Picked up a lunch order for my office. Out of 8 meals, two were missing items (add-on avocado and bag of chips). The staff was friendly, and the food was ready on time. Overall, while my sub was good, I still prefer other sandwich shops over Jersey Mike's. read more

This is based on a Saturday afternoon visit. My family and one other family were the only customers in the store for the 25-30 minutes we were there. Location - Typical looking Jersey Mike's, in a Brookfield strip mall. There are only about 5-6 tables in this location. One was occupied by another family when we walked in. After getting our food, we chose the least dirty of the remaining tables. It also looked as it the floor hadn't been swept in a few days. None of the employees bothered to clean anything in the lobby during our entire visit. Service - The girl that took our order was somewhat friendly. She started the sandwich and moved it down the line to the next girl. Let me tell you, the next girl had the personality of a rock. She said nothing, just waited for me to tell her what I wanted. On to the third girl, the cashier...she had a similar personality to the second girl and just rang up what she saw, nothing more/nothing less, no questions asked, heres the total. This was going on while the first rock-personality girl was finishing my sandwich, and ignoring my requests. So then the cashier then got huffy puffy while my attention went back to the girl screwing up my sandwich. Not one of the three said anything that even resembled, "welcome,' "please," or "thank you," during our entire visit. Quality/accuracy - We ordered two sandwiches, one a #3 (ham and provolone) with no cheese and only pickles, lots of pickles. They initially put cheese on it, until I informed them a second time that I didn't want cheese. The other sandwich was also a #3, and usually I'd get it "Mike's Way with pickles," however today the lettuce was very brown and slimy looking. I elected to skip the lettuce, but still asked for pickles. They initially skipped the pickles, which is when I got distracted from the cashier. What I got was pretty good. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time I've eaten at this location in the past year. Never great....decent sandwich served by poor employees. read more

We love Jersey Mike's but this location in Brookfield is the one to avoid. Not only was my sub an absolute sloppy mess that I had to reconstruct, but it's also disgusting watching the sandwich maker constantly whipping her nose while preparing food. read more

Jersey mikes was today's work lunch. First off the guy who took our order had no problems marking all the Sammy's with names and all the special requests. He ended up getting me and took great care of me when I picked up the lunch order. He was super nice at getting me in and out with the order. The guy did something a lot of places screw up with multiple orders and special requests, he got everything perfect for everyone. The chipotle cheese steak was awesome but it was not mine and I posted pictures. Every one enjoyed the food. I'm a sucker for the Italian and enjoyed it. It's my fav big chain sub shop. All the fresh ingredients with the soft bread works well. Over all it's my # 2 sub place because # 1 is not a big chain and as far as big chains go but it just barely tops my old fav, cousins subs. I'm not big into chain restaurants but old school sub places are a thing of the past so I have to adapt to today. They do a great job with freshness and are always a good no brainer. read more

For the sake of your day not being ruined don't come here. The worker who's name I think is Ashley had the worse attitude I have ever seen. We walk in and there is no "Hi" or "Hello" she just looks at us with an annoyed look and takes our order. Then the next customer comes in and gives him even a worse attitude. She takes his order then walks away without saying anything to him. As the online orders come in she goes "I don't need to know your whole life story on your order". Then I hear her make fun of a Spanish customers name. On top of that the wait for 2 hot subs was over 30mins. Do not go here! read more

My daughter and I ran in for a quick bite on the way to soccer- super fast service, very fresh ingredients and very engaging staff! Interesting fact- they have two large TV here so the place was packed with people between places I imagine and all were seriously NCAA basketball! It was kind of funny, but speaks to how comfortable it is for a sandwich shoppe. Would have made it 5 stars but the portioning at this location is really inconsistent- otherwise great spot! I really like Jersey Mike's, just not this one. The two ladies working were more concerned with talking to each other than providing customer service. We ordered two subs without ever being greeted or making eye contact. We then stood at the register for a full 3 minutes while the employee at the register gabbed to the employee making our food. Eventually we were allowed to pay. We then went to sit in the booth before noticing how filthy it was. I used the last of the napkins to scrape up the dried food stuck to the table top. The food was delicious, but we had to run to another table to get napkins. This experience wasn't bad enough to turn us off of Jersey Mike's; but we likely wont return to this location as this was our second bad experience here. read more

Order inaccuracy x2 and terrible service recovery. I ordered 2 subs for walk-in pickup. My bag was ready on time but got 1/2 way home and noticed one of two subs missing. Went back and they made missing sub. Then got back to car and my son noted that his sub was not made correctly and missed extra toppings I had paid for. On return, no offer to remake sub. Put half cooked bacon on top that was missing and staff quipped that they hoped I'd have a better rest of my day. I'm not going to this location again. read more

Twice, I have ordered a $15 dollar sub (half for dinner, half for lunch the next day). The first time, I ordered in person. They messed up my sandwich because the employees were to busy carrying on a conversation with themselves, and with me. I enjoy talking, don't get me wrong. Not if it affects my order. The second time, I texted my wife the order. Once again, $15 sub thrown in the garbage. I went on the Jersey Mikes website and complained. They never even responded! Went to Brookfield Jersey Mikes. I LOVE Jersey Mikes. . 6/22 4:30 pm. Ordered ahead for a Giant Club Sub and a regular tuna sub . The tuna sub is deelicious ! So is the club sub ; IF ITS MADE CORRECTLY ! A club-sub comes with bacon and mayo and vinegar dressing , none of which were on mine !! Usually I'll get extra bacon ($ 2.50 ). so i just had a ham n cheese sandwich ......MMMMM..... I really wish people would take there jobs a little more seriously these days . Been coming to this location for over a year and can't remember a time I didn't receive good service. The sandwiches are always made fresh and taste great. They push "the juice" but that's because it is goes great with the sandwich style. You can definitely tell the managers are well trained and have great customer service skills. You can also tell when they are training someone new, but they always try to get through the line quickly and with a smile. They also are a good supporter of the community and give back to the local high schools. read more

3.5 stars for Jersey Mike's. I think we can all agree that the Milwaukee-area doesn't really need another sub place. I recently had to stop in a few times while doing some business on that side of Bluemound. The service was fast and my sub was very good. It was a little on the pricey side, but the manager made up for it by throwing a free cookie my way. Consistent with other reviews the attitude of the employees here is not good. I love Jersey Mike's subs but the owner of this one needs to clean house. The woman on the grill has the worst attitude I have experienced in a long time and considering that I paid $8 for a sub I believe I have the right to expect the quality of food I want without having to deal with an employee giving me her attitude because she didn't like my desire to have fresh bread; not the bread that was sitting out on the counter top for who knows how long and with who knows what falling on top of it. Incredibly rude. The thing is, I will not return to this location ever again. I will drive a little west and go to the Jersey Mike's in Waukesha because they believe in welcoming their customers knowing that these days I can take my consumer dollars anywhere. Smart people understand this and give customers the feeling of wanting to return. The woman at the register that I asked to change her gloves after touching everything and then starting to make my sandwich with dirty gloves, didn't give me an attitude and made a really good sandwich but I know the minute I left they ripped me up and down. Hey, I'm a chef and I understand customer service and I understand food safety so keep that in mind because you never know who you will be serving so doing your best to keep customers happy is a quality that this store needs to work on. I would never ever treat my customers the way I was treated at this store. I won't return to this location; I will go to the Waukesha location. ps. My wife and I looked up locations for this sub shop and settled on this one on Bluemound. I thought no way would it be better than Cousins, but in my opinion it was! I had it Mikes way and it reminded me somewhat of a Suburpia sub because of all the oil and vinegar on it...as far as price, really not much more than Cousins...more flavorful than any sub I've ever had....can't wait to go back and enjoy another one, this time a GIANT...:-) read more

I have never experienced such rude and inattentive service at a fast food chain before. McDonalds has better service than this location provides. We walked in, there was no line at all and there were two workers standing behind the counter with their backs facing us. We waited about two minutes to be acknowledged before what we assume was another off the clock employee who was sitting at a table behind us yelled to the working employees to make her a sub. The male worker behind the counter turned to her and said "I'm off the clock! I'm getting yelled at, I'm done!" At this point he saw us standing there and turned his back to us once again. Never said a word to us, never told the other woman behind the counter that we were waiting. Just continued to ignore us. At this point we walked out and went down the road to cousins. This was extremely disappointing and disrespectful. We will not be returning to this location. read more
