Chipotle now has a do your own Chipotle take home bar. Do yourself a favor and forget you ever knew that. We thought we would try it. It says feeds 4-6 people. Maybe if all these people were on a diet. We were only able to get 4 bowls about half the size if you ordered each bowl separately out of the kit. Don't believe the picture, the rice was only maybe half full, as were the black beans. We all were afraid to take more than a couple tablespoons full thinking we would run out before all of us got any. It was supposed to come with Pico, salsa and sour cream. They gave us 2 pico and 1 salsa. Not sure why there was not any sour cream or they thought we wouldn't notice. I ordered on line just before 4;00 for a 5:00 pick up and arrived at 5:05 and they hadn't even started it yet. He just threw it together and it was a huge disappointment. Do your self a huge favor and not even try this disastrous attempt at creating something so simple and screwing it up so bad. It would have been cheaper to order each items separately and got enough to fill us up. The only good thing about this experience was we had plenty of room to go get ice cream afterwards. Follow up: Look at all the redponses they give. They give a canned response, but the address they give you defaults to multiple choices, but they all default you back to their website. I don't normally go to the chipotle that's in Henderson on Lake Mead because the customer service is always so bad ,but I decided today that while I was on my lunch break to go in and order some food I walked in about 2:20pm after waiting in line for a few minutes. They made an announcement that it would be 15 minutes for more Steak. I thought OK I'll just sit down and wait. I have an hour lunch. I'm sitting there with a couple other customers that are waiting for Steak. One of the people behind the counter says hey what are you guys waiting on? We all said Steak just then a very tall white woman walked up and said we don't have steak. We're not gonna have steak we have no marinade so we're not gonna have Steak just as rude as possible?? Maybe next time you could say hey I'm terribly sorry we have a problem. We don't have any steak. Maybe explain yourself better instead of yelling from over-the-counter and being so incredibly rude. I can see by your reviews. It's never gotten better there. Why doesn't a DM or regional reach out and find out what the problem is in that store With customer service being your priority second why aren't you ordering the supplies? Honestly, I don't know why this place has such a poor rating. I've been here twice in the last year or so, which I know, isn't a lot, but the last time I was here, I was very much impressed. I came during lunch on a Monday and though it was a bit busy, it did not take long. The woman behind the counter absolutely loaded my burrito bowl up and everything tasted fresh and delicious. I love how they have different Tabasco hot sauces on the side for you to use, with my favorite being the chipotle one as it adds a nice smokiness. If I had one gripe, it would be that the woman behind the counter put WAY too much sour cream in my burrito bowl. That's something I've noticed from a Chipotle in summerlin as well though, so I don't know if that's just a coincidence or their modus operandi. read more

This is the second time at this location. The first time, the worker forgot to put sour cream and cheese and put some on top of the lettuce which made it go all over the place. Okay. I took it as him having a bad day. Second time was two days ago. The worker looked odd, maybe under the influence. The rice was rock hard, and when there was no sour cream left, I had to tell him to get a refill. When I got the bowl, the chicken was cold and full of fat. Even after taking off the fat, I ate some of the chicken. I had food poisoning the following day. It was likely the chicken. I ordered today, Saturday afternoon after I got an email for a deal on the app. This review is for an app order- pick up in store. They had a really good deal in the app so I got me and my bestie a bowl & a burrito. I'm not eating meat right now so I decided to try to sofritas burrito. It was AMAZING!! Honestly so much better than real meat with the seasoned sofritas and veggie peppers . And it was stuffffffeddddd with fresh goodness. (Get the salad dressing on the side to add! It's so so good) I arrived a few minutes before my pick up time, and I was kindly greeted at the pick up area and it was already ready. And let me tell you!! These staff members here don't like each other and it SHOWS. I've been a regular at this Chipotle because it's the closest location to me, and I've noticed a few recurring issues over the past few months that I feel compelled to mention. First, the atmosphere among the staff is pretty tense. It often feels like they don't get along, and that negative energy is noticeable to customers. Management really needs to address this to improve the overall experience. Secondly, portion sizes have been a letdown. For the price--often $15 to $20 per meal--you'd expect a full, generous scoop of ingredients. Instead, it sometimes feels like they're skimping, giving half scoops and then taking some back, which just doesn't make sense. Lastly, the quality of the meat is disappointing! There's often an excessive amount of fat left on the chicken & steak, making them unappetizing and, frankly, not worth the price. In summary, this Chipotle has potential, but these issues definitely need attention to make it a place worth returning to. read more

Tonight's visit it was chips. I always get the Veggie bowl, so I'm supposed to get the guac for free. However, I never get guac here because it's always brown. Something just doesn't sit right to me about eating brown guac. Yet again, tonight the guac was brown, no surprise there! When I brought it to the staff's attention, I was told it was brown because it was in the refrigerator. Ummm... NO, I don't agree with that unless it was previously made and not fresh. Best burrito bowl I had from chipotle in a long time this location is the best 10/10 !

This is a tough review to write because they have recently gotten better but this chipotle needs some help. The employees are friendly and fairly quick although they seem to have new people working every time I go. I would recommend going when they are in the swing of lunch/dinner rush because they seem to hesitate to make fresh stuff when it's not busy. You can often find yourself not being able to get certain ingredients because they are cooking or out of it. All in all they are getting better I just hope they keep it up. read more

I have been here many times. The service is very fast and accurate. I have never had an issue with my food. It's always tasty and fresh. The lobby is kept super clean and very welcoming. With a staff that works this hard its crazy to think that they can't get tipped. The only way to tip them is with cash? Why has this company not updated their electronic payment system to allow tips on the card? This doesn't seem like an employer that actually cares about their employees. Who carries cash theses days? It's a shame to see an entire crew go home with less than $5 in tips TO SPLIT between them all. 5 star employees but a 1 star company!!! read more

This location needs the health department make a visit . What a pig sty more food slopped on the counter and floor , if the food needs to be at a certain temp , they have failed at this location , meats were cold, barely warm . And when you mention to staff that the sloppiness is a real turn off, they will just ignore the comment. Never see the same employees and the worked place seems very stressed. Where do I start? This place is a complete crap hole. Walked in and there is a line with 4 people in front of me. 2 guest in the whole restaurant dining in. As I was waiting in line with no progress... I observed just about every table filthy with people that ate there prior and left... totally disgusting. As I continued to stand in line... I was watching the people in front of me ordering... I notice the guy taking and preparing orders wearing his plastic gloves... but one problem!!! At this point...I'm standing in line 15 min. Barely any progress... I'm asking myself... how the heck and why the heck would I eat here... a high potential chance of catching some type of Hep virus. The health dept would for sure shut this place down in a hot minute by filthiness alone. The food prep area looked like a toddler had a food fight. The employees are slow, unsure, and look untrained. This place is sexist. When I order they pack it full, but when my girlfriend orders they give her half of the portion they gave me and then charge her if she ask for more. We tried placing a to go order on the app and the one with my name was packed, but the one with her name was less than half the size. But if we both use male names they are both packed full. this is my FAVORITE chipotle and the only one i ever go to. today , they were really really understaffed and there was one young man pretty much running the whole show. If you want Chipotle, make the drive to a different location. Our office orders from here from time to time and something always goes wrong. The other day my coworker and I placed orders for pickup. We arrived and spent 25 min in the pickup line before we decided to go in. One of us goes in while the other waits in the pickup drive through. We learned that their system was down so they had to take all the pickup orders manually because they weren't getting the tickets. While this wasn't a huge deal, there was no communication with anyone. The workers at the window took 25 min per car and the workers at the counter inside were avoiding talking to people. After 45 min I tried chatting online for a refund and the online system would not get me to a live person and disconnected me. I decided to go in because I had to go back to work and could not wait. After 5 minutes I finally was able to get an employee to look at me and talk to me. I asked if I could get a refund because I had to go back to work. They said no. They told me I needed to go online since it is an online order. I told them it wasn't working to which they replied I would have to try again. I asked if I could just get a gift card in the amount of the food I ordered ($16). They said no. So I had to leave with no food and no refund. I will not be going back to this location. read more

The guy making it touched EVERY SURFACE I could see without changing gloves. Someone's going to get sick! Every time I come here it's just TERRIBLE customer service or they are SO slow! They are advertising their chicken Al pastor meal but yet they are completely out of bell peppers! I usually do a chicken bowl with VERY limited ingredients. They didn't have bell peppers so I asked for just a small half a scoop of guacamole. However, I was charged an additional $2.75 for a chicken bowl that didn't have much to begin with in it as well as the slight added guacamole. Such BS!!! I didn't even ask or nor get beans or cheese just some limited toppings to it. They should at least let you know that no matter what the guacamole is extra! Just such a rip off every time. Why do I even bother? It's my fault and this will be the last time I ever come here! Whoever the black woman is working the grill is the bitchiest manager ever. Has such attitude. When you're out of food, pay first, & have to wait for it to be made (for 40 mins btw) you'd think she'd have more grace about a paying customer having to wait on them. Talk about consistent incompetence I wish they'd open up another location. This one is the worst one I've ever been to It's just so close to home. I wish so much they'd change over the years.
