I've done my initial review on QDOBA about three years ago, and my opinion remains the same. It's the best place to go for fast food Mexican. This location is convenient, the establishment is kept clean, and most importantly the food is fresh and delicious. It doesn't matter what you order. It's all good! You can customize any item so it comes out just the way you like it. If you're a fan of spicy food, I highly recommend the Queso Diablo sauce. I get it on everything. Also, there is no up-charge for quac, so that's something you definitely want to take advantage of. read more

Just had my first meal from QDOBA via Grub Hub. It was very good. I dined on a beef brisket taco salad (I would order extra protein next time). It's easy to specify which condiments, etc you would like. Next time, I will try the restaurant with the full- service option. I want to give this location a better review since I have HAD better experiences here, but ever since quarantine, it tastes like the staff forgot the basic concept of adding salt to the food. Normally a favorite of mine. I haven't bee there in a while since my last visit. It's not in my usual area of travel. Usually excellent food. Not so this time. I purchased a Burrito bowl. Much of the chicken was overcooked. Quite a few inedible pieces. A good bit of the rice was hard. I had to throw out a good bit of the bowl. I am very disappointed. This place is very much like Chipotle Mexican Grill. The only difference is that they have more "toppings" to choose from that Chipotle doesn't have like bacon and queso sauce. I literally ordered the same thing I get from Chipotle which is a burrito stuffed with chicken, white rice, black beans, corn salsa, pico de gallo, cheese, sour cream, and guac. I ordered my burrito with queso sauce added and it didn't make a huge difference but it also didn't take away from the flavor of the burrito so no complaints there. I give QDOBA 4 stars because the burrito itself was good but service was not the greatest. The gentleman who served me was very low energy and looked like he could careless about me. In fact, he looked a little annoyed and had no sense of humor. Not bad. Definitely give this place a shot. Maybe next time I come, I will be greeted with a little bit more energy and not a soulless "what can I get you?" Lol read more

Love Qudoba's food. This location is very clean and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. They added cauliflower mash as a rice substitute for a keto friendly option. I always get their fried tortilla salad bowl and it never disappoints. The Cholula chicken is sweet and mildly spicy, very good! Prefer their food over than Chipotle's. read more

John is single-handedly running this location right now. He was friendly, patient and helpful while serving us in spite of a line waiting for service. He was also making to-go orders in between. He treated each customer respectfully and did not seem the least bit flustered or frustrated by the situation of being on his own. I overheard him tell another customer that they are fully staffed but everyone else called off today. Other than leaving a $10 tip, this was the only way I could think of to commend him for his sense of responsibility to his job snd literally not losing it. I love Qdoba and worked for 3 1/2 years as a supervisor, however, my experience at the Whitehall Qdoba was poor today. No other guests were in the location as I walked in. The individuals behind the counter were more concerned with themselves versus working. The trashcan top looked gross and disgusting. When I ordered the food, the woman decided to give me huge portions of Rice and Beans, yet when it came to the meat she went skimpy. The two ladies were not trained properly on customer service and how to greet guests, along with the proper food portions. The woman who rung me up also never even attempted to hand me the receipt. read more

Finally checked this place out tonight. Was pleasantly surprised. Fresh ingredients and clean casual seating. Had the chicken hard tacos and chips with queso. Both were excellent. Better than Chipotle IMO. Here is why, 5 different quesos, 5 different salsas, higher quality chips and hard tacos, more flavorful meat, nice medium heat queso and pico, more relaxed atmosphere and cleaner seating. $25 for two people with drinks and chips, queso and pico. Disgusting customer service. I guess they are hiring new people. Well their hiring process must include anyone and everyone. I came for service and to be served. There was clearly two new employees behind the counter. There was two customers before my partner and I. I guess the workers were flirting with the customers? They continued to make jokes with the younger customers, about how everything is beef when the customer asked for beef. The girl there with a pink mask was so rude and unprofessional. I stood there for about seven minutes while they kept joking with the other customers. Young high school kids working there with terrible customer service... walked out with no food as I couldn't stand to watch it anymore. I'm truly dissatisfied I've been to other locations and wow for a 30 minute drive out of my way just to feel like I didn't matter as a customer, nope. read more

I had wanted to try this place for awhile after seeing one down in the Willow Grove, PA area. So It's nice to have one closer to me. So far I have had very good tacos. I like the chicken and pulled pork the best. Chicken quesadillas were good too. Chicken nachos with white cheese sauce. yum, I have also tried one of their specialties: the Mexican gumbo, which is rice and beans with a ladle of tortilla soup over top, sour cream, salsa, etc. on top. It was tasty until the rice soaked up all the broth and it just became a bowl full of rice and beans. Next time I would get the tortilla soup, very tasty on its own. read more

Stopped at Qdoba last night to grab a quick bite. I was in such a shock at what I saw. The uncleanliness and sloppiness of the food station was horrific !! There was food everywhere and the station looked like it hasn't been cleaned for days . Even at the cash register counter there was drops of corn and chicken !!! Open straw wrappers and dirty napkins. And what's even more unbelievable is that the cashier ringing people up puts the bag of food right on top of it all. The people working there obviously don't seem to care. At one point a lady working there was sitting with a person at the dining area gets up and prepares for food for a customer without washing her hands or wearing gloves. As she was pouring sour cream over the customers bowl the bottle was empty and she threw it across the back table!! Who does that while customers are watching??? She obviously made it seem to everyone that she doesn't care. I don't know how this place is being run or still in business. Will never go there again!!!! read more

Finally we tried Qdoba and what a good choice that was to make! I have never seen my sons eat that fast and that much food at once! They both got a kids meal, both chose the taco (one son got the chicken soft taco and the other beef hard taco) which came with a side and a drink. They both scarfed it down! Then my husband got the shredded beef burrito and man I have never seen a burrito that stuffed before! It comes with the meat, rice (you pick which kind, either brown or white rice), and beans (either pinto or black beans). Then you get to pick your toppings, he got guacamole, sour cream, the salsa sauce, corn, and cheese. It was HUGE! I chose to get the same but "naked", meaning everything that comes in the burrito but instead in a bowl with the tortilla (I chose the wheat) on the side. Both of us couldn't finish our burritos so our boys tried them and LOVED it so much they polished off our meals. I just learned that you can order online! That is a plus. The only reason I didn't give it a complete 5 star is because of the limited menu. I kind of expected a little bit more of a choice. I was actually hungry for an enchilada but was bummed that they didn't have that there. They seem to favor the burrito the most so if you are hungry for a burrito, definitely check this place out! read more

this place is awesome! I am obsessed with their chicken tacos, the meat is perfectly crisped and seasoned. I like how it is sort of like subway in its setup, you pick and choose everything on your meals. its never been busy any of the times ive been here, so I think its not getting the attention it deserves. its clean, organized, easy to order, fast, and decently priced. maybe Panera bread next door is getting all of their attention, I don't know, but if you want affordable and fast, freshly made Mexican, I would definitely recommend this place. service and time wise it totally beats out on the border on airport road. read more

While the bottom of the pan may have been at temperature, the top section where my portion came from was not. I have contacted county health services about this. Went today for the first time. I've never been a fan of Chipotle, and I wasn't sure whether Qdoba was more of the same. When I saw tacos on the menu though, I was thrilled. Can't get a good taco in the Lehigh Valley. These were awesome. I had a chicken, a pulled pork (carnitas basically), and a ground beef. Tried all the salsas and the only one that was just meh was the corn salsa. They'll customize your tacos any way you want, i.e., guac on the chicken, black beans on the pork, etc. Holding back a star because they won't allow BYO. It's a shame because this could actually be a dinner destination if we could bring in a beer to enjoy with our food. Live too far away for takeout. I prefer Chipotle for burritos, but I do like Qdoba for a change from time to time. I like that they include queso & guac in the price of your item...tend to go for the Choose 2 with mexican gumbo and either tacos or a the mini quesadilla. I prefer the chicken...the shredded beef can be a little stringy. Lines are normally really short and parking is plentiful, which makes it a little easier than the long lines of Chipotle. read more

So now that eating at Chipotle is seemingly a gamble with your health, I thought I'd give this place a try. I was pleasantly surprised. The "build a burrito" concept is pretty much the same as its competitor with the addition of special sauces. The Mexican Caesar Dressing and 3 Cheese Queso are must haves. The burrito I had was very good. My only complaint was that the brown rice and guacamole could have been seasoned better. I also love the signature tacos. I had the Triple Threat and the Gladiator, both made with steak. Simply DELICIOUS!!! The cojita cheese was a nice change from the usual shredded cheese. I also like the ability to customize my taco as well. Customer service was excellent and the restaurant was overall clean and well kept. Yes, I am a Chipotle defector!! Qdoba is now my NEW favorite burrito/taco spot!!! read more

This store is in need of a general manager ASAP! This is a disgrace to what I remember qdoba being! I had. Five star review and I had to go back and change it to one star after visiting this location. Customers arguing with employees! Employees not giving there names up so that they're not reported, orders being done incomplete or totally wrong, employees playing around and talking to other employees while taking orders. The staff isn't friendly I am sooo disappointed as to what is going on I will not be returning until these problems are addressed. There is a chipotle down the street with burritos so the competition is high and to receive poor customer service as well as not what I ordered is just absurd!
