The fries are so clumped together with cheese I can't even eat them. The burger and bun are burnt.

Love Chili's! Great service, can't ever gone wrong with a tripple dipper, and the vibes are immaculate! Food prices are always a fair deal as well. Definitely worth being a rewards member (free to sign up, just need to give your email) because you get free chips and salsa every time you go as well.

Had to go and try the triple dipper and presidente marg before going across the mall to the cinema to see Wicked. We sat at the bar- there was actually a wait for a table so keep that in mind if you are in a time crunch. The fried mozzarella was our favorite of the trio. The ambiance was your typical Chili's with TV's around and good people.

Chili's is a casual restaurant chain that serves foods such as salads, chilis, soups, wings, fajitas, quesadillas, burgers, chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, steaks, ribs, and pastas. Most of the foods on the menu contain many calories and grams of fat, but a few healthier options are available. Prices are moderate. My husband was craving Chili's foods, so he ordered food for take-out. The employees prepared the food on time for the pickup. My Santa Fe Salad contained fresh lettuce, pico, cilantro, tortilla strips, and chicken. I did not notice any avocado in it. Sauces were in separate containers on the side. My husband enjoyed his Chicken Fajita as well as his Crispy Chicken Crispers. For sides, he chose white-cheddar mac and cheese and French fries, and they tasted very good as well.

I can only speak for this location because experiences vary with national chain restaurants. This location resembles all locations inside and out. Containing the uniform ambiance created by corporate. The service immediately wiped away the uniform feel of other locations. We were sat immediately and our server was extremely attentive and provided excellent service. I ordered the Bacon Rancher Burger and it didn't disappoint. The burger has two beef patties, bacon, American cheese, sautéed onions, pickles and housemade ranch. The burger was cooked to order. The size of the burger would satisfy even those with a large appetite. There was no shortage of bacon but still not enough to not overwhelm your taste. I opted for fries as my side. A normal serving size of seasoned fries filled the plate. I would return to this location again.

The service was to bad but the food was pretty good even tho it's been awhile since I been at a Chili's my experience was great this time around from the people, the service and the environment was all good vibes so thumbs up from me I will definitely be returning for The Ultimate Smokehouse Combo Platter and that Mushroom Swiss Burger both gets a thumbs up from me.

We have been putting off this less than stellar review for some time. A friend and I try to come to monthly to get the new $6 marg flavor, which is always delicious, and continue to have horrible service, no matter the day of the week, time of day, or volume of patrons. Today was a Thursday at around 6 pm, and we waited 30 minutes to get sat, and did not get served our main entree for over an hour after we arrived in the restaurant. Attached are photos of the chilis- as you can see there are about 15+ empty tables, yet no one was being seated and the wait list was 12-15 parties long. So much so, that families with children were sitting at empty booths while still on the waitlist, and elderly couples were having chairs from the empty tables pulled up for them. The restaurant continued to be largely empty throughout our experience, and the experience took 2 hours in and out. The table next to us had found a hair in her food and the server made a HUGE deal of how disgusting it was, even though the party was not trying to make a huge deal, and continued to say the issue was being worked on by the manager, with no known rectification. A server at the bar, who we have also received less than stellar service from before, realized that a beer she had poured for a table was sitting out so long it had gone flat, and we watched her stir the beer rapidly to mimic a fresh pour rather than pour a fresh beer and accept her wrong doing. Overall, if you can avoid this chilis and find another location, you'll probably have a better experience. Our server was very attentive and you could tell that he was disappointed and anxious about the situation in the kitchen and overall restaurant that was out of his control, but I cannot say the same for his co workers. The lemon drop marg is the only reason this has 2 instead of 1 star.

This Chili's is fine. Nothing too special. It's not as crowded as it used to be so a fine idea for dinner before catching a movie.

I had never been there before and heard that during the holiday season it looks like Christmas threw up on a dive bar. Well, when we went it looked like Halloween threw up on Christmas which then threw up on a dive bar and we LOVED it. All the decor was so kitschy and fun to look at!! We also really enjoyed their Halloween cocktails which were very reasonably priced. I can't wait to come back for their famed karaoke nights! It's a smaller spot with a square bar with seating around it and a few tables. There is a smaller room to the side that was taken up by some sort of wedding shower party. There wasn't a lot of information about this restaurant online, so I decided to go check this out…read morefor myself and get some information going here. The restaurant is on the main drag at Freeport Road, but it's a little hard to spot due to various trees being in the way. This is more of a bar than a restaurant. They have counter seats, a couple of elevated seats and a few regular seats. The place is very clean and the waitress was very nice. The restaurant does not have paper menus, just a menu written on a chalkboard on the wall. It's not a major issue, but they need to get menu's. The restaurant also does not have silverware ready at your table for you. That also needs to be fixed as while most of their foods are items you pick up with your hand, sometimes forks and knives are needed. The prices are reasonable and you can get two apps and two meals for under $50. The main draw of this place is the chicken wings. They are one of the few places in Pittsburgh with full-sized wings with both the leg and the flat part together. The wings are breaded and are good enough to eat without even putting sauce on them though they give you a box with 8 different sauces to choose from. You can get 6 of them (which is 12 wings elsewhere) or a full dozen (which is 24 wings elsewhere). 6 wings for $12 and $12 for 22. They have wing night on Wednesdays, and the price drops to 75 cents a wing which is very cheap these days. We also ordered burgers, fries and onion rings. The burgers were good. They give you a nice big piece of meat on them and the bacon was good. The fries were okay and the onion rings were very heavy on the onion part of it. The pretzel was a standard pretzel but the cheese for it had either an alcohol or possible honey flavoring to it. The restaurant also does offer happy hour where the apps are half off which makes a big difference. Finally, the restaurant has a lottery machine, darts, a slot machine and some table board games. Overall, I liked the place and would return.

My default when I don't feel like being disappointed…read more @thepubat333 is that easy "let's just go to..." and no one argues it because it just...works. There's enough going on menu-wise that everyone figures it out, and I'm not exaggerating-every single time I've been there since they opened, someone at the table orders a French dip. Every. time. It's basically part of the experience now. Also if I see pierogi, I'm ordering pierogi. That's just who I am. Could've taken down the entire plate without blinking but I shared like a respectable adult (meanwhile mentally tracking which ones were supposed to be mine). It's just a laid back, neighborhood spot that doesn't try to be anything crazy and still ends up being exactly what you wanted. Fun fact: my friend and I once prank called from their landline, the owner immediately called back, we answered like nothing happened, and yeah...the phone was no longer an option for us after that

Bar seating was almost full with only a couple seats. Heard good things about their pizza too. There's free parking in the lot (although small). Shout out to our bartender Ange! The black and bleu shrimp was absolutely amazing. It's got blackened spice and has this creamy sauce that makes you go dip for more (I need that recipe honestly). If I had some bread, I'd definitely use this as a dip lol. We got the thin crust Sicilian pizza to share. The pizza unfortunately was very wet and kind of soggy. I think they could have waited to let it rest for a few min before serving because it would especially show when we were separate the slices and try to take one off the plate. I don't usually want my toppings and cheese to just slide off the pizza. Also since we were at a bar w/ some of the games going on, we wanted wings and got their crispy whole wings in a dry spice rub. They were pretty big wings and well seasoned -- not too spicy though if that's not your vibe.

Their website says that they use ingredients from local farms and suppliers and make their foods fresh daily. Outside the restaurant are the smokers that they use to slow-cook the meats. The brisket and pork are said to be smoked for 12-14 hours. My husband and I ate at this restaurant years ago, but for some reason my previous review is not here. We liked Off the Rails then and still like it. Most recently, we ordered the BBQ Sampler Platter, which consisted of a 1/2 pound of brisket, 1/2 pound of pulled pork, 1/2 pound of pulled chicken, 1/2 rack of St. Louis ribs, and choice of three sides. I rate the flavors of each of these meats at 5 stars and the flavors of the mac-n-cheese, baked beans, and crispy Brussels sprouts as 4.5 stars each. The pulled pork and pulled chicken came with three bread buns to make sandwiches. I saw three house-made sauces--Carolina Gold, Kansas City, and Lexington-style Mop--and they tasted very good. The ribs were not pull-off-the-bone, but they were probably the first batch of the day. We had arrived 40 minutes after their opening time. An employee had tried to get us to substitute the ribs with another meat, but we instead decided to wait about 20 minutes for the ribs to be done. We also ordered Smoked Fried Wings, which have many available dry rubs and sauces, but we got the house seasoning with no sauce. An employee said a chupacabra rub. These wings tasted fantastic and were the best food of our meal. We LOVED their crispy and delightfully seasoned skin and their juicy insides. I do not have a receipt, but the total price for our foods and one soda should have been just under $100 plus a tip. We had leftovers and put those in large and small plastic containers that I had brought from home. (Other reviewers said that customers are not allowed to take home leftovers, but we went on a day with no special prices, and we had enough leftovers for two more meals at home!) We loved the wings so much that on "wing night" a few days later, we returned for the wings and some other sides. On Wednesdays the restaurant charges only $1 per wing. We ordered the allowed maximum of 6 wings, which we again LOVED, as well as spicy collard greens (4 stars), coleslaw (with little dressing, 3.5 stars), and cornbread (4.5 stars). Note that live music is played on certain days of the week.

Parking can be a problem but there is some to be found on the other side of the street but lacks a crosswalk so be very careful.
