I explained to three different employees that the iced tea had spoiled. It tasted fermented and clearly wasn't good anymore. We went back and forth for nearly 10 minutes because they thought I was asking them to dilute it with water, when all I was trying to say was the tea itself had gone bad. At that point, I just asked for a large ice water and said I'd be on my way. They then asked if I wanted a refund, and I told them that was fine, even though I wasn't originally going to ask for my money back. Honestly, I just wanted them to dump the tea out so nobody else got served it. Everyone is already trying to rush through lunch, and fast food isn't even fast anymore. The guy shoveled through the bag, threw the new items in. No fresh bag, no apology, nothing! Acted like he was inconvenienced because the girl at the counter pulled him away from his incompetent drive thru duties. These employees should have pay deducted for every order they get wrong and don't verify before giving to the customer. These type of employees are not worth the salary they are being paid. i had done a mobile order at this location. not only did i have to wait for over 15min in the drive-thru (they were only taking & moving up one car at a time) but my order was wrong from the food, to the type of fries & even the drink was wrong (also no sauce was put in the bag, but that happens sometimes so i get it). i had to come back in to get the correct order, and they had a line of people inside as well. i feel for the employees here because i could tell they were all genuinely trying. the supervisor/team lead girl with the lashes was nice, not apologetic at all but nice. i think the boy they had up front was new to the job, he was definitely overwhelmed and luckily the sweet drive thru girl (never the supervisor) was helping him every so often. I was having trouble with the app on my phone while trying to order food for me and my kids, but the app wouldn't let me pay. So I asked to speak to a manager, and when I explained to the manager what was going on, she said she couldn't help me. I could not understand much with her accent but I don't think she really understood complete English either. But she told me that no one can do anything to help me. So I asked if there was a phone number that I could get tech support to help me with the app, she said no. So how does someone get any help with issues like this. She gave me full on attitude at this point and kept repeating no one can help me. My family and I have always gone to this Jack in the Box, but now I'm definitely going to a different location if I ever even take my family to any Jack in the Box location ever again. This restaurant will make you come inside to pick up food even when it's 115 degrees outside. My car gets extremely hot as anyone else who lives in Vegas knows what it's like. When I got to the window I was told they were out of the drink I ordered and didn't offer me a refund when I said I didn't want a different beverage so I wound up ordering a drink I didn't want. First ordered 2 munchie meals and, as always, normal fries. The guy refused to change it - every other store I've been to in this state including other states and this store 2 weeks ago has done it - but fine so I ordered a extra normal fry. Then I get to the window and get my iced tea, take a sip and it's very bad and skunky- I tell the guy to dump the tea because it's bad and all he does is say "it's bad huh" and then closes the window never offering to fix it. Now I get home, 5 mins later and with my heater and my seat heater on high, all the fries and tacos are ice cold and hard. One munchie meal had 1/4 of the serving of fries (I have a pic). This was the worst experience. This store is also surrounded by 6 other fast food places that were open so I didn't HAVE to go there to begin with.
