Wow. I only ate here because a customer gave me a gift card for Chili's. I feel like I should call my customer and apologize for wasting their money. Sitting in the bar area wanting to watch a NCAA football game. We asked our server THREE times to change the station please. She ignored us each time and really became rude. Some of the people here are super nice and attentive, but I refuse to be served by her. Maybe management needs to retrain this staff member on how to keep the customer happy.? read more

Overall not the worst experience but also not the best. Our waiter was helpful and quick but super impersonal. He only ever said a few words at a time and rarely stayed at the table longer than the bare minimum. Often times he would talk to us from another table he was bussing. The chips and salsa we ordered good. One problem with our main food was everyone ordered salads but the salads came out on hit plates so the lettuce was hot and cheese was melted. Also the salads were much smaller than we have had at other chili's. The soups we got were extremely thick and not filled very high. The top was glazed over and cheese almost burnt because it was most likely sitting under a heating lamp for to long. The waiter was quick and we got out of the the place in a little over 30 min. Overall the experience was average nothing incredible but not something I am raving over. Chili's in general is good but this one was not the best. read more

Mix and match fajitas were good choice if you're hungry and want to share. The meat was actually pretty tender. The chicken was soft and breast meat but the shrimp...oh, meh don't bother ordering the shrimp. It's like eating hard jello because it's not so much crunchy like fresh shrimp but it's just too salty and not appetizing to eat. Liked my house vinagrette salad and enjoyed some dranks. Worst Chili's ever! Didn't even make it past seating. 1/2 of seating was close on a Saturday night. Hostess said 30 minute wait. When asked if our party of 6 could just push two tables together in the bar the hostess rudely said she doesn't like doing it... Went to Applebee's down the road. Much better service. read more

Excellent service! Nathan and Emily were amazing waiters, I would probably request one of them if I went back. Food was amazing and held true to my expectations. I should've known not to go in when pulling up and it looked abandoned because of dead grass and weeds. Literally looks abandoned. I love chili's fajitas so I was looking forward to them and what gets plopped down burnt gristle. I'm not joking. Like hands down the lowest quality food I've ever had at a sit down restaurant. I kindly sent it back and told the nice waiter, I'm good. I don't need it replaced because it took so long I filled up on the bottomless chips (they also sucked, btw, super greasy) while waiting for some sort of response to the food mishap I'd asked 3 different people for some more iced tea and right in long with the fajitas, nothing. After getting my check the waiter showed up with replacement fajitas which I'd said I didn't want and they still charged me full price. Since the $17 seemed to be more important than anything else I asked the waiter to take the replacement fajitas back to the manager so he could eat them since he definitely needed them more than me. let me just start off by saying i love chili's. but today they absolutely disappointed me. i called in for an order to pick up at 11:40, they didn't have it ready until 12. so i was already getting bugged. after getting to my car i noticed i was missing a side salad. so i went back into chili's and informed the employee at the desk. he told me he knew he forgot the side salad before i left. not only that but from the pick up counter you can see into the kitchen. i looked into the kitchen and saw him grabbing something from a bowl and to my surprised he was grabbing the croutons to add to my salad with his grimy sweaty bare hands. not to mention.... he was the manager. I've been here twice and just have not had great experiences. The wait staff is super nice, so that's a plus. First time I went in it was 10 minutes before me or the other two parties that came in were even acknowledged. We were seated and had a very nice server after so I just ignored it. But after today, don't think I'll be returning. Ordered the chicken "crispers" and they were very soft. No crunch to be found anywhere. I thought chicken tenders was usually the safe food to order at places, but I guess not. Ordered a house side salad after, which I ended up finding a hair in halfway through. Didn't make a big fuss, still tipped well (not the servers fault) but left right after and decided to not return. I understand COVID is making things difficult, so I get the wait times, being understaffed, etc. but I have to say the food was nasty. Bathroom disgusting! Kitchen: filthy, unorganized, horrible. Server Andi (the Bartender) yelling like a wanna be Marine drill instructor. Took over twenty minutes to get food for a four top at lunch at the bar. Server Andi didn't refill our drinks once, and his barking was so continuous it actually became banal. Then, food arrives and it's wrong - Andi said the wait was because he wanted to deliver all the food at once - yet he comes out to a four top with three entrees and two of them are wrong. When he finally comes back he keeps ordering us to move while he loads up the table with plate after plate after plate. My entree along came on three different plates. It's Chilis, the bar isn't high but it it's high enough that a Sunday afternoon lunch with friends or families is alright. read more

We usually set in the bar section because we know we can get the best service there. But decided to try a booth in reg seating area. BIG MISTAKE! So things started off ok our waitress took our drink and food order at the same time. My husband ordered a mixed drink. Which came about 10 mins an 5 mins before our waters and soft drinks. Which she got my husbands drink wrong how do you mistake lemonade for ice tea? He just drank it no biggie right! We had chips an salsa which were fresh an very tasty. Food comes, two of the four orders where wrong. We just pointed them out but kept our meals an ate them anyways. Mind you she never offered any refills cups half full ok. At that time we decided we wanted dessert so we ordered it on the kiosk so when we were done eating they would be served. Or so we thought. About 10 mins later we are stuffed still no refills. She comes An asks us if we are paying with cash or card????? Really well it will be cash but we are not finished! We ordered dessert! She leaves to look for our desserts right? (Still never asking if we need refills, cups are empty by now) Wrong 20 mins later one dessert arrives we have never seen our waitress again. . So we returned the one out of two dessert An asked for the bill! Now hear comes the "manager" what a joke she takes the two desserts off the an proceeds to act like she was doing us a favor by taking the food off we never got. Never asked if everything else was ok. Looking at our table all drinks were empty. Untouched food sat to the side clearly pour services. So we left mad, thirsty an needing something for our sweet tooth's. So much for a great Birthday dinner huh! My boyfriend and I got gift cards to Chili's for Christmas so we decided to go out for dinner on Saturday January 3rd at about 5pm. I'm not sure what our servers name was but she was a little bit older and very pleasant. She made sure our drinks were full and checked on us often. What wasn't so pleasant was being seated next to the kitchen and hearing all of the girls huddled in the kitchen swearing, and how one of them "hasn't had sex since she got pregnant". I'm not sure if anyone has ever told them this but just because the kitchen is loud doesn't mean it's soundproof. I don't think the families that were seated next to us, or anyone for that matter, wanted to hear all of the swearing or about anyone's... intimate (or lack of) life. We ordered the cheddar cheese bites and the sauce was half spilt on the plate (not brought out by our original waitress). I ordered the shrimp tacos and the shrimp were cold- I'm hoping that's the way they were supposed to come, and the 1/4 cup of Mexican rice I got was crunchy. For example, the quesadillas ordered were soggy, the chicken crispers definitely did not live up to their name, and to say that the hamburger ordered was rare would be an understatement, I was waiting for it to stand up and walk away. Although it appears the kitchen is run by a couple of single dads who never learned the basic rules of cooking, our waiter, Gus, was FABULOUS!!! As an avid Chilis goer Country wide. This was by far my worst experience. Food was aweful. Service was horrible.. and never in my life have a sent back an alcoholic beverage but I did so last night. It was my birthday outting with my family. We just wanted to get a drink and appetizer and a desert to cap off the evening. I guess only spending 80 bucks didnt make us a priority table. The waiter was occupied with to-go orders. He checked in once breifly after we got our meal. The sliders were raw in the middle, and sadly my SW Eggrolls had a foul taste. BUT the kicker was after we waited and waited for waitor to come back to order a molten lava mini cake for my birthday. .. I told him he could bring me a to-go box with it, we would eat a little and then get out of his way, ( since they obviously wanted us out of there as it was about a quarter to 11).. well he literally brought it to me refrigerator cold not heated one bit.. and package and taped up to leave. Worst service I have ever received. I went with the family over our weekend to St. George and this was by far the worst of the trip. It took 15 minutes to be seated with more than enough waiters/waitresses (2 per section which is 2 per row of tables) and entire sections empty. It then took 15/20 minutes to get our drinks (a coke, a margarita, a rum/coke and an Irish coffee). We ordered our food and waited for 45 additional minutes to be told "it is what it is, sorry for the wait" by our waiter. I'm surprised we even paid the $31 for our drinks (really?) before leaving. Never go here unless you're a cute girl. If you're a cute girl you'll get a front line pass, otherwise you don't matter. read more

Although the food was standard, I'm giving this place 1 star due to the lack of professionalism from the employees in the kitchen. The place was pretty empty at dinnertime. Bartender was pretty nice but it took him a good 5+minutes to first attend to us because he was busy making drinks for the waiters to take to other tables.. The 2 of us were the only ones sitting at the bar.. He checked on us a couple times during our meal, asked us how things were tasting, etc. We ordered a Santa Fe Chicken Salad (pretty good), and Cheese Bites (greasy and salty..) There was a football game going on, and a man sitting behind us had been there for a while. He got really into the game and was reacting loudly to the touchdowns and ref calls (but not loud enough to annoy us). He made a loud "aww" noise during one of the calls, and I could hear several of the employees in the kitchen imitating him and laughing for a good 5 minutes. They kept "aww"-ing and laughing which annoyed me quite a bit. I was sitting at the bar right next to the kitchen so I could hear everything.. That man probably heard everything too.. thankfully we were almost done with our meal. Kitchen staff, that was pretty low. We were also not greeted on the way out. read more

I believe that this restaurant deserves this rating instead of a five star due to the lack of quality in the food. I ordered the buffalo crispers, and I couldn't finish after only two tenders due to flavor which was unnatural and extremely gross. The corn on the cob was fantastic. As well as the chips and salsa in which my family had a lot of. Over all we had a good experience with very minor set backs. The customer service was great including the small instance in which we took the tablets that they had out, and played games. Not knowing that these costed money, we asked our waiter if we could get our money since we didn't know it costed money.... She said she probably couldn't but as it turned out she had her manager take it off our bill. For that we were thankful. The workers are very nice, and I would recommend coming here for a low costing dinner that is fun for everyone! read more

Ordered to go, I arrived at the time indicated, the restaurant was not busy (7pm on a Sunday night) and it took an extra 15 minutes because a quesadilla wasn't done. Got our food, drive home to find that they forgot our chips and salsa, guacamole and the tortillas for the fajitas. All the food besides the quesadillas was cold too. No biggie people make mistakes right? I called to see if I could pick the chips up that they forgot and told them don't sweat the tortillas, but the to go guy said he specifically remembers putting my chips in the bag and doesn't know what else to tell me, but IF I was insisting that he guessed he would "comp" me the chips and salsa, not guacamole! After this guy implied I was lying, he said fine pick them up and hung up! This was like a $35 pick up, why would I lie about $2 chips? Dined at Chili's twice whilst on vacation. We were not happy with our first dining experience. Our service staff seemed much more interested in getting to the next table, than helping ours. It took a little while for him to get drinks for us and take our order. We had a nut allergy present in our party, and asked the service staff if certain items would be okay to eat. He advised no - but did not even check the menu. Upon asking further questions (as his answer was not satisfactory), he didn't even bother to understand what we were asking, nor even check with the chef. Whilst the allergy person was able to eat these items at other Chilis, he advised us with a straight out NO and moved on. As our daughter loves Chilis and had begged us to eat there again, we gave in and went back. The second experience was amazing!!! For anyone with allergies, they would understand the anxiety related to dining out. Gus was our waiter the second time - and his table service was amazing! We couldn't thank him enough. He went above and beyond his duties. Upon checking which items we could eat, he helped us navigate the menu and further double check with the Chef to ensure that was no chance of cross-contamination. He assured us that each meal was fine and we did not need to worry (a completely different experience to the first one). He constantly checked on our table to make sure we were happy and everyone was okay. And refilled our drinks without any issues (another thing we missed on our first dining experience). He was prompt, quick, reliable, and an absolute joy!!! His personality was beautiful. He instantly put a smile on all our faces. He also took the time and bent down to speak with our children and took in every word they said. They loved it. Gus was amazing!! We've dined at a lot of restaurants (of all standards) across America, and we'd have to say that Gus provided us with the best service we've experienced anywhere. Food was also wonderful. Our children love the menu and love to dine there. We just wish we could have Gus at our local Chilis! Our only criticism - as with all Chilis, we find them far too cold (we now always bring a jacket each). Easily fixed by us. read more

This was a horrible experience. Our server acted like she was offended that she had to wait on us, and seemed to be rushing us from the beginning. We ordered the spinach queso appetizer and they brought the plain queso skillet instead, and then the server insisted that was the spinach queso. Where's the spinach? It took a long time to get our food - nearly a half hour. I would understand if it had been busy, but it wasn't. By the time our food came we were basically ready to go. I know this review is long, but please read!!! I work at chilis, but a different location. Therefore I know all the policies, and WOW was I disappointed. Actually, that's an understatement. It was the worst dinner experience of my entire life. If possible, I would give this place 0 stars. First, the host told us it was a 20 minute wait. 35 minutes later, after we watched 2 parties that walked in after us get seated, we went to talk with the hostess. She claimed they were call a heads, but we were sitting right by the host stand and I watched those 2 groups be put on the waiting list, not check in as call a heads. When we finally got seated, it took a long time for our server to come and greet us. When he did he was kind, but very short with us. He was obviously in a hurry. Understandable, but still slightly frustrating. After he got our drinks, he ran away even though we were ready to order our food. After he didn't return for 15 minutes we asked the server helping the table next to us to get him for us. When he finally came out, all our drinks were empty. He quickly took our food orders then left without even offering refills. Our food took a good 45 minutes to finally arrive, and when it did some of it was cold. At this point I was pretty fed up, but we decided to order dessert. We got a cookie skillet. 25 minutes later we received our cookie. The skillet was cold (although the cookie was decently warm) and our ice cream was almost entirely melted. Ridiculous. Then we looked at the ziosk as we were preparing to pay, and noticed our server had charged us twice for chips and salsa, even though they are bottomless and regardless of how many baskets you get it is one charge. We waited 20 minutes for him to come back in order to try and resolve the problem, but he kind of blew us off and instead helped the table next to us. At this point we didn't even care we just wanted to pay and get out. As a team member, I receive a 50% discount at any chilis location. The server is supposed to tell the manager, the manager runs it, and you're good to go. But 30 MINUTES LATER we still hadn't received our discount. My husband stood up and walked toward the kitchen asking to see the manager. The manager came out and was instantly rude, telling my husband he was busy and we needed to be patient. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WEVE BEEN FINISHED WITH DESSERT AND JUST WAITING TO PAY FOR OVER 30 MINUTES. My husband was very upset with the tone this manager used as well. My husband told him he needed to discount the food now, or we wouldn't pay at all. After cussing under his breath (but still loud enough we could hear him), he finally gave us the discount. All he had to do was swipe his manager card and my team member card and it was automatically discounted. It took maybe 10 seconds and when it was done he left pissed off, grumbling about what a waste of time it was. How unprofessional!! I'm embarrassed to think that people like this and service like this can be associated back to me because we work within the same company. I've literally never had a worse experience. I absolutely love chili's. I eat here at least a couple times a month with my friends. Usually always have a pleasant visit. This recent experience although really bothered me. I placed a to go order that was very simple. Chips, soup, and salad. When I arrived, the lady at the to go table forgot something about 3 times and kept getting frustrated when I told her she forgot something. Finally after forgetting for the last time, I nicely asked for a side of ranch. And she replied "sure why not" very rudely. Afterwards, about an hour later I realized I left my keys at the table. I called about 4 times to see if anyone had seen them and kept being told they were nowhere to be found and that the to go lady said that she saw someone take them. It wasn't until a friend of mine who worked there told me they were in the lost and found for two days.... which makes me think no one was even looking when i called the previous 4 times. read more

One of the worst restaurant experiences in my life. Stay away from Chilis. Two points - they don't tell you what the beer or wine costs on their menu. Who does that? I talked to the manager and she gave me some corporate excuse. She said sometimes they run specials. (???). And she said they print a 'national menu' so, of course, it is impossible to cover their three tiers of pricing. (???). I didn't really care about cost, just curious. Then, point two, after the questioning, which they seemed offended at, no one returned to my table for my order - and I patiently waited 30 minutes while everyone around me was eating. So I walked out to the front, paid for my one glass of overpriced wine and left. Bad experience, especially since I had just run the local marathon. I won't EVER be back to any Chilis. Me and my husband go here quite often. The food is always SUPER good. Very flavorful. It's a hit and miss with the service though. Sometimes we have great servers and other times I feel totally ignored. They have team servers that work the tables, which I'm not sure is helping them or hurting them. But I'll keep going back, just because I really like their food :) read more
