My favorite restaurant in Central PA hands down. I actually go through withdraws when I am away at school and don't get my Cowboy Crunch Fix. Speaking of that... The perfect burrito that has ever been created lives here. The Cowboy crunch starts off with a tortilla ( id recommend the jalapeno cheese) and then Cajun chicken, re-fried beans, rice, and barbecue sauce. Cheese is then added and melted on top. The typical toppings added on after that are lettuce, tomatoes, ranch, and crushed up tortilla chips. The burrito is then grilled to perfection and served. If you wanna add pico, verde, or their jalapeno feta salsa on top go for it. The atmosphere there is like hipsters paradise. Depending on your location you could either have records hanging on one wall and a giant buffalo head mounted on the next wall; or be sitting at a table that has a grass pattern printed on the table. You can also find some pretty cool less popular sodas. The employees are as strange as the decorations in the store, but I've never had a bad encounter with one. They always seem nice and give me advise on what I should get. Overall cant say anything bad about Neato at all. If you wanna send your tastebuds on a trip to flavortown and branch off from the typical chipotle burrito (I still love chipotle too) get a cowboy crunch and enjoy. read more

Neato Burrito is pretty unique to the Harrisburg/Camp Hill area of PA it's a family owned chain that offers a great blend of unique large Burritos that are stuffed with great tasting ingredients! The places we visited in Lemoyne are always very clean and the staff are always pleasant and willing to answer your questions on the ingredients of your choice. I do recommend the Cowboy Crunch or the Gringo Authentico. Whatever you choose I think you will find their food delicious. read more

The Cowboy Crunch is the real star of the show here, followed by my second favorite, "For Those About to Rock, We Cilantro". I don't see the need to try any other flavors besides those, though that doesn't seem to stop me. It's a fair portion, it's delicious, and the ingredients are quality. There's nothing too crazy about this place's food. The bowl was solid but not packed with flavor (probably a more traditional-style way of cooking the chicken) and they have a good amount of things to throw in it. I don't love the pickled jalapenos and thought it was kinda funny that they would crumble chips on top. The ambiance is fun. From the outside, there's an intricate layer of graffiti that is draped over the entrance and the inside has a nice and clean industrial feel to it. For all of the lack of solid options in the area for a quick bite that isn't fast food, this might be one of your best bets. read more

Not for me, it's like subway for burritos is the best way I can describe it. It's super expensive but if money isn't an issue for you and you like to experiment with making a 5 pound burrito then you might like this place as I have met many who do and many who don't so I guess it's worth checking out for yourself. as far as the service went, it was overwhelming and I felt rushed but to be absolutely fair it was busy at the time. also you can't miss the place just look for the giant graffiti billboard of a building. read more

The food quality is very good but I struggle getting full portions of ingredients. Sometimes my burrito ends up looking more like an an egg roll. My burrito tech recently commented they were going to charge me for extra rice after I asked for more when most of the rice was still stuck in the scoop. read more

Horrible customer service. I picked up my burrito and when I got home it literally had nothing on it except for chicken with literally a FEW tomatoes. I had paid for xtra cheese, pico de Gallo, and onions. So I called the restaurant and spoke with a manager named Heather who told me I was lying and I could bring my burrito in to show her but other than that there is nothing she can do. Absolute worst food let alone Mexican I have ever had. Got two cowboy crunches, chips and guac, and two sodas. Nothing was fresh, the guac was dark brown throughout, soda was flat. This is a neat little restaurant. The nice part is that you get to have control over what gets tucked into your tortilla of choice. This New Cumberland location gets the prize for the best physical location of all of the Neato's. The other one's are small and are often filled to capacity at meal times so good luck getting a table. I do have a few complaints. 1) A lot of their food is lacking in spice - which might be a result of being in central PA where many people like their food to be mild and polite; 2) some of their staff have that smug "I'm too envio-artsy-liberal-retrohippy for the room" attitude that just makes some of us want to say "get over yourself"; 3) there's often a huge line at peak times which makes it a poor option if you have a limited amount of time for lunch; and 4) see item 1 - it really needs a kick other than from a bottle of hot sauce. read more

A classic burrito used to be a staple in my diet at one time. I was excited to see Neato advertise a classic mission-style burrito. Growing up near San Francisco, my expectations were probably unreasonably high. I ordered the burrito of the day, which was a gringo authentico which had marinated flank steak. In my mind that means carne asada. I guess there is no grill here because it tasted more like dry roasted beef. It also included black beans and cilantro lime rice which I'm not opposed to but the rice was very limey and the whole thing lacked moisture. It did have their IPO (everyday salsa) but that was either absorbedby the rice or dry steak. That may have also contributed to the limeiness. I didn't taste any heat at all. Overall, you can tell that the ingredients were high quality, it just lacked the authenticity and taste of a Mission Burrito. I'm not sure if I'd put down $10 for another one. read more

Went in here for lunch with coworkers. Anyway this place was awesome the food was great and they even offer complimentary water. We ordered 5 burritos I highly recommend them.We chose the beef pork and chicken options and it was delicious pulled tender beef not the cheap ground beef taco meat and the portion was definitely more than enough and it was only 8.75 per burrito! We were lucky and got seating but it did fill up rather quickly as we were leaving . Try them out you will not regret it and for 8.75 it's worth the chance :) read more

Every other week, usually on a Wednesday night, I have a craving for a Cowboy Crunch burrito from Neato Burrito. It's conveniently located within walking distance from my bungalow and in all honesty that is one of the main reasons I frequent this store in particular. It is definitely my least favorite of the three locations I've visited, but still serves a relatively consistent brick of a burrito, and the Cowboy Crunch burrito is a simmering pile of nom nom deliciousness with just the right amount of kick (with a jalapeno cheese tortilla). Sadly, the times I stray from the Cowboy Crunch formula, I am usually not well-rewarded. Creating my own mess from the options available usually ends in blandness as the ingredients lack spice and flavor. It also makes me mess my pants as the burritos usually drip with juices or spontaneously combust. Also, every now and then there's an "off-day" and I chomp into a few grains of uncooked rice, which feels exactly like losing a tooth. Cowboy Crunch = AWESOME! Everything else = eh... read more

I'm happy to say that I have never had a bad experience at Neato, especially at the New Cumberland location (still my favorite one). The "made-to-order" style of menu is awesome for those looking to experiment with their burritos. It's one way to ensure never having a dull, run-of-the-mill burrito. I try to mix it up and try something different every time I'm there. A lot of people have their favorite "go to" combinations, and of course the famed Cowboy Crunch is a must, but my advice is to mix it up, try different sauces and combinations. Got a Cowboy Crunch after everyone I talked to recommended it. It tasted really good. I am not a big meat eater so it did not concern me as much but the center of the large and thick burrito had maybe 1/2 to 1 cup if that of meat. The rest was rice. I thought it was more than enough for one eating as I saved 1/4th for later and others with me ate a slice. Was told the burritos are larger than what ours were. Would eat there again. A child's beef burrito was super filled with meat. The children's chicken burrito was also skimpy on meat. A regular beef burrito was very slim on meat. My husband who likes more meat than other things (Subway) would have preferred less beans and rice and more MEAT! read more

I was first introduced to Neato Burrito back in 2005 and I am so glad that I was! I call it the "Subway" of burritos, as the burritos are made to order the way you like it. In all the years I have been going, the only item I ever order is the Cowboy Crunch with sour cream instead of Ranch dressing. (Best burrito I have ever had!) The employees are always so enthusiastic to serve you. The atmosphere is very welcoming. I have never had a bad experience at this location. And you will not leave hungry because the burritos are over a pound. For your convenience, you can fax in your order and then pick it up. Not a social butterfly? They allow you to fill out what you want on a blue card and they'll make your burrito. My only complaint is that the parking lot fills up quickly during lunch. Be prepared to walk if the surrounding businesses are busy. Other than that, I would highly recommend you try out Neato Burrito! read more

Love this place, love the food. This location is the coolest of the branches, very hip place. The food is customize to your taste, they have a Salsa of the day and it's different depending on the day of the week. Their website lists the info. http://neatoburrito.com/. I love the jalapeo feta, so those are the days I tend to go out. All locations have the same food quality which I love. I have eaten at 3 of the 4. New Cumberland is the best decor however in my opinion. Portions are huge, unless you are a hefty eater plan on leftovers, or at least being extremely stuffed. You can also fax in orders using the fax form on their website, great for pick-up orders when you have a bit of a drive. This is a must try this place at least once if nothing more for the awesome dcor, but the food totally ROCKS! read more

This was great local restaurant. It reminds me of a hipster chipotle. What I like most was all the choices for tortillas they had (spinach, tomato, wheat to name a few).
