I've done my initial review on QDOBA about three years ago, and my opinion remains the same. It's the best place to go for fast food Mexican. This location is convenient, the establishment is kept clean, and most importantly the food is fresh and delicious. It doesn't matter what you order. It's all good! You can customize any item so it comes out just the way you like it. If you're a fan of spicy food, I highly recommend the Queso Diablo sauce. I get it on everything. Also, there is no up-charge for quac, so that's something you definitely want to take advantage of.

This place is very much like Chipotle Mexican Grill. The only difference is that they have more "toppings" to choose from that Chipotle doesn't have like bacon and queso sauce. I literally ordered the same thing I get from Chipotle which is a burrito stuffed with chicken, white rice, black beans, corn salsa, pico de gallo, cheese, sour cream, and guac. I ordered my burrito with queso sauce added and it didn't make a huge difference but it also didn't take away from the flavor of the burrito so no complaints there. I give QDOBA 4 stars because the burrito itself was good but service was not the greatest. The gentleman who served me was very low energy and looked like he could careless about me. In fact, he looked a little annoyed and had no sense of humor. Not bad. Definitely give this place a shot. Maybe next time I come, I will be greeted with a little bit more energy and not a soulless "what can I get you?" Lol

Best meal deal in the Lehigh Valley. Both entrees for less then $10 and you had a ton of food. They are kids meals but they don't skimp out. Love this place.

Ordered a salad with chicken. Very similar to chipotle when ordering. Salad was tasty and good portion. Service was great and place was cleaned with plenty of clean tables.

    Damn good quesadilla

The portion size is very generous and easily large enough to share with another person. The service has been fast and friendly every time I've visited. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with bright colors and artwork that reflect the restaurant's cultural heritage. Even the television programming helps create an authentic atmosphere and gives visitors a glimpse into Oaxacan culture. I love that they offer such unique and authentic Oaxacan cuisine right here in Carrick. The tortilla is homemade and perfectly crispy, topped with high quality steak and delicious Oaxacan cheese. My favorite parts are the green salsa, avocado, and grilled green onions. I absolutely love them. If I could change one thing, I would ask for a little more avocado and grilled green onion. I also think some grilled corn, onions, and peppers would complement the dish nicely. The radishes were not my favorite addition because they did not seem to blend with the other flavors as well. The lettuce and beans added a nice touch, and overall the dish was flavorful, satisfying, and memorable. It is wonderful to have such authentic cuisine within walking distance of home. I am already looking forward to coming back and trying more items on the menu. The chicken enchiladas with either mole sauce or green salsa also caught my eye.

They make their chips in-House and I absolutely love them. The queso is a varying level of spice based on the day that you order - that's not something I really care about. Nine times out of 10 it's good. I like their enchiladas, their burritos, their tacos, their quesadillas. The only time I ever got something that I didn't like was only because it was too spicy. I will say, they are not consistent with the level of spice. The Horchata's are amazing.

The service is fast, they make it in front of you, and you have the option of picking some stuff up at the grocery store while you are there. Friendly family type ambiance and it feels good to know you are supporting a small business like this. At $4 a taco, when they are generous with the authentic meat filling, double up on the freshly grilled corn tortillas, and allow unlimited toppings made fresh daily make these tacos one of the best deals around. The filling is already super flavorful, so you don't necessarily need extra toppings, but I like adding extra onions and cilantro. For me, a lot of the salsas were extra spicy, so my recommendation is to taste them before putting them on the taco. The ones I got honestly didn't need any extra added flavor. I got the steak and onions and the pork with pineapple and loved them both equally. I got them last week and already miss them - the smell and texture of the meat, the fresh toppings, how your breath tastes after, the combo of everything together - definitely a solid taco joint

I do not recall shopping at their supermarkets, but perhaps I should shop there. So far, I think that I have been a customer of only their tent that was set up at the Pittsburgh Taco Festival in 2025. I bought one al pastor (pork) taco and one bisteck (beef) taco for about $8 total. The employees had the meat pre-cooked, so I did not have to wait long for my tacos to be ready. My husband and I shared the tacos, and we both enjoyed them. My husband said that he liked the flavors of the meats.
