This review is for our recent catering experience. We hosted my son's first birthday party and wanted food that would be easy and stress free... no cooking required. We ordered the triple protein catering package and it exceeded all expectations. It was ready at the time specified, the food was packaged securely, there were tons of serving utensils and it made the experience really easy. A staff member even walked the order right to my car. The warm foods were packaged separately and stayed warm until people were ready to eat. I wasn't sure what to expect but I was blown away by the catering quality and value. I normally like Chipotle, but after eating here I got extremely sick and had symptoms of food poisoning. This was a horrible experience. I should have known something was off because the chicken had chewy, stringy pieces that didn't seem right. I'm very disappointed and honestly will never eat here again. read more

This is more on the takeout experience, they are consistently inconsistent. Every time I order on my mobile app they are missing something always missing guac or salad dressing and portion sizes are terrible. My most recent mobile order was missing guac on both entrees and salad dressing that's $6 gone down the drain that I'm not driving back in 2 degree snowy weather for. So terrible, if you're going to go here at all never order on the mobile app go in person and make sure they have everything. read more

I just received this bowl today less than an hour ago almost no portions of half a bowl here there was like zero queso and like barely any sour cream at all when I was there little cheese, almost nonexistent lettuce, and still full charge nothing was given in terms of having to wait for more to be put in or anything not very pleased with this location. This location is the worst! My last three orders have been horrible! The first one I picked up a big order, they gave me one item and when I asked for the rat she said they gave it away, didn't even go looking she knew it and tried to let me leave with 1/5th of my order. Then was in no rush to fix it I was late for work. The second time they lost all orders placed to be picked up by 11:30. I can understand it was not the employees fault, but there was no apology or even stopping the employees to start making the back orders, we were fit in where they could. So once again late for work. The third and last time I order here, I placed an order for a salad. They just gave me lettuce chicken and grilled veggies. They completely missed the salsa, the sour cream, the cheese and the vinaigrette.... over half the order!!! I reviewed this before but I forgot to add something. Every chipotle sucks, but this might be the worst of them all. If you're looking for something like this but better, I would totally recommend Pancheros. Quesadillas are online only, terrible business and bad service. The portion sizes are criminal for the price. Even the employees are miserable there and I can see why. Avoid this place at all costs. Pancheros in Mount Laurel is kind of a hike from here but it's worth it. You'll find fresh food there, and they mix their burritos. If you buy food from Chipotle, you're just asking to be robbed in plain daylight, and you're putting yourself through hell just by going to the one in Cinnaminson. Take all the other one star reviews as a warning sign and save yourself some time. read more

I'm okay is August 27, 2020 and myself and six youth are driving through from Rutgers. We stopped to have lunch at Chipotle's. It's a total of eight of us together. After ordering my food #135 I asked Joann the hostess for a cup for water. She kindly gave me a cup. After providing me with the cup she headed over to be sure that I was not filling my cup with Lemonade. I politely let her know I was aware of how to use the water feature and I assured her it was water in my cup. Than I proceeded to ask her for two additional chairs that I have seen with my own eyes in the corner. She replied they don't have any. I asked again, than replied what are those in the corner? She replied we don't have any. So now three of us has to go back to the Van and eat. Unfortunately I decided to enter and take pictures of the chairs displayed in the corner. No, I am upset and made a decision to do a Yelp review. Finally the manager came out to explain why we couldn't set together or why they couldn't bring out more chairs? Okay, I totally understand CDC guidelines but Chipotle has their own guidelines for COVID-19 Family, Groups less than 10 can not eat together on their property. Nevertheless, although the server who served me was respectful and kind. My host Joann and the Manager needs to keep protocols by asking all customers to salt and six feet back on the red circles from the next customer. A guideline I heard neither one of them speak upon. Covid-19 pick up They didn't include the chips for the kids meals or the drinks. I went back to pick up both of them. The chips were unseasoned and the drinks were room temperature (chocolate milk & apple juice). The cheese on my kids quesadillas wasn't even melted. We chose this location instead of our usual, Mt Laurel, because we were trying to avoid this type of service (which has been the norm at Mt Laurel). Worker using visibly dirty soiled towel to wipe off utensils as she checks the food temperature by dipping utensil in the food. The ENTIRE towel was soiled...completely brown...it was suppose to be a white towel. I spoke up about and she proceeds to tell me it's completely sanitized and that she's a manager and has been there 2 years and wouldn't do anything against the board of health. Meanwhile the towel is visible soiled. She got cleaner (less soiled towel) and continue testing the temp. She said to me "see it's the food on the towel". I said I get that but you can't use the same towel all day. It looks bad from here. Everything looked good here but that was a huge let down and I hope they're more cautious of all the utensils and towels they're using. At some point a change needs to occur and a clean replaced. I do like chipotle for the most part. The ingredients are fresh and you get a decent burrito. This location has closed down indoor ordering and dining while almost all other stores are open. The absolutely worst chipotle I have ever been to. I waited 15 minutes in line since there's one worker doing the in store orders to find out that this location has completely ran out of sour cream. The worker smirked and thought it was funny as if it wasn't a complete inconvenience since I wasn't ordering my bowl without sour cream. Maybe this sounds dramatic however I've had bad experiences here time and time again. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 15 minutes to a different location. I will never come here again. I'll never eat here again. The staff seemed nice but pressure washing floors during business hours IN THE KITCHEN while preparing food is unacceptable. And wouldn't kill them to take out the trash as opposed to it overflowing while bagging the food. I'm surprised they're open. if i was a regional manager and walked into this place, it would be bad. they shut down the inside ordering when i went there, ran out of many ingredients around 2pm and they just made the online orders anyway without the ingredients they didn't have. then when customers asked for a refund they couldn't give the refund and told us we had to travel to another store for a refund. The store is supposed to call when they don't have an ingredient. Absolutely horrible staff and service. Location has a sign on the door stating that masks are only required for non-vaccinated customers, and not if you are fully vaccinated. Staff completely clueless and argumentative despite me informing them I'm vaccinated. Refused service until i left line to get a mask, then even after i complied, proceeded to argue with me when i asked why the sign was even posted. Even worse the staffs ignorance to their own sign and decision to argue with a customer prompted a faux wannabe tough guy in the dining room to try and start an altercation. read more

This location just opened near my job, and I was über excited since it meant there was no need to travel to Cherry Hill or Moorestown. The day I saw the "Now Open" sign was the day I knew I had to have it for lunch. A coworker and I both ordered through the app, and decided to pick up. Bad idea! The location is a tad smaller than most Chipotle Restaurants which if fine since we weren't dining in; however, the person they had working the carry out area was pretty confused. I almost felt bad for her. Maybe it was first day jitters, I don't know. What I do know is that when we walked in were asked the names on the orders and the names were provided. Only one order was given and when the employee was asked about the second order they proceeded to say, "Oh this one just came through"... meaning it wasn't ready yet. It definitely didn't JUST come through because we saw the ticket on the table the entire time, lol. When we arrived back to the office upon taking the bowls out we noticed that they were extremely light. My colleague opened her bowl, and it was literally half full! Mind you, she also ordered double chicken! Apparently double chicken is 7/8 cubes of chicken lol. I'm sure I'll be back to visit, but they've got to work out their kinks first. read more

I went at 9:30pm, called & the machine said they were open & taking online and in store orders . Drove 30 mins there for them to say they were not making burritos or tacos... You could order a bowl that was it.... I mean I understand like 9:50 or even 9:45 but 9:30... like that's a little ridiculous if you ask me store lost 5 costumers on this order so we went to five guys a couple shops down.
