I pulled up to the speaker, and the person in front of me had their order taken. I pulled up, and nothing was said. No "Sorry we're closed" or "We'll be right with you in a moment"! The only thing I heard FAR AWAY in the background was "...Hell no, idiot." Completely unprofessional! So.. long story short, do not go here. I got there in the drive thru around 8:45 PM and left at 9:30 with no food. yes, they took that long. We had ordered two cheese burgers and a nugget. There was hairs in one of the cheeseburgers! We took it back and got a new one, just to find that there was more hair in the replacement!! absolutely horrible. i go here often because I work close, and it is always horrible no matter the day or time. They are not time efficient, and they never give me the correct food (or sometimes give me what I ordered at all). Today I went thru the drive thru and they forgot my water and my potato. No problem, that's fine. I went inside to get them, I got my water and the potato, but when I got back to work and checked, I had a DRY potato with only chives on it. No sour cream. Echoing much of what has been said about the drive thru wait time here. I'm pretty sure this is the longest I've waited on a drive thru line ever. I've always thought the Panera drive thru wait times were the worst, but this was pretty bad when there wasn't that many cars in front of me. Being the 5th car in queue, you normally wouldn't think it would mean over half hour until you get your food. I've been on longer lines at Chick-fil-a and been out faster. Once my car reached the ordering screen I had to wait to order and also was told they were out of potatoes. It seems like they have a man (or woman) power issue. Having said that, it was after 11pm at night when I hoped on the line and other options were pretty bare. The food was surprisingly, actually pretty good. The nuggets were not over fried and the burgers had a nice flavor. Specifically the onions on the burger were a larger dice, which isn't what I'm used to at Wendy's but it worked. So although it wasn't the best experience, I might go back if I'm starving after Hershey Park. Hopefully the wait won't be as long next time. read more

If you want Wendy's drive down HersheyPark drive about two mines and you will find a MUCH better location. This one constantly messes up orders shorts you food you paid for and literally takes FOREVER to get food. Note the average wait time in their drive through line is ~30 min even on off times. This store never has enough help and is just constantly slow regardless if you order online or in person. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more

Worst customer service ever! Drive through charged us for an extra item and then didn't give it to us. The girl taking our order started talking to us then went silent. Didn't come back on for a minute then said "yeah, say that again"? Fries were cold!! I don't think they were even cooked. We had to get back in the drive through which took 20 minutes (4 cars in front of us) bc the front entrance just closed. This place needs new management and training for their employees. I guess like most out of towners who come to Hershey "in season" more than likely you're heading to The Park. Of course at some point you gotsta eat. For us we do our best to not eat at The Park for obvious reasons ($$$) and the area by The Park is not exactly a culinary hot spot especially later at night around closing time. With that in mind coming here is all about location, location, location. I swear this Wendy's was built just to tread water financially when The Park is not open because damn does this place get packed when it is open. We left about 30 minutes before HP closed on a Sunday. Maybe there were six cars in the drive thru line with a dozen people in line inside. After waffling on that one I opted to stay in the drive thru line although I'm not sure I made the right choice. From the time we hit the ordering queue until we got greased it was around fifteen to twenty minutes. I kept thinking to myself, this is fast food, right? Out of apples, out of chili, sandwiches on hard stale buns and massively backed up on fries which is what we were told was causing the PIA delay. I'm not going to comment on how the food tasted because come on, it's a Wendy's. Although worth noting is that the fries we had to wait for were the weak link as they were lukewarm and overly salted. Blech! To keep it simple I'll end with this. You could do worse then coming her after a nice long day at The Park, but honestly I'm not sure how. read more

Very crowded in the evening. Several times we were not even able to get into the parking lot. This is mostly from patrons leaving Hershey park. We find that the food is only marginal. Mostly because they are picking it out at such a fast pace. You can definitely find better places to eat read more

Disgusting! The employees did not wear gloves and was grabbing the nuggets with bare hands. They were cursing in the kitchen. My family and I went to this location last night and found out after a half hour of waiting in line that there wasn't anymore food. The manager told us that they were out of inventory. Was openly complaining about customers and the food was cold and soggy. Extremely slow inside and drive thru. They were not even that busy just very slow to fill orders and appeared to be very short on staff

We were on the road the whole morning, and needed to stop somewhere to eat without spending an arm and a leg. We saw Wendy's. Since this is one of those restaurants that we stop by on a rare occasion, we decided to dine here. Here we go. We went in during lunchtime on Saturday and the line wasn't very long. The person who took our order had an "ok" attitude. We didn't wait too long for our order to come through. Once we got everything, we proceeded to take a seat. My family and I shared a Strawberry Fields Chicken Salad. This consisted of strawberries, blue cheese pieces, mini strips of bacon, sunflower seeds, and lettuce. Of course we can't forget about the sliced chicken breast that was placed on top for the patron to mix-in. Now this was freshness at it's finest. My mom had the Home-Style Chicken Sandwich, which was topped off with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. She liked it. My dad and I had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The only difference between this and the other sandwich was that it contained a favorable blend of spices and seasoning that resulted in a spicy taste sensation. It was good, and not overwhelmingly spicy! I ordered a small combo to go along with my sandwich. My small fries tasted fresh and the sea salt enhanced the taste. This was satisfying. I also got to use the Coca Cola Freestyle Machine for my small soda. I was able to create a mix of Vanilla Coke, Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper, and Vanilla Root Beer. That tasted great; you should try this mix sometime. :P I take away two stars because of the restrooms. They were filthy, and it looked like the ants on the floor were having a dance party. Overall, this location is okay. It serves the purpose of serving fast food to the hungry patrons. But those restrooms really need to be cleaned up! read more

OMG! When Hershey Park closes at 10 PM, everybody heads out for much-needed food. We, too, followed the masses (and thus the massive lines at the drive thru and eat-in.). Got the usual suspects - a vew dollar-value menu items, a chicken sandwich for the kiddo. A boring side salad for me (Soggy lettuce and 2 tiny tomatoes and carrots. Whoopie!). At 10:30 PM (and thoroughly sick of park food) it was a needed stop. Friendly teen-aged cashiers - but they were overwhelmed by the swarm. read more
