In my opinion, the cheeseburger here is among the best around. Get it with the works, then add Usinger's bacon and pickles. Seriously, you can't beat it! Pair that burger with the onion rings. They're considerably better than the fries, in my opinion. And don't forget the Sprecher root beer on tap. It's the perfect addition to the whole experience. Be prepared for a crowd. This location is usually busy, and figuring out where the line even starts to order can be an adventure! But the staff is efficient, friendly, and helpful. Just listen closely for your number to be called. Everything is cooked fresh, so there can be a wait, but it's absolutely worth it. This location has standing tables only inside. There are some large concrete stair-style seating areas on either side of the building, but those are primarily an option when the weather cooperates. And then there's the custard! Exceptional, as always. They offer two flavors of the day in addition to their always-available vanilla and chocolate. You can check the daily flavors on the Kopp's app, which is a must if you're planning a visit around a particular flavor. Butter Pecan is one of my favorites, and it comes around on the schedule every 11 days. But who's counting!? It's a Milwaukee classic for a reason. Don't leave town without stopping!

I stopped by for a scoop of mint chip custard and it was creamy, rich, cool, and delicious. But - really is there no bad day for custard? No, there isn't! This place is busy all year round, and for good reason. For the custard, there is usually a flavor of the day, plus the usual favorites, vanilla and chocolate, plus a sundae and shake of the month. A sign outdoors advertises the flavor of the day and a monthly menu of each flavor of the day is available online, if you want to plan ahead for your visit. If you've not been to this Milwaukee icon, it's a must-stop; the custard is really, really good. The retail store is set up like a 50s type diner, and there are plenty of folks ready to take your order. There is no seating indoors, just a few tables for standing-only to munch and chat. However, there is outdoor seating like a mini amphitheater on cement steps, and when the weather is nice, it is not unusual to see large groups of customers sitting outside eating ice cream or other treats or burgers. The menu also includes burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, shakes, malts, floats, and sundaes, too.

This thing was packed with all the good stuff: wiss, fresh-sliced avocado, cucumbers, and I added tomato lettuce and mustard. I regret not adding the hot pepper ranch but it was still damn good. And plentiful! I can never finish a whole order. We're Potbelly fans and will no doubt be back for more.

She immediately ordered us the carnivore tots. You may not want to order them if you are just two people and also want to eat dinner as they are huge and very good. We regretted our life choices and stuffed ourselves. The only thing that I can suggest is adding a bunch of chopped green onions and some sour cream to it. That's what we did with the leftovers after reheating them in the air fryer and that made it even better. I ordered us a three piece fish fry to split. My wife got mad at me when the food arrived because we got so much food that she thought I had ordered us two orders but nope. The bill came and it was just a single order. She apologized. We will be back next time we are in the area for sure!

I kind of agree - I can't say there's anything special about these burgers, but it is always comforting somehow. Anyone else know what I mean? lol I tend to order online and pick up. So far, they have NEVER been made on time. Like, NEVER. We always have to wait for them to finish the order. I think they don't pay attention to the online orders until we come inside. And it's not like they're super busy in there either. Maybe one or two other customers inside when we walk in... but nothing is ever ready. So I'm still not sure with what's up with that. This last visit, I got a bun-less burger, wrapped in lettuce. They really did an overkill on the lettuce. See pic. So normally, with all this, I would have docked more stars... but for some reason, I still keep coming back. And after the long wait and peeling off half of the lettuce, the taste still lingers. So a solid 4 for me.

While their food quality has allegedly remained consistent, their pricing has skyrocketed. While I've enjoyed a cheeseburger and free Peanuts at the Glendale location in years past, I decided to pay them a visit a few weeks ago. I don't remember the exact day but it was mid week around lunchtime. The first thing I noticed was how quiet they were. No lines waiting for food. No crowded tables. No hordes of people going in or coming out. Just quiet - like it would be first thing in the morning or just before closing. The second thing I noticed was their menu pricing. I contemplated walking into the nearby bank to ask for a loan in order to pay for my impending order but I decided just to keep walking. If 5 guys would lower their prices to a more acceptable level, they would see those hordes of people, the crowded tables, the lines waiting for food. Jerry, Jim, Matt, Chad, Ben and Tyler. Roast Beef Sandwich: I don't eat a lot of fast food these days, but when I do Arby's is one of my…read morego-to spots. My favorite at Arby's has always been their classic roast beef sandwich. This probably originated with me seeing my Dad get them back when I was a little kid and it just kind of stuck because they taste so good. The sandwich itself is nothing fancy, just a sesame seed bun with roast beef. While it tastes alright this way, I like to dress it up by taking it home & making some modifications. I begin by adding a slice of American cheese under the meat and then topping the beef with lettuce and my special sauce (ketchup and reduced fat mayo). I prefer to eat that version of the sandwich chilled or at room temperature, but it's alright heated as well. The roast beef is tasty, but the real star for me is the bun. It's my favorite bun in the fast-food world because it's fresh, soft, and has just the right amount of chewiness to it. Doughboy approved Doughboy_Food_Reviews

Asked for some Fire and mild sauces. Received: 1 cheesy rollup, 1 beef Dorito taco, 2 cheesy double beef burritos with sour cream, and that was it. Everything tasted old and stale, inconsistent cooks, missing most of the order. Had to connect to a corporate line to get a reimbursement for the missing items. I can't for the life of me wrap my head around if this is an honest mistake, or a true form of careless and lazy employees and ownership/management who have no care about quality or accuracy. The employees didn't provide a receipt; I can only assume to avoid having a negative review or any consequences for not doing their jobs correctly. Honestly, if I was in charge of this place, I'd fire the whole staff, and after reading the other reviews on Google, Yelp, Doordash, and other services, I'm surprised the ownership hasn't just burned the building down and taken the insurance money to cut their losses and save their pride. This location is an embarrassment to everything from the employees, owners, managers, neighborhoods, and frankly to the city of Milwaukee. Do better, be better.

Staff is always friendly! One time when I went into this restaurant, the guy who sees me a lot said, what are you using the ranch for? I laughed. I said, "all sorts of things; wings, dip for veggies, salad dressing..." and I thought it funny to say wings since I hardly ever order food from wing stop. Just ranch. Another time I went here and a lady ordered her meal and gave me her drink because she had water. She was the best! The ranch is so good. I'm almost out....time for another WING STOP. When I pointed out that we had already been waiting, she dismissively responded, "I guess." I asked to speak with the manager. Martha said she was the manager, then claimed she was also the general manager when I asked for the general manager's contact information, and she hung up on me. We had two chicken platters with rice and a moussakka with a side salad. The service was fast. I prefer a little more seasoning on my chicken, but I enjoyed the gravy on the rice to add in some more flavor. The tzatziki was mild - I like a little more seasoning. The moussakka was really rich and heavy. Generous portion sizes. The pita tasted pretty standard (tasted store-bought, not homemade). This is one of my go-tos for Greek food in the area.
