Recently moved to the area and have been to this location 3 times in the past month. Each time something has been off. First time got 2 piece with Mac and cheese, Mac was cold and mushy. Second time got a chicken bowl no pico and no beans... Had beans and pico and the chicken was hard and dry. This last time I went i got another chicken bowl and it was soupy. I tried to mix everything hoping it would thicken bit it did not. I remembered to take a picture this time but I will not be returning to this location. read more

Very disappointing experience at this El Pollo Loco location. I stopped by after work to get something to eat, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was unacceptable. The tables were dirty, the floor was extremely sticky, and the trash can was completely overflowing. It was so full that customers couldn't even throw their own trash away. I ordered a Chicken Bowl, and the portion was extremely small compared to what I normally receive at El Pollo Loco. There was very little food, and most of it was just beans. I've eaten at El Pollo Loco many times before, so I know this is not how the portions and service are supposed to be. Unfortunately, this location had poor service, very small portions, and serious cleanliness issues. Management really needs to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the restaurant, the trash, portion sizes, and overall customer service. Picked up a mobile order, the bag is sealed so I could not check what was inside. We started to drive away and I opened the bag to see there was no salsa and we were not asked if we wanted salsa. We went back to get salsa. We ordered mashed potatoes which are supposed to come with gravy. There was no gravy. Tried to fill out customer survey with the QR code but there is no store number listed on the mobile receipt or receipt emailed to me. Then it asks for a bar code number, there is no bar code number. They charge you extra for "mixed" meat which included breasts but all of the pieces were the same size - SMALL! All of the sides have been downsized. They did not put the chips that come with the salad, and the cabbage started to bleed into the bowl since it was disgusting. The soda was flat, the mashed potato gravy was crusty and old. This location not only lacks on good Customer service but fails to keep their customers safe. Last night I waited in the drive-through line for 40 minutes if not more to be told that their oven broke and it would be an additional 10 min wait, which was fine. The manager Brandi Ventura asked me to move Forward I declined she then went to every customer in the drive-through line told them that their oven had broke but the line was being held up because I wouldn't move which then caused people to be more angry. so instead of taking responsibility for her establishment she put it on me the customer which in return put my son who is six and my life at jeopardy because a customer came out to my car threatened my life and then broke my headlight. She also threatened to remove me from my car. This manager needs to be held accountable for what she did if she never went outside and told the customers what she did, this could've all been avoided. People are at their wits end because of what's currently going on in the world. to put your customer at risk because you didn't like their response is simply a lack of maturity and lack of customer safety.
