I ordered online for our company Christmas party. The order was ready on time and we picked the meals up and brought them back to the office. When we sat down to eat, we noticed that the fajitas were cold and the beef was way over cooked. The corn tortillas were RAW and had not been grilled or warmed at all. In fact, all of the food was cold. The appetizers were mushy and greasy. I really like Chili's but I will never order or eat from this one again! Came here on a Wednesday night. Place was moderately busy but not too bad. Seating was quick(almost immediate). I ordered the unlimited soup, chips, and salad entree and my date ordered the steak Fajitas. The chips were nice and fresh and crispy and still warm so they were freshly cooked. The salsa was mild and generic but tasty none the less. My date said the fajitas were good and they came sizzling on the plate ( always impressive when they do that at resteraunt right? Lol) I ordered the potato soup as my choice for the soup portion of my order and it was cheesy, hot and actually good. It came with bacon pieces and chives on top. The salad Was a typical tossed salad but the greens were fresh. I Ordered a blackberry and mango frozen margarita which was yummy but I was too full and couldn't finish it all. My waiter Jacob, was friendly and Courteous even though he forgot to bring out my fried pickles that I ordered as an entree but I was too full anyway so no harm no fouls done there. I'm still trying to figure out what the hell has happened to this particular Chili's! ‍‍ My family and I have been coming to this location for years now and have never waited as long as we did tonight! I even called on our way, was told it was a 10 min wait for a party of 5.... got there a few min later and it took an hour to be seated. While observing what was going on, I noticed lots of tables and booths available.... however, the genius manager decides that they can't sit people at the tables or booths at the same time. It's all spread out! But like waaaayyyyy spread out until the awaiting area is completely over flowing and there's lots of empty tables. This makes no sense at all!! I was told he does this because he doesn't want the cooks getting backed up! I have never seen a restaurant do this to this level. Come on Chili's!!!! Do better than that! Hire more cooks and please do something about the poor management!!!! You're about to lose a lot of long time customers if it doesn't change for the better!!! read more

She ask if I needed a refill and I said yes 22 min later I noticed her talking to her friends who walked in and they got served before I did. Not worth the overpriced food and takes forever to get a table , let alone get your food after you order it or your food will come out of order and the kids food will come cold! Train and hire some none Solely Hispanic workers and hire chefs that graduated college with their degrees! Hands down the absolute worst restaurant in Riverside! I have eaten here twice and both times resulted in the worst possible dining experience. Every single process take decades to complete. The staff is unbelievably slow almost 2 hours to eat a lunch. Food was at the low end of mediocre and bar drinks tasted like they used mop water instead of alcohol. Went here for lunch with four of my co-workers and I've been to Chili's maybe two other times in the last decade so I wasn't sure what to expect. This Chili's looked newer to me and was super clean. We were sat down immediately and greeted by our server, Myeshia. The lunch specials are pretty good. You can choose from an assortment of different foods with your choice of a salad or bowl of soup/chili for $6-$8. I went with the Lunch Double Burger and fries with chicken enchilada soup as the starter. The food came out fast and both were really tasty. Zero complaints about the food. I have to say though, the reason I gave Chili's the full five stars was due to our server, Myeshia. Simply put, Myeshia was one of the best servers I've had in a long time. She was efficient, attentive, our orders were all correct and best of all she kept our water/coke/tea glasses consistently full. I'd go to Chili's again for the food but it will be hard to top the service I received at this location. read more

We asked for an extra plate and never got it, my stepdad never got a refill until the very last few minutes of us being there. Brennan who was our Server tonight In the bar area was absolutely amazing!! My boyfriend and I come here quite often. It's his favorite place, so we come here a couple times a month usually and sit in the bar area, and he always orders the Tableside Guac (which we know is a pain in the ass!) but it's what he likes. Some people are really rude about it... But Brennan was awesome! He got our sense of humor, joked with us, was fast, efficient, friendly, everything you could ask for with a Server, especially on a Saturday night!! You truly have an outstanding human being in Brennan, not just an employee, he's able to relate to people and be real and flex to his customers which is huge, all while having a smile on his face. You are lucky to have him as an employee, and really should be promoting him any day now as he deserves definitely deserves it!!! I like Chili's but this was a pretty bad experience! me and my boyfriend just moved to the area about a month ago so we decided to come to this location this past weekend and the service was real slow. The food took a while along with our drinks I think the only positive thing we noticed was that it seems as if they were two managers on the floor helping out the two servers but even then the restaurant didn't even seem so busy so we weren't sure why everything was taking so long on there was only a few tables in the restaurant. The servers seemed really overwhelmed and not really knowing what to do and relying on their managers I don't think I will be coming here anymore. when the food came out it was real good so I can't say anything about that I just hope that this place gets better soon in the future. read more

I ordered "to go" online at 6:12 pm. My order was acknowledged, pickup time designated as 6:33 pm. However, when I got there, several people were waiting for their "to go" order. I finally got my food at 7:03. Part of my order was sitting on the to go counter for more than 15 minutes. I ordered onion rings - got 6, they were overdone and cold when I got home. My Texas fries had cheese on them which had hardened and they were cold and greasy. The people working that part gave me plastic ware, even though I didn't need it, because I had to wait so long. Chili's is not on our radar, but we had received a gift card. The parking lot and restaurant were pretty crowded (Thursday, 5:40 PM) so I took that as a good sign. The hostess said 10-15 minute wait which seemed curious since there were several open booths that were clean. (Staffing problem?) We were seated in about 10 minutes in one of the open booths I had seen. We both ordered the BBQ platter. The ribs were a bit dry and the chicken was salty. The corn on the cob was covered in spice and butter, the toast was OK. My wife said her strawberry lemonade was very sweet. For our taste, most items were over spiced; garlic seemed predominant. The French fries were good. The server was friendly but just provided basic service. He always seemed rushed and was never around otherwise. (Staffing?) The self pay unit on the table worked well. The tip amount is adjustable and defaults at an optimistic 20%. (I enjoyed the humor.) I left 15%, which I felt was still generous. The other 5% I gave to myself since I handled the payment.
