Service was disappointing. Online order placed at 6:14pm got there at 6:30 when it said to be there. None of the employees were aware I'd placed an order so they started making it. Fine I get it but when I waited for my food I wasn't offered an apology nothing. Most of the time if you are made to wait I at least get some sort of sorry for the wait or a soda while I wait. Once again outstanding service and delicious food from this location. I always feel bad stopping in 30 minutes before closing but that's when I get off of work at the hospital. I was in your store earlier around lunch and overheard one of the employees verbally attacking another employee. I have been a customer of this location for a few years and what I witnessed was despicable behaviour. She repeatedly called the other lady a hypocrite and used assaulting words. You could tell the lighter complexion woman was shaken by the attacking words from the darker complexion woman. This type of behavior should not be happening in a customer service based restaurant. I have driven past this place for years and today I thought I have not had a Cousins sub in a long time. Cousins was my favorite chain sub for a long time until they got moved to second place by another entry into the sub market. Today was like visiting an old friend that you have not see in a while. I will admit I have not been to a Cousins in a long time but I found the place to be very nice looking for a fast food chain. The walls had color and texture with aluminum trim and dark wood floors. There was dark rich color wood tables and chairs with decent looking comfy booths. A nice stone accent wall complemented the cool aluminum light fixtures. To be honest I liked this place and I don't remember Cousins subs ever looking this clean and having an upper scale look for a fast food place. As for the sub that has dropped to second on my chain list, Cousins has a unique creamy flavor that starts in the bread and when all the other meats, cheese, oil, seasonings, and vegetables come together it makes for a tasty sub for my taste. My favorite is the Italian special which today's review is based on. My Italian today was on point as usual with the fresh bread and tasty fillings, I got exactly what I expected and why they are still in the number 2 spot for a chain. I do like the chain but I will admit that I don't get to them much these days but I will never have a problem choosing a Cousins because I like the product. read more

Got delivery. I have been to many Cousins. The order was wrong and could not reach anyone to fix it. I ate it anyway as it was Cousins and I had only so long on my lunch break. It was ok but the items in my lunch did not sit well with me at all. I think the food was not great. I would not order from this location again. Ordered online at 8:05pm, order was canceled at 8:57pm by text. They closed at 9:00pm, so you couldn't call. And, now it was after 9, and many restaurants were closed. Plus, we were hungry! Of course we reordered and picked it up somewhere else. Uber Eats canceled the delivery, but clearly Cousin's could care less about the customer. I ate it then a few hours later I was getting ready for bed and I started feeling weird. moments later I went into the bathroom and threw up the food I ate from this place. I was first introduced to Cousin's subs in 1995ish. The first thing I noticed about their subs was the flavor and ingredients seemed to be quite a bit more tasty than other sub franchises. I have frequented this particular location quite often - finding the same to be true. The subs have great flavor, they are timely in preparing the food, and the staff always seems to have an upbeat attitude and ready to get your food to you quickly! When it comes to subs, you have a lot of choices these days. All things being equal, I would eat here more often than the other places. read more

I have been going to this sub shop ever since I was a young feller and Cousin's always fails to disappoint. Many cheapskates and Subway consumers complain that Cousin's can be pricey, but I stand by my opinion that when you make the investment in a sandwich from Cousin's, you get a sandwich that is not only done in a timely basis, but a sandwich that is done by a sandwich artist who is happy to be there. Had a craving for the unique flavor of Cousins so I went to pick up some dinner. I decided to try the "Click and Eat" online ordering, and I'm a fan. I sent in the order about 6:52 and paid for it online. They said it would be ready at 7:22, I got there at 7:19, told the lady I was there for my pickup and at 7:20 she was handing me my bag. The food here is always great, the employees are nice and the store is clean. My only real complaint about this location is the parking lot always seems to be full and packed tight, but it usually doesn't take long for a spot to open up in this strip mall. This place is close to work and when the bread craving comes it's our place to go. The restaurant is always clean, staff is always friendly and THEY ALWAYS GET OUR SPECIAL ORDERS RIGHT!!
