Great customer service and food! I really enjoyed my experience here and the best part is they make all the food pipping hot and fresh. It takes about 20 mins for the food to come out but it's worth it. We did the half soy garlic and half spicy and that was yummyyy! We also ordered the gyoza which was scrumptious! Overall, I'd come back and try other items on the menu. They have lunch deals and all you can eat wing specials. I also enjoy that it's a laid back spot, good spot to enjoy food and watch sports as well.

Great service and tasty wings !! Located in Sterling, ChiMc serves some crispy Korean fried chicken!! I saw great reviews of ChiMc and they're also only exclusive to VA so I had to try. I got the wings and got half and half for each flavor. Their 2 signature flavors are soy garlic and spicy. I was feeling peckish so I got some of their fries as when it comes to Korean fried chicken, it normally takes longer as they fry it up fresh. The fries were tasty and fresh. It kind of has the vibes of if you were able to fry up mashed potatoes in a fry with the inside being very soft and crispy exterior. The wings came out and I enjoyed both flavors. I think I did like the spicy flavor a bit more but that's a personal preference as I like spicy food. The wings also came with a side of pickled radish which was nice to help balance the meal.

This is fride rice spicy so good!!!

Simply spectacular! The service was excellent, the person who served us was very friendly, the place is peaceful, and the food was absolutely delicious. Seriously, without exaggeration, you won't regret coming here.

About a 2.5: Not all Chi Mcs are the same! We came here due to the rave reviews, as well as to see how different it would be compared to the one that is near us (which we had a very poor experience at). We called ahead to place a to-go order, as we knew it would take some time for them to make it, as they make the chicken made-to-order. We ordered the Medium Wings in soy garlic, which is a 16-count of drums and flats; note that they can't do any customizations or requests, such as getting the chicken more well-done or having only flats. We picked it up right on time, as it was coming out of the kitchen. We decided to try it out right then and there, while it was piping hot. The skin/batter was interesting, as it was super thin and crispy, and it seemed to just fall off. The soy garlic wasn't too strong, as I think it was just 'basted' onto the thin coating, which left the rest of the chicken bland. Staff were friendly, and there's limited seating inside. Located in the Cascades Plaza, there's a shared lot, but it can get filled up quick! +super thin skin +bland wings +friendly service +located in the Cascades Plaza +parking available in the shared lot

After seeing Yelp friend, Lyn L.'s review, I knew we had to give this place a try. For us, it was easy to find as we had been to the previous restaurant (Porchetta) before it closed. We were here on a Sunday around 4:45 p.m. and the place wasn't very busy. There was a man ahead of us in line, who, like us, was trying it for the first time. When it was our turn to order, we let Mili know it was our first time here. She was very friendly and helpful. One thing we appreciated is that newbies are given a free sample of wings. The man ahead of us in line got his sample first. I walked by him as I went to pick up napkins and utensils as we were eating our food there. I asked him if the chicken was good and he raved about it. Our order consisted of a small serving of mild wings, which was 8 pieces. Also, we ordered pork buns which come two per order. We decided to share a bottle of water. To finish it up, we got coleslaw. Mili asked us if we liked pickled radishes as they come with the chicken...yes, of course, we like them! She said it would take about 15 minutes to prepare our order. While we were waiting, she brought us the wing samples. To distinguish the spicy one from the mild ones, she put a toothpick in the spicy one. My husband took the first bite of the spicy one and was impressed. I took the second bite...and wow! There was spice but it didn't overtake the chicken. (I did have to blow my nose afterwards :D ). We were both impressed with the crunchiness of the skin and the moist, tender and juicy chicken inside. When our dinner arrived, it was piping hot. We had to wait a bit to dig into the chicken. Thanks to the sample, we knew it was worth the wait. The mild ones do have good, subtle flavoring. On to the pork buns --- not only were they attractively presented but they were tasty. The pork was lightly fried and coated with a tasty brown sauce, then finely cut green onions were added. The result was a tender piece of pork on a soft bun that held together quite well. As a bonus, the scallions did not overpower it. The coleslaw...well, it was okay. The portion size is generous, enough for two. While we didn't hate it, we noticed the vinegary undertones. That's our take on it, I'm sure others may feel differently. While we were eating, more customers came in. The ones who also were dining in could be heard talking about how much they enjoyed their food. A man who came out of the kitchen (we think he was the manager) asked us how we liked our food. We told him it was better than Bonchon, which he was pleased to hear. He explained how Chi Mc is not a large national chain---it's just in NoVA. Also, he said all their ingredients were locally sourced. As he put it (and I'm paraphrasing here) there are no waits for a cargo ship carrying ingredients from thousands of miles away. As for ambience --- the place is small and has comfortable chairs at each table. Needless to say---We will be back! Next time, we agreed that we will try some other sides, for example, their mandu sounds delicious.

Visited on a Sunday around 3 or 4 o'clock, they didn't have many people in so it was perfect. As most Korean chicken restaruants the fries and appetizers come out first and then the wings and entree items. We had a big order and everything was really tasty and fresh. The couldn't take pictures of most items we ordered because we ate it too fast lol.

Guy working the counter was super friendly and helpful. He gave us a free sample after we said it was our first time. The spicy wings are HOT so I'm glad I was able to try them before ordering a ton of them. I like heat but these were very spicy, probably my maximum heat tolerance. Knowing that he told me not to get the spicy buns since they were even hotter lol, so I went with the bulgogi instead. Everything was delicious, crispy, and not greasy. Beers were great as well. 5/5 will be returning.

From the moment you walk in, you can tell they take pride in quality -- and it absolutely shows in the food. Their menu features an impressive all-you-can-eat selection of premium meats and seafood, and we always appreciate the BIG variety. From beautifully marinated bulgogi and spicy pork to tender brisket, short ribs, and fresh shrimp, there's something for everyone at the table. The quality of the meat truly stands out -- it's fresh, well-cut, and consistently flavorful. You can taste the difference. One thing that really sets Sōdayz apart from other nearby Korean BBQ spots is the service. It's superior. The staff is attentive without being intrusive, quick to bring refills, and they proactively replace the grill multiple times throughout the meal -- which makes a huge difference in keeping everything tasting clean and fresh. That level of attention is rare and so appreciated. The side dishes (banchan) are always fresh and plentiful. The soup is especially comforting and flavorful, and the steamed egg option is such a fun and delicious bonus you don't always see at other places. Everything feels thoughtfully prepared. We always leave full, happy, and already planning our next visit. If you're looking for quality meat, a wide selection of AYCE ($36) options, and service that truly goes above and beyond, Sōdayz Korean BBQ in Sterling is the place to go!

The appetizer and dessert bar with all their sauces was so nice and had actually delicious options across the board. I love that they even had lychee in the dessert section! You can only choose two of the three all you can eat options: hot pot, sushi, and bbq. We picked bbq and sushi, and all of the bites were great! The bbq has all of the standard sides and meats that were so so yummy, especially the pork belly. The bbq items came out what felt like minutes after we came back with filled plates from the appetizer bar. Only thing we wish was different was that we got the sushi after the kbbq and we were pretty full by the time it came out. Otherwise everything was great from start to finish and can't wait to go back!

We were instantly greeted at the door and only had to wait about 5 minutes to get a table. From there, we decided to go for the triple combo of AYCE sushi, hot pot, and KBBQ. The best choice! We began by ordering sushi and items for our hot pot - all were incredibly fresh and tasty. I particularly loved the Szechuan broth - which I made sure to ask them to make vegetarian (be sure to ask beforehand as some broths are made with pork). From there, we fired up the grill with brisket, bulgogi, and, my favorite, the garlic shrimp! Everything was so juicy and paired perfectly with the sauce bar items we chose. I particularly loved the crab rangoons and kimchi as some fun sides! The restaurant is very spacious and is great for groups or eating with a friend. I appreciated how attentive and accommodating each server was. In my opinion, this is one of the best KBBQ spots in town! Definitely worth the visit.

Tried Chiko recently and walked away seriously impressed. We ordered the garlic shrimp dumplings,…read morespicy bulgogi stir fry, and Dolsot Bibimbap, and every dish delivered. The garlic shrimp dumplings were a great start packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. The spicy bulgogi stir fry was easily one of the highlights of the meal. The flavor balance was incredible, with just the right amount of heat, and the texture of the noodles and beef made every bite satisfying. You can tell real attention goes into building flavor here. The Dolsot Bibimbap was outstanding. Serving it in the hot stone bowl made all the difference the rice continued cooking at the table and developed that crispy texture on the bottom that gives bibimbap its signature bite. The combination of vegetables, beef, egg, and crispy rice created an amazing mix of flavors and textures. Beyond the food, the service was on point from start to finish. The GM Wiley took great care of us. Friendly staff, attentive without hovering, and everything came out smoothly. Drinks were also made really well and complemented the meal perfectly. Chiko absolutely exceeded expectations. Great food, excellent service, and a place I'll definitely be coming back to.

The dining room isn't very big, and since we came for an early dinner, we had our pick and chose a four-top with a view. Well... the view was basically the Paris Baguette that's across the street. The general manager came by to take our order. To drink, I had a mocktail, "house-made lime cooler," which consists of "pureed Asian pear, lime juice, and Sichuan tea." I found it to be very refreshing. My husband had a Coors Light. For my entree, I chose "Soy glazed brisket" which consists of "2Fifty Texas BBQ brisket, soy brined soft egg, furitake butter, pickled peppers, steamed rice". I liked this entree. It was mildly spiced; the pieces of brisket were properly prepared; the pickled peppers added some heat; and the soy-brined soft egg was a nice touch. The egg was soft-boiled, and the egg yolk provided a nice flavor. My husband chose "JJayJangmeon" which consists of "shrimp, scallops, roasted black bean sauce, noodles". The dish is made with wheat noodles. It arrived hot and with a nice vegetable garnish on top. The greenness of the vegetables made a nice contrast to the dark brown sauce. That brown sauce was hot, mild, and thoroughly coated the dish's ingredients. It seemed a bit unusual to see a dish with shrimp and scallops coated in a mild black bean sauce, but it worked nicely. The shrimp arrived tail-less, and the scallops were soft and not rubbery, both properly prepared. I was glad not to have to fight with the shrimp tails. All in all, we were glad we made a return visit.
