When all of a sudden during a match, I broke on the 9 ball and the cue flew up and hit the tv, breaking it(please note the placement of the tv directly in the breaking zone behind the table). It was an honest mistake and by no means intentional. After the fact, a $400 fee was added to my bar tab (for a $100 tv mind you) without even a discussion! The bar owner proceeded to leave without talking to me and I was forced to address the situation myself. A few days later I show up for league and I am told I am not allowed back unless I pay for the tv.
