It's been a bit since I've been here. The food was consistent with what you expect from Chipotle and the staff was nice. I appreciate that Chipotle is very generous with their portions but I feel like the last time I went was excessive. The amount of sour cream was easily the same amount you would buy from the store. I totally understand that they focus on not short changing their customers but sometimes it's too much. I'll definitely come back and maybe order inside to ask for smaller portions! read more

There was barely any people here when I ordered and the workers didn't seem to care there was food all over the floor, seats, and on every single outdoor table. The carne asada plate was delicious! The chicken tacos my husband had were excellent too! The tables need to be cleaned thoroughly and regularly. Biggest issue: it's freezing inside. Been a bit since I've been here, haven't had the best experience at this location previously so others have written about. But I've always been a fan of Chipotle, it's fast, it's fresh, it's healthier than most, and usually the value's been good (although sometimes that's hit or miss). When I walked in today it was different, it was after the lunch rush and it was clean, the food looked fresh and stocked, enough for me to notice without looking for it. The ladies that took care of me were generous and friendly, again, more so than previous visits and what I've come to expect. The only surprise was at the end when I checked out and came to find that my double protein burrito was $16 I knew prices had gone up, and I understand that when everything else goes up, Chipotle will too. What I didn't expect was an increase of 30%, which seems considerably more than inflation. Glad to see the experience was better even I'm questioning the value. read more

I hate to pile on top of the awful reviews here, but... this was awful. They were out of white rice. They were out of the regular salsa, so the staff just dumped all the hottest salsa into my bowl without asking. My wife got three tacos, and the worker didn't even know how to wrap them... she just squeezed them together into a ball and wrapped the foil around it?! Who does that? I couldn't tell who, if anyone, was in charge there... As the staff were taking orders and making food, they kept looking at each other like "what do I do next?"There was a strong vibe of lots of untrained personnel not knowing how to do the job. I felt bad for them tbh, lots of kids just doing their best... it's more of a management failure. The restaurant floor was littered with food and many tables were dirty also. read more

I visited today at 11:50...I was the only one in the building. There was one young lady behind the line who never acknowledged me ...I asked if I could order and she reluctantly moved to start my order..as I went down the line she prepared my order by almost throwing the food into the container...never said a work just frowned and pointed at items.the coat was $18 for a chicken bowl and a drink...you have some nerve charging for that kind of experience...also the portions were extremely small and the chicken was overcooked and dry. I now know why this location only has 1 star. It's horrible. And I'm writing this not after one visit but after countless visits and the only consistent thing is the horrible service. I'm all for a sense of urgency but it feels horrible as a customer to be rushed through the line. The lady today told me my total while I was still near the sauces and there were other customers still in front of me trying to gather their things. The tables and floors were covered in food, trash cans were overflowing, the bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Just absolutely vile. I've never seen anything like this.
