    My order. Chicken sandwich, two sliders and lg  Jamocha Shake

    I came inside because I had a special order. The young man took my order and I requested a chicken sandwich with no mayonnaise. I also requested a Jamacha shake with no additional chocolate syrup. I was the only one in the restaurant at the time. He made the Jamocha shake, and there was chocolate syrup lining the cup. I asked if that was my order and he replied yes. I reminded him that I had ordered a mocha shake with no chocolate syrup. he says, oh yeah, my mistake. I was there for another few minutes waiting for my order and he just stood around. It was bad enough he kept snorting, like he had some congestion. He could have excused himself to blow his nose rather than making these, "snorts" (I apologize for phrasing this way). He gave me my order and I said it is really sad that you admit that you made the wrong shake but to not do anything about it until I am walking out is pretty sad. My father really likes the chicken sandwiches and I had better service when the crew under Brittany was there. Is a customer informs the cashier that there was an error in the order and the cashier acknowledges by saying I'm sorry, why should I have to take the wrong item? I am sorry I did not get his name.

    Bad Au Jus Classic French Dip & Swiss

    French dip ordered and I received something completely different. Au Juz sauce is thicker than oil. Missed my kids sandwich too. My message to these people that work in fast food... "people have to eat this! If you don't like your job quit!" Or lay off the weed, something

    This Arby's is new to Whitefish Bay/Glendale. Can't say much about the inside, but the drive-thru is ridiculously slow. The food came out fresh and hot. Everything came as I asked for it. And the service was incredibly friendly.

    1/2 pound beef and cheddar. So good!

A sign outdoors advertises the flavor of the day and a monthly menu of each flavor of the day is available online, if you want to plan ahead for your visit. If you've not been to this Milwaukee icon, it's a must-stop; the custard is really, really good. The retail store is set up like a 50s type diner, and there are plenty of folks ready to take your order. There is no seating indoors, just a few tables for standing-only to munch and chat. However, there is outdoor seating like a mini amphitheater on cement steps, and when the weather is nice, it is not unusual to see large groups of customers sitting outside eating ice cream or other treats or burgers. I also love their rotating Flavor of the Day custard options, and they even post a three day forecast so you can plan ahead. Overall, Kopp's is a great spot for both food and dessert. Definitely recommended.

Family meal takeout - chicken Rice, beans, and chicken were spot on as far as taste goes - just the way they always are at Chipotle. Portions were also ok. For a family meal, we got 2 packs each. The toppings - lettuce and cheese were just one pack each. The cheese topping had lettuce mixed in it at the bottom. I didn't like that, since storing leftovers made it a hassle. Had to fish out all the lettuce before properly storing them. Salsa containers were pretty small - especially the guacamole. Wish the pico and the guacamole came in bigger portions. Simply no enough pico for the 2 bags of chips. Ordering was done online and we just had to walk in to grab off the shelf so we didn't have any interactions. Easy order, easy pick up. Good food. Happy belly.

I'll assume most ppl just pay an extra $2 for additional toppings that are placed on however if the item is added at the beginning without prior knowledge it is an additional cost and can't be removed you must remake the order over. The employees were very rude and even threw items across the counter when hand is out to retrieve it. That was highly inappropriate and upon asking for the manager he approached me and stated he couldn't confirm it happened however as a customer if I state to you your employees are being very unprofessional and throwing sauce cups instead of handing it directly to me after being very short and rude over a order remake you apologize for the behavior and let the customer know you dont condone that type of behavior. He deflected refused to apologize and told me to contact the general manager about my experience I left the GM a voicemail and stated I would leave a negative review and they still didn't call back to address the issue of the concerning behavior. Accountability and apology is how you maintain a good relationship with consumers. And word of mouth is how you build or break your reputation in the business world. I do not recommend this location and if and when I do shop at another location I won't be biased but I will ask the staff to inform me if you put toppings on my meal at the beginning to tell me it's extra not at the end when I'm paying as I can choose if I want to pay extra. Also items that cost extra are upsell items should be at the end and you usually pay extra if it's in a cup not in the meal with the meat in the beginning of the preparation so it's intentional to force ppl to pay more. Don't treat people bad if they don't usually order with your business. I don't usually experience this at Qudoba and they tell you when things are extra before they place it on your meal. I'm also calling corporate to ensure they know the owner who so boldly stated he didn't believe that behavior of his staff occured and denied the treatment. He couldn't take ownership or apologize. I should have gotten a refund and left but because I paid for that very poorly put together second meal and was treated that way I will continue to tell others not to eat there.
