The food was amazing and the service was too. The ambiance was okay, Resturant has no control of outside activities, one man was being arrested in their parking lot. Love when im hungry craving ihop and see its open for another hour currently 8:54 and they have their doors locked although they close at 10! As soon as we walked in we were greeted and then we were seated and our waitress was Sarah. The service was fast and the waitress was very polite. The outside of ihop was clean and picked up this establishment looks better than the 1 in Visalia. The inside of IHOP was clean and welcoming. The food was delicious I forgot how good the pancakes were at ihop I don't go to IHOP without my mom this is her breakfast spot above all other places she had the breakfast sampler and I had the chicken breakfast sandwich the breakfast sandwich was really good and had pickles on it also 2 pancakes instead of fries. My mom ate most of her breakfast but likes to save half for lunch today was Mother's Day thank you to all the waitresses who work this day to provide and keep their families happy. read more

Never been to this one before. Their usually all the same. So didn't expect to be wowed. This one was pretty empty and we were there for a birthday party and there was literally one cook and one server. He handled it flawlessly between our large group and a few other tables. Cook didn't skip a beat on anything and was cooking everything as fast as he could. Ordered a jalapeño kick burger and it was hot and full of flavor. I would definitely try this meal again and the same place. So this place is worth and don't stress to much on the one guy flying everywhere. read more

Currently still waiting for a seat at IHOP I have been here for an hour and have had multiple parties go ahead and not be seated yet. Obviously incompetent planning and lack of care when it comes to the front desk. Let's wait to see whether the food service is any better. I am sad to give such a low review for a place our family has frequented for years of Sunday's. However, given the pandemic, I was shocked to find our own post-vaccination effort to support businesses to be met with what seemed a complete denial of science. While the service continued to be so great in the sense that our waitress was kind, attentive and all around awesome, we could not get past the lack of protocol for protecting customers. The place was packed. Packed. Not all the tables had barriers. At one point, someone rested another table's drinks on our table with us free to breathe, sneeze, cough on them etc. The same thing occurred with the coffee pots that were left on our table for at least 15 minute before being retrieved to use at other tables. Finally - there was NO effort to hold people to the mask rule with multiple people entering without masks. Sorry, but this experience was visceral and will affect future patronage. read more

Im standing in line obviously in front of a couple of other parties ALEXANDRA skips me to which i exclaimed "i was here first" She asks how many, i reply "it's a to-go" She goes "I'll take care of you after these people" i said "can't you just take my order? I mean i was first in line?" I don't know how it makes any sense, to make ME wait...she takes those people's names then back to me..."do you need a menu?" Sure, i mean, she could have given it to me while she made me wait as she was taking peoples names, but that would have made too much sense... I never give low reviews on restaurants but the last time I came here, service was super slow. When we got seated, our table was dirty I went in the middle of the week when there was no one and the waiter took forever to take our order. When they brought our food out, it was cold and was not the best. We asked for things like napkins, ranch etc and they never came out. read more

Terrible Service!! Came here during the morning rush hour and was told it was a 20min wait time which I was fine with. Waited outside for about 10mins then went inside to the waiting lobby never once did I hear my name. I watched a few people who arrived after me being walked in so I went to the front desk to ask what the wait time was and they claimed they had called my name. Which was BS because my family was inside waiting too. They didn't offer to prioritize us since they had screwed up they wanted to place us at the end of the list. Came in to get a meal before work. It took over 45 minutes for our food to arrive. This was after our server had come to the table to ask if we wanted our sides before our pancakes and French toast. So our eggs, bacon & hash browns were sitting under heat lamps for who know how long. When the food finally arrived, nothing was cooked. I don't recommend this restaurant because I had a bad experience there the service was really bad. The food took forever to come out and when it did my dad's steak was raw and not cooked right. Even when they replaced his steak it still wasn't cooked right the second time. The food wasn't that good either, I didn't really like it at all. read more

After having a delicious breakfast with my wife, I inadvertently left my credit card on the table, When I got home I called the IHOP and they had found the credit card. I got here from a hard days work 16 hours no lunch and coffee for breakfast. Staying at the hotel next door. Didn't eat all day and walked over and found they closed the doors early. A bunch of families inside happy and enjoying their meals. I didn't even get a chance to come in. This is a sad day in history for me because I love food. Nothing gets this fat boy more upset than getting all hyped up for something and not getting it. Those sweet sweet pancakes within my grasp only to have my heart ripped out by workers who were probably tired after their puny 8 hour shift. Oh the disappointment. We were visiting the city of Tulare were we stopped by their IHOP and were helped by the most kind server ever.Dorrie not only provided excellent customer service but had such an amazing attitude towards every table she helped and did not forget not once about us. I ordered a milkshake online from this place and it said it would be ready at 12:12. I come in at 12:14 and ask if it's ready and the lady up front, Pamela, starts giving me attitude that it isn't going to be ready that fast and that they had received the order only a few minutes ago. All she could have said was no in a polite way. Without the attitude. Then 5 minutes after that she starts to tell one of her coworkers the same exact thing when they asked her what am i sitting here waiting for. Now we're at 30 minutes of me waiting for a milkshake order and they aren't even busy. Probably just understaffed. One of the nicest IHOP's I've ever eaten at. The parking lot, restaurants, and restrooms were very well kept. I was here early in the morning and the only customer but it made it really nice because it was quiet with trendy country music playing in the background. The server JASMIN is unprofessional, rude, and egotistical. She shorted us on our change without asking! We asked to complain to a manager and she talked over the shift lead the whole time saying rude comments! All because i gave her the correct change so she could make it right. Never had such a rude server before. We complained to Scott about her so hopefully no one ever has to be disrespected by her rude comments again! read more

So I've dined at other IHOPS before but, never had Me and my wife been asked by a passing waitress; have been helped ?? May I help you and she wasn't even our waitress. When my wife finally responded yes this table is dirty they just sat us hear. Waitress responded by saying " oh they will be there shorty". I was just flabbergasted who does that , you ask may I help you because you are apparently going to help the guests. Then through the whole time we ate our breakfast I noticed she kept on passing by very flirtatious towards me, like wanting me to notice her. Believe me will definitely NOT be eating there again. So this was our visit my mom, brother and myself... All in all.. It wasn't great service. Idk if something happened earlier but our service was very flat. It involved being in an awkward silence waiting for a table, when clearly there were lots of tables open and nobody was before or after us waiting to be seated. It's was a miracle she didn't spill our coffee when pouring it, cause she did it in such an aggressive manner. When she gave us the check.. She didn't offer a box, but offered to bring us more pancakes if we wanted anymore (since they were as many as you can eat) but never came back and we were there for 10 more minutes .. We finally asked a very nice busy boy for a box and he brought it right away.. I used to be a waitress...
