Just got a delivery order. Was superb!! Soup (hot and sour)was delicious and full of flavor and tender pork. My Wife had pork and broccoli and I had Beef and broccoli. Both were spot on. Delivery was quick. What I don't understand is how other reviewers say great this and best in town but give it 3 stars. Another terrible, not clean Chinese food spot. I came here multiple times and it was okay. Today is the first time I ordered for delivery and it was terrible, never again. Ordered from lunch menu and got a chicken and broccoli with white rice. Food looks okay, white rice old, broccoli not cooked all the way. And I found their cleaning sponge wire in my food. The food here was very bland. Pork fried rice? More like pork fried disappointment! There was legit no seasoning to this simple menu classic. Very underwhelming. Similar to the rice I cook for my dog when he has a sick stomach. The sweet and sour chicken was so crispy, it also was not seasoned and was bland. The sauce was necessary since it was so hard and dry. The egg rolls were all roll. Hardly any filling. Not good. Anyway, my dog enjoyed eating what we did not want to finish! read more

My family has been going to China garden for years. The husband and wife who own China garden are really hard workers and make great Chinese food (they are also always fast and have been in business for YEARS). All of the food is very good - we've tried the vegetable dishes, sesame chicken, bbq ribs, Lo-main, fried rice, general tso, chicken and broccoli and more and nothing ever disappoints! Update: Came here and placed an order in person to take home lunch. The beef and broccoli I ordered with no broccoli (watched the man write it down) had more broccoli than beef. Beef/sauce was ok but not the best I ever had. Fried rice was fine but not much pork pieces. Egg roll was ok but quite soggy by the time I got home - I don't usually have this problem with Chinese take out or delivery - stays crispy so that was disappointing. I mentioned in my last review I was happy that they had the broad homemade looking crispy noodles. Today, I was given generic skinnier crispy noodles. I do not know if they switched or what but that was also a bummer. I did really like the general tsos chicken. Great sauce and much better portion than we got with the beef. I have an issue with some Chinese chicken dishes having woody/stringy or cartilage-y chicken that I find really off putting. This chicken was 90% to my liking I only had maybe two bites that were like that the rest was nice and tender so I was generally happy with it. Wonton soup the wontons are great the broth is flavorful but very salty and lacks those pork and scallion pieces in the broth you get at other place that I like. read more

Forget everyone's reviews, this is the perfect hole in the wall for Chinese food. It looks a little outdated but the food is made fresh and is packed with flavor. If you value flavor over decorations definitely come by and try the food. I went with the cashew chicken and steamed rice....bomb!!! Respectable but not spectacular-which probably describes most of the Chinese food in Long Island. Get the veggie fried rice it's fresh but you can probably skip the hot and sour soup. Rose up at the counter is very pleasant and gets the orders right. The place has been around since we moved in, so I'm sure there are some great dishes there too that maybe we haven't experienced yet. read more

This is the best Chinese food around. I have been getting my food from this place for years and have always been pleased. The barbecue ribs are the best. I highly recommend the shrimp & lobster sauce and the fried dumplings. I usually get a quart of the wonton soup. Lets not forget the delicious egg rolls. First time I've ever written a review on Yelp, couldn't let this go unnoticed. First time eating here. Ordered food for pickup, and they had no duck sauce? We asked for some and they were out... weird. Got home and opened the first dish which had a huge hair in it. They give any of the fried noodles with the soup or chow mein we bought. Also didn't give any fortune cookies. To top it all off, my dad has been in the bathroom sick for hours from the food. Not worth eating here. Zens in Bellmore is better and clean. read more

Decent takeout with really quick delivery. The owners are really nice and they will try to accommodate any special requests. The spareribs are excellent and their brown rice is always fresh. My children love their chin ken and broccoli and the shrimp in lobster sauce is pretty good too. If you don't like heavy sauce they will pack it in the side. The London is fair. I didn't even try the food because I saw some dead roaches on the floor and if you look up at the drop tile ceiling lights you will see more dead roaches and other various bugs. And they don't take card only cash. Justified one star in my opinion. read more

Horrible, the chicken wasn't white meat made me sick. If a Chinese restaurant doesn't automatically give me all white meat (unless wings) you are done! I understand Sunday night deliveries might take a while but they told us they'd deliver in 40 minutes and we didn't get our food for an hour and 50 minutes! And not even any apology. If it's going to take that long, then let the customer know so the customer can know what to expect. And they didn't get the order right! This place took almost two hours to deliver our food. We live maybe 5 min away. My chicken and cashew dish was very salty and there was hardly any chicken in it. Maybe 15 very tiny pieces of FRIED chicken the size of a pencil eraser. Will never order from here again. read more
