Food was excellent. The reason I gave 2 stars was the waitress (her name is Sage). She did not listen to my order or write it down, so therefore it was very wrong. She argued with me that I ordered barbecue wings when in fact I ordered classic buffalo. I understand there can be mistakes, but you should never argue with a paying customer. She finally took the order back and I received my correct meal. Of course my husband ate his meal 15 minutes before I received my meal. Age was not a factor even though she was not old enough to serve us the beers. Simply ignoring us. My sister in law ordered the garlic fries with her burger. Which she never got. Stopped in on my drive from Vegas. I ordered the 10pc wings and WOW... super delicious... HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Wings have great flavor and crazy big and plump Ordered a side of fries and super huge and generous portions. Was unsure about this place based on some bad reviews. However, those reviews were just a point in time. Today, we had the rosemary garlic french fries, wings, chicken fingers, and the pulled pork sandwich. Everything was yummy. The amazing original sauce taste like a sweet and sour sauce. The classic Buffalo sauce was between a mild and a medium. Sid, our server, was wonderful. She highlighted and recommended the Rosemary garlic french fries which did not fail to meet expectations. She was quick and courteous. This is has a family feel to it. Lots of kids and noise. There are TVs around to watch sports. When you come, ask for Sid to be your server. read more

Wanted to try somewhere that we did not have locally in Vegas so the family decided on this restaurant for dinner. Wasn't too busy for a Friday evening and we were seated promptly and received excellent service. My husband enjoyed the fact they served popcorn as a finger food instead of the normal bread basket that other chains do. All of our food was delicious and I especially enjoyed the loaded bird! I ordered the Fish & Chips. When it came I was surprised to see long rounded pieces. Came with Fries and Tarter sauce. My wife had the Wing dinner. She had it with Cajun rub & Straw Stick Onions. It almost seemed like they had it made earlier in the day & just threw it back in the fryer so they're hot. The pretzels were greasy and immediately hardened when they cooled down. The garlic fries were soggy and greasy as well. The blackened chicken alfredo lacked flavor & were dry as hell. The alfredo sauce itself was not smooth, more chunky like it had been microwaved. And the original amazing sauce tasted more like buffalo sauce. We were a bit disappointed in the food. The service we received was definitely the highlight of our visit. Wingers has upped their game! Nice dining room, excellent food options, great customer service. Nothing that necessarily "knocks your socks off holy crap I'm going to be dreaming about this meal until I die" but still delicious nonetheless. I had the sticky finger tacos, which had great flavor and was cooked perfectly. Complete with some cabbage and guacamole, it had some yummy flavors the complimented each other well. The chips and salsa that came with it was fairly mediocre, wasn't a huge fan of the salsa BUT lucky the tacos made up for it and I left fat and happy. I had a bite of the buffalo wings and burger, both of which had great flavor as well. They changed their fries too--which was a good move on their part. All in all, great. Our waiter took wonderful care of us, the place is clean and bright, and it's nice to get out of the St. George heat and feel comfortable and taken care of. Bravo Wingers, you'll be seeing me again. Food was delicious and service was amazing! We each had a sticky finger dinner (original flavor and classic buffalo flavor) they were delicious. The atmosphere was great! Able to watch some hokey and football and baseball but was still quiet enough that we could talk to each other! Give this place a try. You won't be disappointed Haha! So we were really hungry, it was a 25 min wait and people were leaving out with bags so it must be popular. My wife ordered the sticky fingers dinner: classic buffalo with fries and I ordered the sticky fingers dinner: half Teriyaki and and half red thai chili sauce with fries. Apparently the servers are "not legally allowed to talk to you about beer" Yes this is what was said to me by 2 servers when I asked "who makes your Wingers beers" and "what size are the mugs of beer" the servers could not answer either question and said they were "not legally allowed to talk to me about beer" and had to get a manager...who didn't come to the table for about 10 minutes. I was told that only this one manager could take our beer order and serve the beers. I'm sure that if you never knew the original menu of Wingers when they were new, you might really like the food here. It used to be a favorite of mine many years ago. I don't know what they're trying to be now. Sometimes in cuisine, "fusion" just becomes confusion. I ordered the Loaded Bird*, hoping it was like one of my old favorites. The sauce wasn't anything like what I remembered: a dark and savory, lightly sweet barbecue sauce that was addictive. It wasn't much like it's predecessor. The sauce on this was a pale orangey gravy that tasted like it contained Liquid Smoke, which makes me feel a bit ill. There were two chicken breast fillets -- too much meat for one person, I think. The mashed potatoes were really good, though. The vegetables -- carrot slices, broccoli, celery and edamame-- were more fitting for an Asian stir fry. They just didn't go together. Before going in I had really been wanting a salad, but almost all of their salads have fruit and or candied nuts in them. Yuck. Salad and dessert shouldn't be mixed IMO. I know a lot of people who like that, but not me. Our server refused to give me the Chicken Finger salad with the Naked Chicken Wings, "Because of the bones." I didn't see the problem and told her so. I am perfectly capable of picking up chicken wings with my hands, even when they're sitting on a salad. But she said, "We just can't. Does that make sense?" No, I said, and ordered the entree I now regret. I miss being able to get just an appetizer of their classic wings with raw celery and ranch dressing, like I used to. They have 3 kinds of wings, one is battered and fried, another is breaded and fried, and the Naked Wings have no batter or breading. Winger's food is pretty decent but we've had a lot of bad customer service experiences at their restaurants. This one wasn't as bad as a few of the others. We didn't have to wait an hour for our food like we've had to a few times but once the food arrived, our servers dropped off the face of the earth. One of the tenders was a 1/3 size of the others and it was one of the 10. Fries were thick cut, not skinny fries like we saw in a previous yelp review. They lacked garlic and had no Parmesan, just oily. Wouldn't recommend it. Service was ok, server was friendly but not around a whole lot. Asked for napkins and she was gone a long time. I also asked the hostess where I could get a booster seat and instead of helping me, she told me to ask my server, and we had to wait 5 or more mins for her to come around to our table to ask. When you are seated you get a bowl of popcorn. That's nice to nibble on when your waiting for your food. We have been coming for years and have always had great service! And Always have great food! The chicken fingers with some fries are the BOMB! They are cooked perfectly and in their sauce they are addicting! Dunk the fries too cause its yummy in it as well.We always ask for some extra sauce on them! I love the sticky finger salad too. I am not big on Ranch dressing but theirs is very good especially when you mix some of the sticky sauce in with it. Talk about hooked!! Horrible service. My friends called earlier in the day and made a reservations for dinner later that evening. The employees looked at us with blank stares and basically told us we're crazy because they don't take reservations. When we showed up at our reserved time, they told us that they don't take reservations and they couldn't help us. When we pressed and asked more questions as to why our reservation was not held, Alexis kept repeating "I'm sorry, we don't take reservations, can't help you, etc" while my husband was continuing to ask questions and asking why their employees didn't all have the same training on their reservation policy, Alexis turned around and stormed off to the back, ignoring us. She was swearing to the other employees in the kitchen and blatantly complaining about us while we were still standing here. Seriously the worst service I have experienced in a long time. The employees just wanted to go home for the Holiday. Will not be back and will not be recommending this location to anyone. read more

Upon entering Winger's just after noon, my party of four was given a hale and hearty greeting by the staff. The ambiance of the place is 50s diner style, and very good, complimentary buttered popcorn was immediately served after all guests were seated. I was happy to learn that Vanilla Coke is served here, so I took advantage of that circumstance, and enjoyed a refreshing vanilla-spiked Coca-Cola. Potato skins with both white and yellow cheese and of course bacon were very cheesy. Served with Ranch Dressing and individual chives or sour cream mixed with chives, the skins were very tasty but for some palates included too much potato. An All American Burger--containing a single hamburger patty, and lettuce, tomato, and onion with a light sheen of mayonnaise on a sesame seed bun--was cooked medium to medium well after a request to make it medium rare was politely declined. The burger was good but the too dry bun quickly fell apart, and a bottle of Heinz Tomato Ketchup had to be obtained from a different table since the one at ours was just sputtering. Thick battered onion rings were crunchy and excellent, but fries were too soft on the inside. And, for a short while, a buzzing fly hovering at my table bedeviled me while I tried to eat. So, there were pluses and minuses, with the pluses exceeding the minuses. Thus, I would dine here again, but not go out of my way to do so. read more
