I went here yesterday with my mother and daughter for the first time in a very, very long time. My daughter is picky so I planned on getting her a steak and rice bowl with no toppings. First of all, I asked the server if the steak was spicy. My daughter is 7 and she does not eat spicy food. He said it was not spicy. The steak turned out to be spicy. She was not able to eat it... As annoying as this was, that's not my issue here. When we walked in, there was 2 young men serving and a young lady at the register. The man serving us looked completely out of it. We asked for a double scoop of rice since she was not getting any toppings and as he's making the bowl, the other server and cashier is staring at his hands as if to monitor the amount he's serving out. The young lady at the register could not get her eyes off of his hands even though we had a line behind us and they could've been assisting other people. I felt like I was in the movie Get Out ! It was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever experienced in a restaurant. They made us feel uncomfortable even though we were not complaining about paying extra. When you walk into McDonald's or any fast food restaurant, you should be greeted. In this location, the online worker who is fixing the orders is always busy. I walked into this location a few times and no one is on the grill cooking anything. The cashier is just standing there, and no one is taking your order. You have to get their attention, and then they tell you someone will be with you while they are all talking about everything except work. Once you get upset, then they start filling in all the ingredients they are missing because everything is empty, or they don't have an item for your bowl. I went to the location on Sunday August 3 and stood in line with 6 other customers. No one was helping and then they did not have the food filled. After waiting about literally 12 minutes I left. The cashier, walked away and started straightening up the chairs. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Where are the corporate BOSSES to review this location. read more

Visiting family and stopped for lunch here, a bit after the lunch rush but still steady. Chipotle is standardized, and for good reason. Yet, employee friendliness, service, and freshness of ingredients can tip the scales, one way or the other. The employees were friendly and very busy with food prep and serving customers. I've not seen many Chipotles with what appears to be a good work ethic, but this location exemplified it on this day. I needed to wait for the steak to finish for my burrito bowl and it was not long before they added the freshly cut beef to my bowl. I should add that they covered my bowl to protect and keep the contents warm. That's thinking about the customer! In addition to the steak, the rest of the ingredients were full in their buns and fresh. Indoor tables and the seating area were continuously being cleaned between customers. OK - here we go. - Food quality is gross, dry, undercooked, sitting around. - CLUELESS employees who are not trained, zero common sense or ability to use their minds. - Management - even more clueless and adds to the poor environment - stupid answers to logical questions. - DIRTY - no joke, this place was disgusting. I had the worst experience at Chipotle. I placed my lunch oder online at 11:24 am for a 12 pm pick up. I pick up my order and rush back to the office ready to eat and see this bowl looked like someone else had been picking through it before me. Not to mention it was missing the corn salsa, black beans and sour cream. I waited until I got off of work to take it back. I walk to the register and ask for a manager. A young man was completing a cater order and came to me when he was done. I explained to him and showed him my meal. Instead of apologizing and replacing my meal This young man told me I had to get in the back of the line to get my meal replaced. I asked for his boss and this other young man who did his name was Anthony and who was very cold and short with me said it was company policy. To send a customer who utilized the company website for convenience to purchase a meal that was not prepared as ordered to get in the back of a long line so the order your employees messed up can be replaced? This was my last attempt at visiting this Chipotle location. In the past several months, I've arrived to find the store is closed or openings late. Unless you have unlimited time to waste and don't mind traveling to be disappointed, avoid this location. Additionally when this place is in fact open they have some quality issues. About every other time I've been here the rice and the beans are undercooked to the point they are crunchy in the middle. Also I've had dry cold chick on more than one occasion. read more

How the mighty have fallen. This used to be our go to stop on our way to Phantoms hockey games. It used to be packed but clean and efficient. Not any more. It's filthy fro the minute you walk in. Leaves on the floor when there are no trees around, dirty napkins strewn on the carpet along with straw papers. Tables are crusty. The staff are no longer friendly and act like the customer is inconveniencing them. Half the items are not available when walking through the line. Chips are stale. Soda machine is sticky and gross. This is a great location of an overall delicious food chain. The staff was fun and worked well together and made quick work of the line - while maintaining quality in the food prepared.
