I stopped at Chik-fil-A on a rainy evening to order a kids meal for my 2 year old granddaughter. I couldn't believe how quickly the line moved! Multiple employees were outside taking orders and wearing protective rain domes.. The service was fast and everyone was friendly, from the person who took my order to the person who handed me the food. Well, this was a totally different Chick-fil-A experience. Drive up or walk up only! No restroom. I guess if they didn't have space but wanted this location. This was the best they could do but I really like a dining experience and we don't live in a climate where you can sit outside your round so it was kind of disappointing. There isn't even an outdoor restroom. Staff is a little different than some other locations I visited. Not as happy go lucky but maybe it was just a tiring morning. The kitchen staff was awesome and working a very busy morning. It took a little longer than usual for my biscuit, but the crewmember acknowledged it with a complementary brownie, which I so appreciated! It was darn delicious and so fresh. read more

This place is always so busy... And the orders are taken from your car by people standing outside rather than through the intercom. I like being able to interact with people directly and seeing their faces as I'm placing the order. There are 2 lines, and each line has some 3 servers taking orders - this number seems to fluctuate depending on how busy they are. After placing the order, the two lines merge (I think this is also depending on how busy they are, but not sure). I didn't realize they did so got annoyed when the car to my right cut into my lane without blinkers or anything. I thought she was crazy until I saw that her lane was blocked off at the curb/turn. The business should leave that open. It's an accident waiting to happen. Picking up the order is also easy, as the servers will bring the food out to you as you're waiting in line. Keeps things moving fast and easy (except for the blocked lane). As for the food, their chicken nuggets are on cue. Pretty crispy and yet tender inside. Why do I still like McDonald's better? Iono. I really shouldn't... this one does feel more "gourmet". The chicken sandwich is simple yet decadent. Just exactly what I'm craving, and just exactly what I'm getting. This concept is terrible. You can only order in the drive thru. There is a walkup window, but it's only for third party delivery service pickup. There is no dining room. I ordered a lemonade and fries in the drive thru. My food was handed to me less than two minutes after ordering, but my fries were both cold and stale. I would not come here again. read more

Chocolate Fudge Brownie: Brownies probably are not the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Chick-fil-A or fast food in general. The only reason it caught my eye was if you are a Chik-fil-A rewards member, you can get one of these for free as a birthday treat. The brownies are not exactly large, but they are thick, compressed, and dense. Numerous chocolate chunks can be seen on top of the brownies and cutting one of them in two reveals an extremely fudgy looking interior. I was genuinely impressed by this fast-food dessert. The brownie I had was soft, chewy, fudgy, and had a fair amount of chocolate chunks embedded within. It was nearly perfect. I think this is the best fast-food brownie I've ever had (easily better than Panera and Starbucks). The only thing it was missing was chocolate frosting (which I applied at home). Got in a very long drive thru line tonight to get shakes. Waited patiently for our turn. At least 10 cars were with and behind us. When we got close to the order areas, the employees kicked placards in front of the line, yelled "we're closed" and walked away. I go to this store very often, seems to be going downhill. Tonight my girlfriend and I drove thru, two 4 pc strips, large waffle fries. The place was very very busy, so I hoped all the food would be fresh and hot. NOPE they forgot the sauces we go there for, they have new battered crispy waffle fries. They were not even half cooked, we found they could not come out of the fry container, they just fell into pieces. The 2 packs of 4 piece strips were also half cooked at best, not hot at all even when we got them. I tried calling the store, the phone number was on the receipt. Menu of crap I don't need, pressed 4 for feedback, got a women god knows where. She said I could not get a call from the store or manager. She would emai me a coupon. My bill was 18.27. So no effort to replace my money sent. She said if it does not come, check my spam folder.. Sounds like I am out my money and they dont care at all. I have my reciept and the bag tag. But once they have your money they do not care about anything else. That all seems like ghetto tactics to ignore problems. Hey chic fil a , refund or replace our meal. Chick-fil-A has now become such a joke! I ordered the breakfast bowl only to find out it comes with only a half sausage patty. So... I decided to order an extra side sausage to make up for the dismal, stingy portion. What?? When I opened my breakfast I could clearly see that they crumbled the extra side I ordered right into the bowl which was definitely not a whole piece, but just another half! Also, I counted THREE hash brown rounds. This tiny "breakfast bowl" wouldn't have satisfied the hunger of my my 5 year old nephew. They used to have a great Cobb salad but they have cheapened that to the point it's not even recognizable. read more

On 6/29 at around 1500 my partner and I went to chick-fil-a for lunch and a team member Sid took our order. The team was having trouble with the ipads and the ordering system so we couldn't order until we got up to the window. When we ordered, it was off putting. My partner is non-binary and more masc presenting and this team member made that extremely uncomfortable for us. Sid was commenting on if my partner was a she?? he?? to the other chic fil a team member while giving a disgusted look our direction (which is disrespectful and uncomfy for anyone I'd say). I know that chic fil a does not support the lgbtq+ community however, I think an establishment that works hard to be friendly and kind to customers would want to learn from this experience and treat everyone equally and with kindness no matter what someone looks like. If we are supporting chick-fil-a with business support, you'd think this generosity would go both ways. I would I think this team member would benefit in learning how to handle situations like this better. read more

This place is actually the worst. I love Chick fil A, but this location has to have the worst workers out of any location I've ever been to.
