the most disappointing chipotle experience i have ever had. i am college student, when i splurge and buy myself dinner i expect it to be good. it was not. they did not even melt my friends quesadilla, it was literally a taco shell and shredded cheese. i paid $2.50 for a half full cup of quac- that's ridiculous. it was the skimpiest chipotle i have ever been too. the employees clearly do not care. we came in an hour before close and they seemed offended. there were not lids out for the cups, and we had to ask several times for those cups in the first place. pov crying in hershey. thanks for nothing. do not go here, taco bell would have done it better. read more

DIRTY; restrooms were filthy, they hadn't been cleaned for days. Food was dried out, old oil was used for chips and tables were covered with food from previous patrons. Trash cans were overflowing and the Resturant had three tables that were occupied by patrons. Two managers walked around and did nothing to address these issues. Avoid!!!!!! I'd give a 0 if possible. Went when they first opened in the morning. I usually go to the one on Rt. 22 and get a bowl. They always fill it up. I come to the Hershey one and my bowl isn't even half filled. I ask for rice and lettuce and it doesn't even cover the bottom of the bowl. These are your cheapest items, fill the bowl with this and cut back on your meat. But no, I have the rice Nazi apparently. The lettuce is at the beginning of the line so my burrito bowl has lettuce on the bottom of the bowl that's stuck and won't come out. So I have a quarter of a burrito bowl for $8. If it wasn't next to Hershey park they would be closed in no time. It's sad and I refuse to ever go to this one again despite it being the closest one to my work. Good job Chipotle! read more

Not understanding these bad reviews. We came at 9pm and ordered everything to go. They even put all the toppings on the side for my hubby which is something they don't do in NYC. He even tried the carnitas and the chorizo before picking a protein. They were still grilling veggies since the veggies were empty despite closing in an hour. The place was clean, employees courteous and extra helpful. We had NO problems. I was scared by these reviews but am glad I decided to go anyway. Some of you just can't be satisfied. Have YET to have a bad Chipotle experience. (Hope I never do) They just "get it". The line moves fast, they use the best ingredients, (and if they can't, OFF the menu it comes!) They do a pretty decent job of training their staff, and I LOVE their app. Order ahead, walk in and GO STRAIGHT TO THE FRONT OF THE LONG LINE. Why EVERYONE doesn't order online, is beyond me........ First time eating here and it was not great but not bad. Asked for salsa for our chips and when indicated the mild was our option we received tomatoes. That's not salsa to me! The staff were very friendly and checked on us twice during our short time there. When I informed the 2nd staff that our salsa was not salsa he offered to bring me some of the tomato juice out of the container our "salsa" came from, I declined. Whenever I go inside to order, my experience is great. I always get exactly what I want and it's perfect. However, I often use the mobile ordering app(at least once a week) and almost every time I have to wait at least 10-20 mins after my order was already supposed to be ready for them to get it out to me. Also about half the time some part of my order is messed up. I don't mind waiting a few minutes once in a while for them to get my mobile order together, but it's really frustrating that it's always a really long wait. Good food and delicious vegetarian options, but the line often wraps around the store, and you may wait as long as 30 minutes. If I wanted to wait in line that long for something, I would have gone to Hershey park! I say only go in non-peak hours, and don't go if you're already starving. read more

We came for lunch yesterday. We ordered two bowls and a burrito. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. I haven't been to many Chipotle's but I noticed that the "medium" salsa was pretty strong, next time I will get the mild. This Chipotle location is so slow. There's always a line a mile long and 20 people working (yes, I'm exaggerating, but they have more than enough staff to keep it running smoothly and quickly). Ordered a mobile order today 30 minutes before the pick-up time. Arrived on-time and waited 20 minutes. Asked the girl making to go orders and she told me that it would "be awhile" because there were 19 orders ahead of mine! I was now almost an hour past the time I ordered. She told me to get in line and I'd get it faster. She could/would not issue a refund. I waited 20 minutes in-line. There were 42 people in the building waiting for mobile orders, some were for Door Dash and worried they'd get bad reviews because of the time. There were boxes of supplies all over the restaurant, making social distancing impossible. When I finally got my food, it was mediocre at best. The guac had a "tinny" taste to it so I couldn't eat it. I haven't felt well all afternoon. People are on their lunch break and can't wait an hour for a mobile order placed 30 minutes prior! I had a similar experience last year, except I waited an hour in line while they took all the mobile orders ahead of customers and there was 7 people in line. I reached out to the manager, but never heard back. They clearly can't handle the volume of mobile orders and need to change their model of service delivery! read more

I love chipotle but was very disappointed in this location! There were a lot of employees behind the counter but this didn't help service at all. They were out of fruit for the kids meals and then didn't put the chips in instead. They were also also out of coke and Coke Zero. I always go to chipotle. However this will be the last time I think I eat there. This time I went, they gave me chicken and when I sat down to eat. Smh, it went down hill. I didn't ask for onions or peppers and somehow there was plenty of them in mine. Then I took a bite of the chicken and it was straight up spoiled. It grossed me out so bad I couldn't even finish my food. I ordered chips to look in the bag and find there was soggy chips every bite. I was so disappointed that I wasted $20 here. I can hold of went somewhere else. Lately I feel like all of the chipotles have been rushing their meat to cook and I feel like they are so stingy depending on what you order. I used to love going to chipotle at least once a week. They will be lucky if I even take my business to them again. I'm going to have to find a new spot now. Hopefully chipotle goes back to how they were about 2 years ago when not a lot of people went and they took their time cooking the food. I am honestly so incredibly disappointed​ in this location. I used to come here all the time but as of lately, the staff is just horrid and the food isn't​ far off from disgusting as well. Today I stepped into this location in hopes of having a quick and easy experience. However, that's​ not even close to what I​ got. There weren't that many people in line, but the staff was moving at an insanely slow speed. By the time it was​ my turn, I asked for one burrito bowl and one burrito. To start, I was given attitude when I​ asked for extra rice and beans, which I would've​ never thought would be such a problem. Then I asked for the hot salsa, which they proceeded to tell me they were completely out of and had absolutely none left, which seemed odd to me. Moving on, I asked them specifically to only put guacamole in the burrito and NOT the burrito bowl (which was mine) because I​ am extremely allergic to avocados, to which he proceeded to put guacamole on the burrito bowl and NOT the burrito. I was frustrated because he had already taken so long to put these burritos together, but I​ needed to have him remake the bowl, so I​ chose to go to the back of the line so I​ didn't affect anyone else's​ experience while ordering their food. The wait was again very long for what seemed like no apparent​ reason. Anyways, as soon as it was my turn again to remake my burrito bowl, I​ noticed that they had just freshly replaced the salsa that the person making my burritos had said was "completely out." So again, very frustrating. Not to mention, the person at the register was showing signs of not knowing what she was doing at all. I had watched her give another customers order to the wrong person and then become completely confused as soon as the customer who wanted her order came to the register to find out that her order was given away. This store is so entirely unorganized and the staff is unfriendly and not to mention the food really wasn't​ that good. By the time I had received​ my food, it was cold and didn't​ taste right at all and the tortilla that I​ had asked for on the side was ripped in half. The worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Sometimes they have decent people working, but most of the time they do not. Also, if a guy is going to have long shaggy hair, they should get it cut if it's not long enough to pull up. A hat just won't cut it if your hair is down. Also, I saw the guy I am talking about get interviewed for the job when I ate there previously...I watched him grab lemons from the drink station, put the lemons back, and he proceeded to put his hands all over the utensils! I was genuinely worried! You made a choice to work with food. Now fix your hair and look presentable and clean. Food is the same, but expect to sit somewhere that is not clean. They do not clean that much. Can't use a lunch rush or lots of tourists coming in constantly as an excuse. Staff enough people to clean. I work in the food industry and I have seen a better system.
