The dish was presented traditionally with the all the toppings. The duck sauce was also perfect. A beautiful dish that fulfilled the 3 categories of Chinese cooking: color, fragrance and taste. Our next favorite in presentation and taste is the pork belly with pumpkin. The presentation of the dish is eye popping. The pork belly is unmistakably cooked by a master chef. The texture is chewy (skin), soft (fat) and dense (meat). The sauce may look over the top, but it adds to the silkiness of the pieces. The "fat" is not greasy. It's puzzling how they rendered the grease. I grew up eating this dish and cook it too. This dish by far is the best I've had. Service is fantastic; helpful and attentive. This is our new favorite restaurant! Suggestion would be to eat at the restaurant for an incredible experience. Dishes came out is perfect order. Not what I'm typically used to. I waited around a bunch of customers and Doordash folk picking up their orders and 25 minutes later got my food. The dishes weren't what I was accustomed to from other Chinese takeout restaurants, but they were pretty good. The general tso's chicken was very meaty but had a different kind of sauce than I've gotten in other places; it was more barbecue-like than the thick, sweet, spicy, orange glaze I'm accustomed to. The chicken in garlic sauce was good. The chicken, as well as the vegetables, were shredded, which is different than I'm accustomed to. The chicken lo mein was perfect with a tasty smoky flavor. I'm taking one star off for the egg rolls which are always my favorite part of a Chinese dinner. They weren't piping hot, right out of the fryer. While tasty, they were only a bit warm and soggy. I'm thinking they have a ton sitting ready to go on a busy night, but aren't dropped in the frying vat when ordered.
