A salad with greens, chicken, and tortilla strips, a taco with chicken and vegetables, a bottle of Niagara water, and a cup of water on a dark wooden table.

I'll start by saying WHAT A GORGEOUS SPACE!! I love the slanted booths and the large tables with benches! Was looking for a healthy option in the area & this was it. The menu was kinda all over the place with there not being a focused type of cuisine per se but I guess that's a good thing because I got to have Mediterranean and Southwestern in one meal. Ordered on the app so I could get points and everything was ready when I got there. My Greek Taco was FIRE!! DELICIOUS!! I coulda eaten 20 of those (I'm exaggerating but you get the point!)! My Southwestern Chicken Salad was good but I think I counted 10 (if that!) tiny pieces of chicken for the whole bowl. So chintzy with the protein! Everything, however, was super fresh and the purple rice was seasoned so perfectly! Staff was disappointing. Not even a hello. The only sound I heard from any of their mouths was the total of my bottled water and a "yeah" when I asked if I could please have a cup of ice. No smiles. Nothing. From any of them.

The new chicken and broccoli on quinoa bowl

The worst thing about going to this CoreLife is getting into the plaza where it is, with all the left turns off main roads, lengthy red lights, etc.. The inside is pretty standard. There was a smaller crew there, but they worked efficiently, and our orders were prepared quickly. I particularly liked the new chicken and broccoli on quinoa bowl. I'm also glad they started listing some of the nutritional information on the labels of some of the fountain drinks. I had no idea just how much sugar was in some of them!!! Fountain drink cups were smaller too, not that it matters since refills are free. All in all, it was a good visit, and a healthier option for a quick meal than other nearby fast food options.

I haven't been here in a few years. The ordering is cattle style and I wished I had looked online ahead; I pressured myself to order. Staff was friendly and helpful but there were was too many people for dinner on a Thursday night. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful. We both had salad/bowls and I would like to try a broth next time.

Tuna Poke Fire - A bowl of poke featuring salmon, tuna, avocado, broccoli, and pickled vegetables, topped with black sesame seeds.

Reminds me a of a healthy chipotle - this is slightly pricier and less filling though. Poke seemed pretty dry and not a ton of protein pieces. I ordered the larger size and finished it with some room to spare. Presentation of food was good but the taste was mediocre. This is a healthier option so it may not have the same heaviness/carbs at other places. The juices are definitely their strongpoint. It's unique and some are very tasty (some not so much) but I think it's very person dependent on the ingredients used. Little things that were missed was the utensils not being restocked so they only had knives for people to eat and didn't realize till I notified them. Also, one of the juice dispensers was jammed so I was unable to try. Overall a mediocre place - higher prices for eh food but it is healthier. I may come back to try as I only had one item and the menu is pretty extensive. Would recommend their juice as its unique and you're bound to find a tasty one. With what I tried though not very impressed and not a place I would seek out specifically.

My core life salad - A person is holding a bowl of salad containing lettuce, cherry tomatoes, corn, and other vegetables, with a fork and spoon inside.

Like every other time another great experience! This place is 100% gf minus the wraps. I got a salad bowl - I think southwest or spicy chicken. It was yummy and delicious. I got a side of gf Mac and cheese which was better then good! The two people who were working were helpful and patient! The lobby was clean. There was only one trash can which at first was hard to find. Maybe they could add another one in a more efficient place! But minus me looking lost in trash in my hands it was yummy and nice experience!

BYO Salad with tuna, edamame, pickled onions, mushrooms, scallions and beets on a bed of romaine and spinach with Thai cashew dressing.

Feed the Core Here. There are quite a few healthy options for varying preferences depending what you order. I did a build your own salad: the base options are great like greens or grains, then the extra ingredients I added I enjoyed, but I could see that the choices available may not satisfy some picky eaters, lol. There is definitely enough dressings to choose from to compliment your chosen dish.

Spicy Thai Chicken & Rice Noodle - A bowl containing spicy Thai chicken, rice noodles, chopped vegetables, and fresh cilantro, served in a takeout container.

This place is yummy!! They offer a large variety of healthy meals. They are very clean too! I always choose the spicy Thai chicken bowl because I love it so much but one of these days I'll pick something different!! They also have several selections of all natural beverages. I come here on my lunch break on occasion when I need a guilt-free meal.

Tuna poke bowl

This place needs to come to Jersey! Healthy choices , fresh ingredients, and lots of customization. They have different pre assembled bowls you can choose from with different proteins and toppings or you can make your own. They also have a ton of interesting lemonades and teas. I got the tuna poke bowl. The tuna was extremely flavorful and fresh and was topped with half an avocado (they did not skimp). Next time I would get a different lettuce instead kale (they have a ton of mixes). This place makes eating "healthy" fun.

Ordered chicken quesadillas for the kids and there might've been 2-3 small bits of chicken in each one.

Great food. Only complaint is the price. A smidge too high for what you get. Kale Caesar was great!

Normally I really like it here. They have become very skimpy on the meat. Maybe 2 ounces of chicken on the Thai noodle bowl. Maybe.

Incredible! There is so much care and thought put into this food. They must be very particular about their food suppliers. Any fresh ingredient is always perfectly fresh/ripe. The cherry tomatoes and really any veggies are always delicious, bursting with flavor (maybe they use organic which tends to have more flavor?). The salad dressings are all incredible. Apple Cider Vin, Citrus Vin.....o.m.g! The Power Up Salad will make you want to eat salads for every meal - seriously. Everything was delicious and absolutely hit the spot after a long night in the rain. We enjoyed everything so much that I actually came back the next afternoon for lunch, adding my wife and daughter to the group for the 2nd day of my son's soccer tournament. In addition to all the ramen we also tried the regular edamame, the steamed pork dumplings, and the duck bao. Everything was a hit. My daughter devoured the dumplings and the edamame. Ramen was so flavorful and packed with ingredients. A solid amount of options for the ramen too. Two great experiences in 24 hours.
