any potato taste. The sweet potatoes were cold, creamed and not bad but we like hot food hot. There was a dish with gravy, chicken and a topping of salty crumbled topping that left us wondering what they intended it to be. The green beans were okay but again way too much salt. The prepackaged rolls were okay for prepacked rolls. The salad bar. The lettuce was so wet it was disgusting. It is prepacked and just dumped onto the other lettuce. The other items were the things you expect on a salad bar, cheese, olives, pickled okra etc. All salad bar ingredients were good except the lettuce. We won't return unless there are many better reviews after our visit on March 5th. I do not know how long this 'restaurant' has been open. It is not anything like the Portofino's in East Ridge that we absolutely do enjoy. It was a disappointment eating at the 'homestyle' restaurant.

Community Pie in downtown Chattanooga is a frequent stop for me. I go pretty much anytime I'm in…read moreChattanooga, which is often. It's one of those places that's consistently good and easy to keep coming back to. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable. They have a patio area that's not fully outside, but the windows open completely when the weather is nice which makes it feel really open and airy. I actually had my rehearsal dinner here, and the staff was absolutely amazing and so accommodating throughout the whole process. Food-wise, I love, love, love their Italian chopped salad. The dressing is so good and it's something I end up ordering every time. They also offer pizza by the slice, which I like because they always have specific slices available plus a rotating "home slice" each day, they're also pretty generous size wise. The slices are good, but ordering a full pizza is definitely better because it comes out fresh. Another thing I really like is the adult fried cheese appetizer, which is basically like a spicy pepperoni and cheese egg roll and it's really good. Parking is typical for downtown. There's street parking or a lot across the street. Most of it is paid parking except for nights and Sundays. Overall this is one of my go-to spots in Chattanooga and somewhere I always recommend when people ask where to eat downtown.

I got a little Italy. It was the most saltiest pizza I've ever had in my entire life. It was not edible. Disappointing
