I've been hesitant to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings for a while now because I feel like their quality has declined, but l decided to give it another try - and unfortunately, I was once again disappointed. Starting with the positives: I really appreciated that they accommodated our party and allowed us to sit outside with our dogs! The host was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant itself was very clean, and the outdoor patio was great. Our server, Matt, was fantastic! He greeted us quickly, took our orders without any issues, kept our waters refilled, and was friendly and attentive throughout the entire visit. Excellent service all around. The disappointment came with the food. The boneless wings arrived cold, and the cheese dip - which came out first - was also cold. On top of that, the boneless wings just don't taste like they used to. I wouldn't consider them "good boneless wings" or something I'd recommend. Also, the portion of fries I received for the price was ridiculous. It was barely enough to qualify as a small order -- I honestly thought it was a joke when I saw how few fries were in the container. And to make matters worse, they were cold too. Sadly, this hasn't just been my experience at this location - at multiple Buffalo Wild Wings locations l've visited over the past few years, I've noticed a steady decline in food quality. The food was pretty standard. I'm always a little disappointed when the wings cost so much and they're so little. The service was disappointing due to being understaffed in the bar area, it took probably 20 minutes before I could order and then 30 minutes just to get food. I wish I could've left 0 stars...and I'm sure you've heard that before. My family is in St. George for The Huntsman Games. The other night, their softball team and their wives came to your location for some after-game food and drinks. They all went on and on about how terrible the food and service was. I was shocked, as my wife and I love the BWW location where I live in CA. Today, we decided to give you the benefit of the doubt and came in for a midday drink and some apps. We should've listened to our elders. When we sat at the bar, the bartender (who looked right at us) was in the middle of telling a story to two men sitting next to us. She never said a word, continued on with her story for another 5-7 minutes, then went into the back room for something. When she finally exited the back room, she went straight towards the front door to go to the bathroom. 5 min later, we decided "eff this" and got up to leave. As we were leaving, we passed her as she was heading back to "work". Not a word. I left our drink bracelets (WTF is with that, anyway?!) at the hostess booth and we went up the block to Applebee's and had a great time. This was around 2:00-2:15pm. Buffalo Wild Wings is one of those spots I keep coming back to, mostly for the food even if the service can be a bit hit or miss depending on the night. When it's good, it's great, but sometimes you might wait a little longer than you'd like for drink refills. That said, the Chipotle BBQ seasoned fries are out of this world. Perfectly crispy with just the right balance of smoky and sweet honestly, I could make a meal out of those alone. As for the wings, the Lemon Pepper sauce is the best I've ever had, tangy, zesty, and lots of flavor. The Honey BBQ is another winner if you like something sweet and smoky that doesn't overpower the chicken. Even with the occasional service hiccup, the food makes it worth the visit every time. This is one of those times when I read the reviews on Yelp but went anyway. Glad I did, since it was not that bad. More like 3.5 stars, not 4 or 3. The wife and I wanted a nice cold beer and some wings. Upon arrival, we were ID'd and given wrist bands to show we were over 21. As the wife said, pointing at me, "you know he is 21 three times over, does he get three wrist bands?". A comedienne she is not... The place was hopping and many TVs showing many sports. They were cold, hard as rocks and what was supposed to be Thai Curry was something more Indian and wayyyyyy too salty. We had to wipe them off just to eat. In all a terrible rendition of wings. I happen to have been one of an original opening team members for a buffalo wild wings (bdubs). I can say hands down the food is not half as good as it was when I was trained in salt lake county. The chicken wing boneless and bone in were mediocre and missing the carrot/celery sticks. Ranch is similar to a light or fat free ranch consistency, the pretzels are served with the beer cheese plus honey mustard and the no longer have the cheesecake bites. Slow service like on waitress... oh the food is nowhere what it was before that whole covid shit.

Arrived with my wife. We are both elderly. We were asked if we would be having alcoholic drinks. We said yes, and provided our ID's. We were given wristbands which we set on our table in the bar. The waitress, name unknown, approached us and ask to take our drink order. When I said I would like a Long Island, she responded with: "Do you have a wristband?" Her tone was ruff. I pointed to the wristbands right in front of her on the table. Next we asked for a menu. The waitress stated, "We no longer have them. You need to use your phone to get read the menu." I told the waitress that we don't like using a phone to read a menu. Too hard for us to read. The waitress then stated, I am FORBIDDEN to give you one. Then the waitress left. I thought, geez, I 'll simply go and take a photo of the to go menu laminated to the counter at the take out counter. Right after taking my photos, I noticed that the check in station had numerous menus in the holder next to their podium so I took two. I then asked a buss boy to get me a manager. Eric, the manager, spoke to me and explained the new corporate policy. I advised him that we needed to be given and new waitress and he moved us to a table with Brianne. Eric followed us to our new table and spoke with us. My wife and me made it clear that one, we are regulars, and two, if you can no longer give us a menu when asked, we will no longer come here. We go out to dinner to be served and be treated like a person. We enjoy looking through a menu, not skipping through various screens and having to make each view enlarged only see it's not what I want. Repeat. Also, you miss things. In the phone you are less likely to see items in other sections of the app. Who opens every category on the app. Whereas on a paper menu you can easily see everything offered. If you as a corporation, what no contact between the wait staff and your customers, you no longer are a restaurant. You are nothing than a commercial food kitchen with tables. WE DON'T go out to commercial kitchens for a night out. Manager Eric, explained corporates stance and reasoning, that's all good but we are the customer and we decide we're to spend our limited money. I'm not a real fan of chicken wings, but while staying overnight in St. George, Utah, recently there was a Buffalo Wild Wings within walking distance from our hotel. It was mid-week and not particularly crowded, and I wasn't expecting much. To my surprise, these wings were delicious, so good I couldn't stop eating them. We got the spiciest wings we could, and by the end of the meal, our mouths were lit up but happy. These wings were better than I expected. The service was extraordinarily pleasant, and we couldn't have been more delighted with dinner. The pandemic protocol was in force and adhered to by the staff. Since that encounter with Buffalo Wild Wings, we've gone to a handful of others Buffalo Wild Wing restaurants in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, expecting the same food and service. Unfortunately, we haven't found it matched at the other establishments. So, I guess we'll have to wait until we revisit St. George. For this particular Buffalo Wild Wings in St. George, UT, I thoroughly recommend giving it a try. For the others, not so much. read more

This review is more for the manager, Dave and food, and servers. Me and my wife visit Buffalo wild wings about every other week for lunch and every time Dave sees us he makes it a point to come over and say hi. We witnessed Dave interview somebody for a job from a few tables away and were pleased to see how well this person was treated and the smile on his face when Dave offered him a job. As far as some of the other reviews for this particular location go, we have never had a problem with our food. I will say there are a couple servers who should look into finding employment that does not have to do with one on one customer interaction. Overall, we enjoy dining at this location. read more

I've been on the road from Twin Falls, ID since 7 am today ( walked in the restaurant at 6 pm) and wanted to grab a bite at BWW and possibly watch the Seahawks v Raiders preseason game. I wore a Seahawks tee shirt of course to show my team pride. When I got to the door, the hostess greeted me with " boo.. another Seahawks fan...". Caught off guard with her shitty greeting, I replied " glad to be here too". The food and service in the bar was great. No complaints. Upon leaving ( with a great tip for the server) I asked to speak to the manager. It wasn't the server' fault her hostess is rude so I tipped accordingly. The manager Diane came over to my table and I shared my concerns with her. She gave me the " that's not the way our guests should be treated / I'll talk to her right away" diatribe. Blah blah. Blah I've been to BWW(s) all over the country wearing my team colors and never, never have I been greeted in such a manner. If one can't wear their team jersey or tee shirt to a sports bar, regardless of where the restaurant is located why have a sports bar!? Utah doesn't even have an NFL team, so there's that!
