I enjoyed the food at chilis all the times I have been there I had to wait for around 5 min . I usually order the soup and salad combo or a burger w fries. The bottomless express lunch soup and salad combo was good but every time we got more salad the portion got smaller . The burgers are always excellent . When the servers make a mistake they always apologize and fix it. Another down side is you have to wait around 30 min for your meal to be ready. They also accept coupons even if they are on your smartphone with no problem. read more

What the hell's going on with most of the Chili's? They seem to have succombed to the Subway phenomenon where the food tastes warped in time and don't coherently hold the natural flavor and texture together at any moment, but have a steamed or a microwaved out of phase effect. This is the second time I ate at this location on separate biz trips, and the food here tastes like they were not freshly grilled but reheated or resteamed or whatever. I had the margarita grilled chicken and the salmon but both did not hold flavor and tasted like they were washed with water and then grilled in water quickly. The meats don't hold their natural flavor nor have any real grilled flavor. I don't remember Chili's being this way when they first opened when the grilled meats tasted freshly grilled. We asked the waitress to call a manager and she had an unprofessional attitude. The manager came out and left to the side office where we could see her laughing. Every time we go there, something is wrong. Tonight, I bit into a broken piece of plastic. The manager came and explained where it was from, apologized. They brought a new plate of food. The server said he would come back with drink refills. I had to finally ask another server for something to drink. He finally came, but we didn't need him then. I have been craving the chicken enchilada soup and big bites since I've been home sick not able to go out so I asked my son to get it for me and the soup was excellent as always but the big bites were dry and looked like little charcoal briquettes so I think if I want that again I'll need to eat it there incase I need to send it back. Chilis has always been a good option when looking for a place to go with friends. This experience was different than any other. Food is OK, Good beer selection, We spent about two hours watching a ballgame and had dinner and 3 beers each. When friends and I decided it was time to go, the waitress brought our separate tabs and she had charge me for 4 beers.We all knew this was a mistake, but when I pointed it out to her she all but accused me of cheating her out of a pint. So I always have ordered on line for the Chili's To Go because I like that I can know exactly what was ordered and every one in my family just passes around the Ipad and get their food exactly how they want instead of me calling it in to try to remember what everyone wants. My worst experience ever though, was this Friday which has now led me to the conclusion that we will no longer dine at this particular Chili's. After waiting over 2 hours additional time than what was promised, my order was wrong. When they realized that they had forgotten to make things on my order, it took an additional 45 minutes for them to get the food correctly to me. The waitress informed me that they had new staff and thus the mistakes, so as a "courtesy" they offered me 1 free desert for my $80+ order (which half of it was freezing cold by this time). This place used to be my go to place. For special dinners or even hanging out with friends. Today was a very important dinner for me, it turned out to be the worst experience I've had here. The final time I step foot into this restaurant. The place was relatively empty. Few tables and whoever was in the bar. We ordered our drinks from the manager. And waited about 5 minutes or so. Our drinks were incorrect, but drank them either way. We proceeded to order an order of Texas cheese fries while our food came. They were terrible. 45% of it was burned and stuck to the skillet. Something that's never happened. Their excuse was they didn't butter it. No replacement offered. Once out plates came it was cold. Seemed like they had been sitting out for a long period of time. My chicken was cold in the middle and my sisters ribs were undercooked and cold to the bone. Called the manager over and offered a new rack of ribs. We waited 25 minutes for those ribs and they never came. The waitress never came by to ask how were doing. When we did see her it took 10 minutes to get us forks. As we asked for our check we noticed multiple charges for things we did not order. We were charged 1.99 for "entertaiment" we did not use. 12.99 for beer we did not order or drink. The waitress went to speak to the manager. He took her to the kitchen. I saw him grabbing a rack of ribs from who knows where and sticking it into a to go plate. Knocking off the prices for which we were not charged with an additional 15% off . He never ONCE came to apologize. Instead he cowered into the corner of the kitchen and sent the waitress to apologize. Never stepping into this establishment again. My sister and I both have stomach pains and indigestion after about an hour. I'm a manager at a business as well, I would never manage my team to treat customers this way in a thousand years. It took awhile to get sat (myself, my husband and our 10 month old daughter) and once finally say we didn't get greeted at our table. We flagged someone down and they took our order immediately, comped us chips and salsa and a desert!! They were extremely apologetic and brought our daughters sides out within 5 minutes of ordering. They were busy and I think the host was new so that might of been why there was confusion. After our 4 hours in the car with another 5 to go... It was a nice dinner, just with a rough start! I wish i could give no stars .Worst steaks ever. The last prob 5 steaks I have ordered from here were horrible. Always ask for well done and I get the Pink- est bloodiest meat ever. How do I make my 9 year old suck it up and eat it anyways ? I dont. Waste of money. I mean blood started oozing out before I even cut it with the knife. Chili's has amazing food! The waiters and waitresses are always so polite, patient, and have great attitudes. I absolutely love going to Chili's knowing that the food will be amazing as well as the service. I have never had a bad experience at our local Chili's, or any Chili's in fact. Worst service I've ever experienced. Usually I expect not to see my server frequently when an establishment is busy. But it looks like a ghost town in this place. I waited 10 minutes to acknowledged (by the bartender) about another 7 to be seated. Once seated we waited another 20 minutes for our drink order after she looked at us and contemplated to help us. It's plain to see why nobody here wears name tags. Because they all provide shitty service. More specific the young lady ( I believe her name is kristie) with the short colorful hair. When dining out you expect a fun experience, and that was an experience I was yet to have. Definitely not worth the money I paid. I tip based off the service I receive so hopefully she wasn't expecting a good tip. I will not be visiting this particular restaurant again. And I will also be contacting corporate for a refund. I should have paid attention to the reviews. The place wasn't that busy but I was in a little bit of a hurry so asked the hostess which would be faster, eating in the bar or the restaurant. She said it's about the same. I chose to go to the bar. 15 minutes later I still hadn't had a tone come by to take my drink or food order. The couple next to me said they had someone come by but they only asked for water at that time while they reviewed the menu. They said that 20 minutes later they still hadn't received their water. Finally we both got the same waiter to come over. We all wanted a Patron Margarita and they were out of Patron. I thought, no big deal. I ordered a glass of wine. I then ordered one of their burritos, he said they were out of burritos...REALLY? Lousy service, I mean...it's a Chili's so I'm not expecting 4 star service but this one definitely is only a 1/2 star but I can't go lower than 1 star. Management.... stay on top of your business. We took my husband to Chili's for a nice dinner. Everyone ordered. 45 mins. later our food came out after waitress came by and said "no one brought out your food yet?" then finally someone brought it out. All was well with 2 out of 4 dinners bombing out. I ordered steak medium well with broccoli, my husband ordered shrimp tacos w/beans and rice. My steak was very well done and broccoli was not even steamed/cold and the smashed potatoes were even hard (stayed under the heat lamp for at least 8-10 mins). My husband's rice and beans were cold. They brought me out another steak and it was more than rare. When I tried to cut it, it felt like I was trying to cut through a water bed! The service was just as bad. We do know they know how to say sorry (about 50 times and that is no exaggeration!). We just wanted a good meal and that did not happen. What a disappointment! my overall experience here was horrible. came here on a Saturday night after work super hungry and was pleased at first because the host was happy and welcoming. after waiting 20 minutes I was seated. I was then disappointed due to horrible service. it took over an hour for them to bring out my food which was apparently served to the wrong table. my appetizers were given to me at the same time my food was which was inconvenient because the point of an appetizer is to be served before your main dish. I wasn't given a refill until after my food was served to me which I had been done with within 15 minutes. when I received my food my dish was also dirty with grime on it followed by me taking a first bite of my super cold and stale meal. I'm never returning here, and if I could rate 0 stars I would because of the rude waiters and their horrible service. I've gotten better service getting fast food than I did here.
