First time at this Chili's location & i gotta say, our server was amazing! There was no wait at the door, as soon as we arrived our hostess sat us. Our server Michael gave us great recommendations and he was super friendly & helpful. He suggested the endless chips & salsa and we went through two orders of that. I got a sour cream and cheese enchilada, with a beef soft taco and a southwestern chicken soup. Everything was freakin delicious. At the end of the night we were all stuffed. The total came out to $60 for all four of us, which is great for the amount of food we got. I definitely will be coming back. read more

Sometimes service is a little slow, but food is usually on point. On this particular occasion, we had some kind of tag team service staff with not one, but two young ladies attending our needs. I had the standard bacon cheeseburger, my pops got some kind of southwestern chicken salad, and my wife and daughter shared some pasta. Do restaurants not carry Italian dressing anymore? This is like the second Chili's aside from a different restaurant that said they didn't have Italian. Always serves the food as I remember it. California flat bread is my favorite thing to order and it never disappoints. Staff is always friendly and checks in frequently to check on how our table is doing. Wait time is alright, but I make sure to put in a call ahead so I don't end up waiting 30 minutes for a table. read more

Came here last night with some friends, server was awesome and friendly. When they brought out my vegetarian bowl, half way through my meal I found a piece of chicken (which happens almost everywhere so I'm very understanding) and the manager immediately came over, apologized, remade my bowl and took it off our bill the management actually cares here unlike most Chilis restaurants. read more

Came here with a large party of 15 people and it was some of the worst service I ever received. Our original server was so flustered that her back up needed to take over. We ordered shots and they messed it up so many times I didnt even want it anymore. Then the check was so confusing that I just agreed to whatever in order to walk out. Not very prompt on service and the place isn't so crowded to make you wonder why the staff move so slow. Very hit or miss the multiple times here. So slow! Took an hour and a half for two rounds of the endless soup and salad. They weren't busy, it was 2pm when we got there and left at 3:30. Waiter walked past us several times ignoring us. Relatively clean chilis with friendly staff. We came in late last night and had the 2 for 20 ribs and chicken fajitas and my brother had the Monterey chicken. The food was just alright we were starving so we inhaled it. The guac was fresh but I was put off by a garnish for the fajitas that had what I think was red onion (pink?) and cactus? Idk it looked weird I didn't try it. Attentive server despite it being late at night. We witnessed a party being difficult and refusing to pay the bill. The manager was generous and understanding even though it was closing time and he should have been getting ready to close up and go home. Being in the restaurant business for over 10 years I know what to look for and I'm also a lot more patient. Came here last night with my Wife. Male's bathroom needed some cleaning, and smelled like urine decently bad. We sat in the bar area and had a male server with a goatee serving us. He was a great server, made sure our waters were always full, didn't rush us into ordering, and kept up with the chips and salsa. If we asked him for anything he had it back in a timely manner. The server Aaron started off well then ended horribly. He couldn't keep our drinks filled. When he did, it was half filled. After 15 minutes of trying to get our bill and putting in our dessert order that our food came with, he forgot and they had sold out. I have been here TWICE. And the second time I walked in there with wishful thinking. Basically both times I wasn't completely ignored by my server but food for 4 took an hour to come out of the kitchen and by then, we were all ready to leave so we took our food to go. Amanda was a great server and our food was good (only isssue is ranch was on the plate and my friend hates ranch but it spilled on his food we were pressed for time so he skipped the ones that had ranch on them) we tried the southwestern mac n cheese for the first time...it is nat made with real cheese neither of us finished it. Slowest service at a bar!, forgot drinks, didn't ask if one of our friends even wanted food, charged incorrectly, made us pay ourselves on incorrect kiosk, forgot dessert that came with meal deal, people next to us- that came after us -were served and left before we had to ask for bill. ..and a few years ago a cockroach walked across table. The hostess proceeded to sit us next to the restroom, REALLY? Judging on how late it was there were plenty of seats/booths for us to pick from. I kindly asked her to move us not once did she apologize for that mishap. As she walked us to the front you could clearly see her & her coworkers talking about us. *** Please educate your staff on holding there opinions until the customer isn't visible! WE SHOULD HAVE LEFT! It only became evident that we were in for a dreadful experience!!! *** As we were reseated we waited a good 8 minutes for an employee to acknowledge us, really??? We placed our regular order & the young looking server comes out with the wrong soup & but of course does not apologize!!! Our salads arrive next & those were incorrect. Ha, from OUR WAITER, BEN! No apology from him on the error. I'm in my first trimester & I was hungry & wanted my food right. Needless to say, I was taken back. The young girl who brought us our salads was a sweetheart. Through out our meal, the service was not up to par & we were very disappointed since this is our weekly spot. I hated having to pay for this POOR EXPERIENCE on behalf of YOUR staff! I actually like chili's. But the times I've been to this restaurant the service has been really slow. It's a big problem because it took over an hour for me to see my food. Maybe it's poorly staffed or I'm not sure... But if you're hungry, you're going to wait a LONG time. The food tastes fine.... The atmosphere is like any other chili's you would go to with TVs showing games and stuff. But again... The service times really need a lot of improvement. I go to other locations like the one off of campus on the 210 freeway or the Glendora one even though this location is closer to me. read more

Today I ordered the original chicken cripers for me and the chicken fajitas for my mom from chili's to-go and I was very pleased. The girl on the phone so that it would be about 15 minutes and when I got there they had my food hot and ready. It didn't cost that much and the food was amazing! Want bad service and inadequate food? If so go here. The server acted like he was the best in the world yet time and time again he forgot our requests. Had to ask multiple times for a drink...never came. Then one person in a party got a hair in their food. It was part of their 2 for 20 deal. Manager came offered a free house salad and said he would take care of it on the bill. Result...a fraction of the 2 for 20 was taken off. Manager was then told that our drink never came out. He said he would bring it out...never came out and they charged us twice for a drink that never came out. Slow service and this was later at night when it wasn't packed. After my terrible experience a few weeks ago at another location, this one def changed that image for me! The service was excellent! the food was amazing! I had the Pasta with Shrimp and texas toast and a cadillac margarita! My son had a corn dog and fries and it might seem so simple, but compared to the last experience this service was supurb!
