Omgosh I can't remember when I've had better hand pulled noodles in any recent memory! I'm so sad this place is not in NY - they should get one! The noodle bowls are so big and filling and so hearty and warming on the chilly days we spent in Montreal. The noodles were a great texture and the broth is flavorful with the right amount of spice. The broth consistency is on the lighter side and the beef is tender but on the leaner side so most of the fat lended to the broth comes from the chili oil. Portion-wise, they give a lot of noodle and a decent amount of protein so my friend and I both left full. I can honestly say I was impressed by how flavorful the broth was despite the low fat content.
