Neato Burrito and I go way back, like 22 years? Wow. I can say they are super consistent even after all this time. Still love my cowboy crunch burrito and it's still exactly the same as the early 2000's...except for the price. Right around $11-12 depending on tortillas and toppings. Better value than a couple of my other favorites. Service is always pretty quick and the workers pleasant. The restaurant has not received an update since they moved to this location, but it really doesn't need it. Still looks pristine and is always kept super clean. I'd go five stars if they had some more protein selections but remember what I said about their consistency! Same as it ever was.

Solid place for a quick meal. Their quality is very consistent. Lots of options to make a totally customized mega burrito. Meats look like they are roasted in-house. I usually order their shredded buffalo chicken. I recommend getting it grilled at the end of the line. Neato Burrito is super clean and the employees are super attentive.

I definitely have a love hate relationship with Neato. Neato has been around since I can remember and has many locations around the central PA area. When I was younger I hated Neato. The building wasn't well lit and service was awful. They have make major improvements in the best years and now I don't distaste friends when they want to visit here. I saw another Yelpers review and comment about the lack of meat they give you. They definitely aren't piling it on like chipotle would BUT they have a few key menu items that chipotle doesn't either. 1 being the sour cream, jalapeño and feta cheese topping. Which obviously is amazing! But from my understanding cheese is an extra .75. Love hate relationship Less meat = hate Cucumbers = love Sour cream sauce stuff = love Pay more for cheese (a basic need) = hate

This was my first visit...I heard so many great things, so I was excited. It was the VP's birthday at work, and he wanted Neato. My job is in Hummelstown, so I shoot for the location on Paxton Street next to Cafe Fresco. I started calling since they opened at 11 am but only got a busy signal. I thought they were busy so I decided to pop up. Low and behold as I approach, I seen the smallest sign ever stating they were experiencing electrical issues. I got in my car and drove to Lemoyne still sold on the idea that it would be all worth it. Plus, it wasn't about me we had a birthday to celebrate. I ordered a bowl which was just ok. In my opinion it was bland, a small portion for the price and about time I opened the container a small puddle of juice had formed on the bottom lol. I was not impressed, I had better burrito bowls, so the standard was already set. One thing I can say about the Lemoyne location is it's really cute inside. They have pretty cool decor and plenty of booths for large groups. Go try them out you might like them better. Have fun!

This will be my last time ordering from this store. Obviously there's no thought process when it comes to putting the food together. There's an option for extra sour cream and I know for a fact I did not click that but I did not expect to get a half a cup of sour cream or Half a cup of guacamole. If you don't have Spanish rice then take it off the menu and inform people that you don't have it.

Overview: Local Chipotle-style restaurant featuring various burritos, bowls, and salads. Food: Neato Burrito is SO good and in many ways, I prefer it to Chipotle. They have great meat choices and a nice variety of salsas. I particularly love to get a burrito bowl, which is very reasonably priced and full of food. The meat is also very well seasoned and never dry. And guacamole is only $1 extra! Recommend: Burrito bowl with beef! Atmosphere: This Neato Burrito is probably my favorite location. It's nice and open, with plenty of seating and always very clean. Service: I have always had excellent and exceptionally fast service.

Honestly one of my fave spots in the 717 - I always get the cowboy crunch burrito. The staff is friendly and I love the quirky decor.

The restaurant itself had a few tables, a frozen ice cream box, video chance games, a huge rack of phone cards and several pictures decorating the walls. Most of the pictures depicted scenes from mexico, such as poncho villa, zapata, rural life, cows, etc... one of the walls was covered in mirrors and had a sombrero hanging on it. They have standard tacos at 2.50 apiece, chicken, beef or pork. We tried several of them. There was also a Torta for 8.50 that was pretty decent. There was some type of hot sauce (Valentina brand) here that that we put on it made it significantly better. The helado de fresa or strawberry ice cream ($1.50) balanced it out. We also had the Bistek Ranchero: it came with 6 yellow corn tortillas, onions, cilantro, beans, rice & lots of beef, mixed with red pepper. That cost 14.00 pretty decent if you ask me. What makes this place stand out in my opinion is the " tostada ceviche de camaron " or lime marinaded seafood salad on a deep fried corn tortilla. This item is occasionally also available at competitors but not nearly as good. 5 Stars, incredible food!

One thing that immediately caught my attention was the décor. Our table featured beautiful images representing Mexican heritage, and although I didn't get a chance to take a picture, the chairs also had some very nice carved details that added to the atmosphere. After ordering our drinks, everyone decided on lunch. My wife ordered the Taquitos along with a side of cheese dip, I had the Perfect Portion Taco, and our friends shared the Carnitas Platter. While waiting for our meals, we enjoyed the complimentary warm chips and fresh salsa. The chips were nice and warm, and the salsa had excellent flavor. When our meals arrived, everything looked fresh and appetizing. We all enjoyed our food, and everyone left satisfied with their meal. Overall, we had a very pleasant lunch. The friendly service, welcoming atmosphere, and good food made for an enjoyable experience. Before we even left, we were already saying that the next time we're in town, we'll have to stop back for another meal. If you're looking for a good Mexican restaurant in the area, El Rancho is definitely worth a visit.

I will still remember the time that I was so excited and felt a bliss of the taste of their Birria tacos as well as many of their signature dishes, such as the yucca and chicharron. However, if this were to be true, it's such a shame that a place like this would take so much advantage on people like that, specifically their employees. Fortunately, there are definitely other places that now do birria tacos as well as been noted for bringing authentic Mexican cuisine in the Harrisburg area (some even cheaper and taste better than this place). But until they get their act together, I cannot support a place that does not support other people.

Let me just start off by saying the place itself is beautiful, antiqueish like but also gave me Mexican culture to the max. Which I loved. I visited Mexico before so it definitely was nice to see that. Everyone from the host to our server were so nice and friendly. We loved our server, he kept us laughing and was great with his attentiveness to the table. The menu offers a lot! Lol from traditional plates to vegetarian options. I wanted to try something different so I picked the San Jose burrito. A burrito stuffed with chicken, rice, chorizo, beans and topped with a jalapeño cheese sauce.. it was beyond what I expected. It was so flavorful! Loved every bite lol if you come here, I highly recommend. Hubby got the Tacos Del Mar which came with three tacos. 1- shrimp, 1- fried fish & 1-seared fish. His plate came with rice too. Which I think is great for the price and the portion they give you. We also order table side guacamole because you always need to have some gua when you're at Mexican restaurant right?!?!! Lol. Everything was absolutely delicious. Friendly staff , very nice spot. The restaurant has a fun atmosphere with Mexican theme and fun celebrations if it's somebody's birthday. Our waitress was super sweet. She accidentally put in an order for one taco instead of three but immediately went to fix her mistake. I had the Horchata, which was yummy and all of my friends had house or mango margaritas. They were a good size and they all enjoyed it! If you're craving for Mexican, this is a good place to be. And they have many TVs around if you also want to find a spot to watch the games.

The parking lot is empty (not unusual for this time of day) and we're the only customers. Upon entering, the hostess/waitress seemed annoyed we came in, based on her demeanor. I had a sense to walk right out before being seated but I'm starving, so let's see what happens... Not many places charge for a basket of chips and salsa, but here they do ($3.99). I can't recall if that was the case last few times I was here. They were crispy and I did really enjoy the red salsa. I ordered two quesabirria tacos and one chicken taco since they were only available à la cart. The wife got two shrimp tacos. Mine came with a side of consommé that was mostly water and lacked flavor. I had to add salt to the tacos since they needed flavor that the consommé wasn't providing. The salsa Verde that came on the chicken was medium spicy and had a nice kick to it. It actually made me sweat, but in a good way. We ate pretty quickly because I just wasn't feeling a good vibe inside the restaurant. I asked for the check and presented my coupon. While getting checked out at the register, I asked for change for a $20 (for a cash tip) in the form of a 10 and two fives and was presented a 10 a five and five ones. I did not want the one dollar bills because I had several in my pocket already. Again, this waitress either just didn't care or I don't know wtf her problem was. No positive energy at all and left me wondering "why?" Your customers are your livelihood, treat them nicely and they'll keep coming back for more...
