I was a little peeved but hey, 'shit happens' right? Then I start opening the food to discover that I was sent broccoli and beef instead of broccoli and chicken. I go back to my online order and see that I ordered chicken, so I call. If there was someone who actually ate beef, I would have kept it because I hate wasting food. Alas, for one reason or another, no one eats beef (taste, religion, and preference). Excuse my wandering off, back to the call.... So, I explain the situation and they verify that it was their fault and not mine. Then they offer this, "Okay, can we just send you the chicken?" I reply, "Yes, we want the chicken and broccoli." "No, we will send you some cooked chicken." Everyone listening into the call got a WTF look on their face! So, we were supposed to dump some chicken into the beef sauce and be happy with that. Even though the taste of beef and the oils of the meat would be all over the chicken. I haven't eaten beef in over 25 years and I'm not going to start because these guys don't know how to treat their clientele. I actually hung up in dismay! I'm not rude but that was just too much.
