We went through the drive-thru last night 9/20/26 around 10 PM and couldn't tell you how bad the experience was. After we ordered we sat in the line only 2 cars in front of us from the window for over 15-20 minutes. After finally receiving the food, our fries were burnt and cold and not salted. The burgers were cold and still pink in the middle and Frostys melted. I had a biggie bag with Jr. bacon cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, fries, and a frosty. Cashier waited until all of my friends and me listed our whole order, asked whether it was for here or to go (in a bag either way), and then said "wait what was your order". 5 person line took 15 minutes because the cashier was also helping make each order which is on management for understaffing, but he legit wouldn't take the next order until the previous' was conpletely finished. This is probably by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Dinner time and there's never any potatoes, but they don't tell you that until AFTER you've already ordered and paid for mobile orders. If they don't have potatoes, remove it from the menu! Also ordered a frosty and they handed me a cup of melted frosty. When I went to say something to the manager at the window, his response was "I'm just the manager I didn't touch it". So be a manager and do your job by apologizing or making it right somehow. I pulled up to the speaker, and the person in front of me had their order taken. I pulled up, and nothing was said. No "Sorry we're closed" or "We'll be right with you in a moment"! Echoing much of what has been said about the drive thru wait time here. I'm pretty sure this is the longest I've waited on a drive thru line ever. I've always thought the Panera drive thru wait times were the worst, but this was pretty bad when there wasn't that many cars in front of me. Being the 5th car in queue, you normally wouldn't think it would mean over half hour until you get your food. I've been on longer lines at Chick-fil-a and been out faster. Once my car reached the ordering screen I had to wait to order and also was told they were out of potatoes. It seems like they have a man (or woman) power issue. Having said that, it was after 11pm at night when I hoped on the line and other options were pretty bare. The food was surprisingly, actually pretty good. The nuggets were not over fried and the burgers had a nice flavor. Specifically the onions on the burger were a larger dice, which isn't what I'm used to at Wendy's but it worked. So although it wasn't the best experience, I might go back if I'm starving after Hershey Park. Hopefully the wait won't be as long next time. read more

absolutely horrible. i go here often because I work close, and it is always horrible no matter the day or time. They are not time efficient, and they never give me the correct food (or sometimes give me what I ordered at all). Today I went thru the drive thru and they forgot my water and my potato. No problem, that's fine. I went inside to get them, I got my water and the potato, but when I got back to work and checked, I had a DRY potato with only chives on it. No sour cream. I guess like most out of towners who come to Hershey "in season" more than likely you're heading to The Park. Of course at some point you gotsta eat. For us we do our best to not eat at The Park for obvious reasons ($$$) and the area by The Park is not exactly a culinary hot spot especially later at night around closing time. With that in mind coming here is all about location, location, location. I swear this Wendy's was built just to tread water financially when The Park is not open because damn does this place get packed when it is open. We left about 30 minutes before HP closed on a Sunday. Maybe there were six cars in the drive thru line with a dozen people in line inside. After waffling on that one I opted to stay in the drive thru line although I'm not sure I made the right choice. From the time we hit the ordering queue until we got greased it was around fifteen to twenty minutes. I kept thinking to myself, this is fast food, right? Out of apples, out of chili, sandwiches on hard stale buns and massively backed up on fries which is what we were told was causing the PIA delay. I'm not going to comment on how the food tasted because come on, it's a Wendy's. Although worth noting is that the fries we had to wait for were the weak link as they were lukewarm and overly salted. Blech! To keep it simple I'll end with this. You could do worse then coming her after a nice long day at The Park, but honestly I'm not sure how. read more

This one constantly messes up orders shorts you food you paid for and literally takes FOREVER to get food. Note the average wait time in their drive through line is ~30 min even on off times. Worst customer service ever! Drive through charged us for an extra item and then didn't give it to us. The girl taking our order started talking to us then went silent. Didn't come back on for a minute then said "yeah, say that again"? Fries were cold!! I don't think they were even cooked. Very crowded in the evening. Several times we were not even able to get into the parking lot. This is mostly from patrons leaving Hershey park. We find that the food is only marginal. Mostly because they are picking it out at such a fast pace. You can definitely find better places to eat read more
