I'm always Chipotle over Qdoba. So happy they finally have a location here. Family meal takeout - chicken Rice, beans, and chicken were spot on as far as taste goes - just the way they always are at Chipotle. Portions were also ok. For a family meal, we got 2 packs each. The toppings - lettuce and cheese were just one pack each. The cheese topping had lettuce mixed in it at the bottom. I didn't like that, since storing leftovers made it a hassle. Had to fish out all the lettuce before properly storing them. Salsa containers were pretty small - especially the guacamole. Wish the pico and the guacamole came in bigger portions. Simply no enough pico for the 2 bags of chips. Ordering was done online and we just had to walk in to grab off the shelf so we didn't have any interactions. Easy order, easy pick up. Good food. I don't usually go to Chipotle but I tried this location and was very displeased by the customer service here and the person who stated he was sthe manager/owner lack of accountability about his employees behavior and demeanor towards customers when they were very rude after I had to reorder my meal due to a charge for additional toppings. I'll assume most ppl just pay an extra $2 for additional toppings that are placed on however if the item is added at the beginning without prior knowledge it is an additional cost and can't be removed you must remake the order over. The employees were very rude and even threw items across the counter when hand is out to retrieve it. That was highly inappropriate and upon asking for the manager he approached me and stated he couldn't confirm it happened however as a customer if I state to you your employees are being very unprofessional and throwing sauce cups instead of handing it directly to me after being very short and rude over a order remake you apologize for the behavior and let the customer know you dont condone that type of behavior. He deflected refused to apologize and told me to contact the general manager about my experience I left the GM a voicemail and stated I would leave a negative review and they still didn't call back to address the issue of the concerning behavior. Accountability and apology is how you maintain a good relationship with consumers. And word of mouth is how you build or break your reputation in the business world. I do not recommend this location and if and when I do shop at another location I won't be biased but I will ask the staff to inform me if you put toppings on my meal at the beginning to tell me it's extra not at the end when I'm paying as I can choose if I want to pay extra. Also items that cost extra are upsell items should be at the end and you usually pay extra if it's in a cup not in the meal with the meat in the beginning of the preparation so it's intentional to force ppl to pay more. Don't treat people bad if they don't usually order with your business. I don't usually experience this at Qudoba and they tell you when things are extra before they place it on your meal. I'm also calling corporate to ensure they know the owner who so boldly stated he didn't believe that behavior of his staff occured and denied the treatment. He couldn't take ownership or apologize. I should have gotten a refund and left but because I paid for that very poorly put together second meal and was treated that way I will continue to tell others not to eat there. read more

Tried this chipotle again and it was garbage....again. The service was fairly friendly, which was nice. but it was later in the evening and they were running out of things. The guacamole was old and brown looking. Our chicken had a lot of gristle and very little flavor. Honestly the whole burrito bowl lacked flavor and my daughter's burrito had way too much lettuce- that was practically all she tasted. The chips that came with my bowl were so stale. It's my birthday today, I tried to sign up for rewards to get the birthday burrito they offer but I was told they didn't offer this only a side of guac for birthdays. Also there is something with the app that did not present the QR code for me to redeem the birthday burrito. I was polite and asked if I could just show them my ID with my birthday on it but they told me it didn't matter. This restaurant (among many other franchises) throws away lots of food that was not used anyway. I don't understand why something couldn't be worked out with this in mind. This location is EXTREMELY filthy. The dining area was dirty and unkept. The food area was so messy. The floors are dirty. ALL of the garbages were overflowing. I can't help but wonder if this is the condition of the restaurant what is the condition of the food. NO THANK YOU!!! read more

Slow service. Ordered online but I had to wait in the drive thru for 14 minutes. The girl came to window didnt apologize. Just acted like everything was fine. Several cars was behind me. Not a good place to visit if you are on a scheduled lunch. It was definitely busy. Staff was just meh. Too dark inside for me! Tacos were okay. Queso was delicious. Brown rice was terrible. This location was horrible. The store was just sloppy with food scattered everywhere. I was placing an order for somone else and there was one other customer there. She couldn't be done with her order and kept commandeering the lone employee preparing orders. There were two other employees who didn't seem to be doing anything. One was the cashier I guess because he never left the register even though there was no one paying for anything. He could have started my order, but instead just stood there watching the ongoing disaster. This place runs like a dump. this chipotle is horrible. the burrito is either half the size that it should be or it's wrapped so poorly that it falls apart. the burrito bowls also skimp out on portions, never order here online because they will take advantage of that and give you extremely small portions. not worth the money, please do not ever go here!!! i will never come back. read more

DO NOT go here. Definitely don't mobile order. We waited over 25 minutes past our confirmed pick up time and still didn't get anything. We went through the line 4 times asking when they would be ready and finally asked for a refund which they refused to do. They said to go to the AI website which was not working to get refunded. We left without our meal and they kept our $35 and change. Others in the store were having the same experience. One customer actually got walked out because they were so upset. Horrible management, will be and should be out of business soon. Not a good name for Chipotle. read more

I ordered the carnitas bowl and it was delicious I enjoyed the meal my only concern was no chips I ordered what I thought were xtra chips I believe it was only 12 chips in the bag and it cost heck I don't remember but I paid too much for 12 chips now I know what to expect I'll get a regular burrito and not the bowl read more

So disappointed with this location. I got off of work, and triple checked what time this location closed. I looked on Apple Maps, looked on the website, and called the store. All sources said the store closed at 11. I got there at 10:02 and walked in, and they were already cleaning up. Understandable, they'd want to get ahead on closing duties, I get it. I go up to the counter and they tell me they're closed. I told them that online and when I called, it said the store hours were that they closed at 11 PM. All they did was stare at me, and I walked out. 3 minutes later, another person walked in, and got food! I was so annoyed and taken aback by how rude the workers were. Why did they refuse me service saying they were closed (even though I triple checked that they were open still), and then served the next person that walked in! So so rude, will be contacting management about this. I'd give 1 star if I could. read more
