It's not very large like most mall Chick-fil-A's, but seating is also offered in the mall's interior, on top of the small dining room. Menu, food quality, and service are standard for a Chick-fil-A. This locations biggest problem is being inside of the mall, as it attracts many customers, and lines during peak times are long. After December 31st, the nearest Chick-Fil-A will be at the MacArthur Town Centre, and while that location is excellent, it will be less convenient for some customers. read more

Very small Chic fil a at the entrance/exit of the mall. I wasn't impressed at all. The tables were dirty and there were no employees attempting to clean them. The restaurant was overcrowded and we had to take our food out into the mall and eat. We had to walk back to get more napkins and sauces. When I walked back in to get a refill they were pouring the lemonade from a dirty one gallon pitcher instead of the large bubbler on the counter. It looked kinda jenky. I stood at the end of the counter with my cup in one hand and my lid/straw in the other hand for five minutes. Employees walked passed and ignored me. I asked one young lady and she told me to wait. It goes against my instincts to give any chic fil a a bad review but this one deserves it. read more

Girl at the front register was incredibly rude, making it a point not to greet, avoiding eye contact when she obviously saw me standing in front of the register, two feet away, until I had to literally reach out and touch her arm over the counter when she didn't respond, repeatedly, to my greetings. I don't know if this was something personal she had towards me, I don't much care, aside from how it made for a completely unpleasant experience. May be the best Chick Fil A Restaurant in the Valley! I order from Trexlertown, Easton, PBurg etc. This one gets it right every time. Quick delivery to my car for curbside. If my order asks for modifications they get it right (others don't). Today for example asked for extrapickles and that spicy sandwich was loaded up. Extra sauces always a plus. If there is one thing that you can always rely on when you come to a Chik-Fil-A, it's consistency. I mean we're talking they're usually more regular then an 80 year old guy who drinks a gallon of prune juice a day. With that said, this 80 year old guy has been skipping his gallon per because this location really gives the chain a bad name. First off the location is entirely too small for the amount of people usually here. Second, they totally break code by regularly not giving you the whole "My Pleasure" shtick that they are required to say. For every "my pleasure" I've heard an equal number of "sure", "yeah", or "alright". Third, they, I guess, regularly run out of food. I've been here twice and once two hours before closing on a Friday night they had no fries and the other time mid-day, mid-week they had no spicy chicken sandwiches. The word that sums things up here is apathy. I know a lot of people give this chain grief for it's politics but quite honestly I don't give a damn about that because good food is simply good food. But unfortunately this location does not meet the usual standards you get at most Fil-A locations and while it's still reasonably priced, it's just not worth the underachieving that seems to be prevalent here. read more

Great experience at the Whitehall Chick-fil-A! We stopped in around 5:45 for dinner on a Monday and were seated and eating within about 4 minutes of arriving. We brought our 1-year-old son and he loved his kid's meal. They had a cute Curious George mini board book as the prize which is perfect for him. It was a perfect place for him to hone his limited "eating in public" skills because his intermittent use of "outside voice" didn't cause too much of a disturbance with all of the other families around. They have a little play place for kids as well -- not very busy while we were there. The staff was attentive and the restaurant appeared very clean. The two staff members who were walking around were diligent about clearing trays, filling condiments, and offering refills. This particular Chick-fil-A is a little far from home for us but I'd definitely go back if we were shopping in the area again. read more

My fiancé goes here to get dinner, when she gets home one of the cups didn't have the lid on all the way and the lemonade spilled all over her car floor. Then when we open the sandwich box, both sandwiches were wrong. And after I take a few bites, I realize my chicken sandwich wasn't fully cooked. Chick Fil-A Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe with a side of waffle fries and dr pepper (yes like the unforgivable guy on youtube). Add some chick fil-a nuggets with a gallon of chick fil-a sauce and you have yourself a 5 star meal. So now, about this particular franchise. Could use some cleaning and the food preparation needs a little work. Then again it is fast food and regardless of the presentation it still taste the same as any other location. Food was ok. The restaurant is really nice inside and I like that they bring your food to your table. My issue I had today is with employees in the rest room. One of them was on her phone in the bathroom and stood blocking the sink. I had to wait quite a while to wash my hands. Chick-fil-A... I love you. Anyone that knows me knows I swear this place is the best fast food place on the east coast. This one in particular has fast, friendly, and fun employees. Never do I wait more than 5 mins in a drive thru. The only reason why I am giving this establishment 4/5 stars is because recently my fries have not been filled. I normally order a medium fry and for the last 5-6 times I have been coming back with only 4-5 fries and the rest are crumbs. Complaining about this did not help. Word of advice: get some fries from Arby's or Burger King... they're cheaper and you'll get more for your buck. read more

Okay so I like the food and their chicken sandwiches are always good however this is my second time going they're and the Drive-Thru person is awful you can barely hear her and this time she was paying attention to somebody else at the drive-thru and just laughing through the mic snd not paying attention to my order. she asked me twice what my name was and twice for my order was. Then she tells me that she can't hear me well if you shut your mouth and stop laughing maybe you could hear me I guess I'll just have to go over to the mall if I really want a chicken sandwich.
