Frank the manager is a total blank. (You can fill it in yourself) we were a small party of 3 adults and 2 small children. I ordered the lighter side sirloin medium rare. Our first two orders we said no pico de gallo. So my order not even thinking about it I ordered the steak. The steak came out over done and topped with pico de gallo. Who in the heck puts pico de gallo on a steak. First off this is not don Jose..... To top it off we had to leave because our food took over 25 minutes to come out. So I had no time to send the steak back. Then frank came over and all he did was comp the meal that didn't get eaten,.,. This chilis sucks! I understand that when u go to chilis you don't expect much but when the manager comes over and is a complete a hole then we got problems. If he would have at least offered a discount or something I wouldn't have been so pissed. After the manager came over our waiter never came back and that is why he didn't receive a tip. I have been to several Chili's locations in the past leaving satisfied with my experience, but this location is an exception to that. I got the 3 for the 10 and ordered the baked potato soup and the chicken ranch quesadilla. The soup was bland and uninspired. To keep it frank the quesadilla was disgusting. It tasted just as if the chef had poured a vat of salt onto my food and nothing else because the flavor of the chicken and ranch did not come through whatsoever. The highlight of my meal was the sprite that came with the 3 for 10 and it would be pretty hard to mess that up. If you want to enjoy a good meal with some friends or family go anywhere else but this establishment. read more

Sunday lunch close to home, and this place is great on the budget -- 2 for $20 which includes an appetizer and two entrees. We had the crispy onion & jalapeño stack (yummy fried spicy goodness) and for entrees the Cajun chicken pasta and chicken fajitas. I came in tonight after waiting almost an hour across the way at Black Angus. After deciding I no longer was going to wait, I called Chili's and asked how long the wait was. I was told 10-15 minutes and placed on the call-ahead list. When I walked in the door, I waited less than 5 minutes and was seated. Service was kind of slow - granted, my server Mandi had several party tables, and was very busy with those, but I waited quite awhile for my appetizer - Skillet con Queso - and she didn't bring it out, her partner did. I guess at Chili's they have "serving buddies" - so every table really has two servers - I get it, that way if one server is busy, the other can help. No worries. I normally go to a different Chili's which has faster service. But moving on. The Skillet con Queso was watery - almost like soup - I stirred it around for a bit and added salt and pepper so there was flavor, but I pretty much ate it because I was starving, although, if I had never had it before, and didn't know it could be better, I would NEVER order it again based off the queso I had tonight. I ordered a 10 ounce sirlon cooked Medium (pink throughout, hint of red in the center), loaded mashed potatoes, and a side of the mac&cheese (it's so good). When I received my food, the presentation was awful. There was steak juice EVERYWHERE on the plate, and the mashed potatoes were soggy because of it. Did they just get a new cook, because even the mashed potatoes were watery. Maybe it was a watery-food theme this weekend because of all the rain we were having this week? Let's talk about the steak. I ordered the steak Medium. My first bite, from the end, was beyond well done - flavorless, and this was a thick steak. I cut into the center, hoping for some pink - nope - nothing but grey. But I was in a hurry, so I asked for some Worcestershire sauce, so at least I could have a LITTLE flavor with my steak. To be fair to my server, she did ask me if I had cut into the steak, and if it was ok. I told her it was well done, and I had ordered medium, but I would stay with it. I didn't WANT to, but I didn't have the time to wait for a new steak to be cooked for me. I expected her to send a manager out, or at least give me a discount on my check - neither of which happened. I paid the full $16.29 for the steak. Needless to say, this will be my last time at this location, which is fine. There was one redeeming thing - when I was being seated, I noticed a deaf patron signing with my server, and she signed back, fluently. I mentioned to her that was cool, and she mentioned she went to school for ASL. There need to be more servers who know ASL. All I can say is I will NEVER come back! This review is based solely on the experiences I've had in the bar area. My 1st visit was so-so. Apparently we arrived just before the kitchen closed so we had to order drinks & food within 5min of sitting down. The waitress was nice & we got our order in a decent time but that was after I had to pick 3 different drinks because the bar was out of certain alcohol/mixers. 2nd chance: so I return again in the evening with friends & order drinks. Not only was the bar AGAIN out of alcohol/mixers but the waitress was such a royal snot that my friend nearly punched her! She gave us major attitude in a valley girl manner & basically stated "well you came to chili's to drink, that was your 1st mistake, you should have gone somewhere else if you wanted to drink". Advice taken sweetheart...I'll NEVER return. For the sake of proving a point we ordered anyway (I wanted to make her SERVE us) but quickly learned her attitude had a hint of warning. With 1 bartender & 1 waitress (both of which would completely disappear from the room) the wait took 30min to get 3 drinks & 1 appetizer. On a lesser note the menus were sticky & gross (I'm sure from a history of spilled/dripped drinks on them). TIP TO MGMT: wipe your menus!!! So why 1 star if this place is sooooo horrible? I live in this city and I drive to the chili's in another city because in the 10 yrs that I have liked here I have NEVER had good service here. They are rude, took long to seat us and even when we sat at the bar for 20 min while the bartender and waitress argued over who was taking our order then moved us to the restaurant side , the manager didn't even come to apologize to us or even comp at least a soda or something. First off I'm giving only 2 stars cuz the staff was really good and attentive but the food was not up to par the enchilada soup was Luke warm at best but the worst part of the meal were the ribs . Both my wife and I ordered a half rack and brisket quesadillas. Chili's is Chili's ... it is your neighborhood bar/grill that is pretty much popular place in your major cities; which everyone has gone too. Haven't been to this location in a while, and it seems they cleaned it up a bit. Walked right in on a Saturday night with no waiting longer than five minutes which was great for a weekend. The hostess was nice, greeted with a smile, and when we sat down - our waiter attended us quickly. I forget our waiters name, but she was really nice, fun, and gave her honest opinion about their new dishes; mexican food. I've been here plenty of times, so was very familiar with the menu - ordered some Santa Fe Egg-rolls as an appetizer splitting through their Triple-Dipper with others at my table. No big deal, but combined with their Avocado Ranch Dressing - they are a winner for me from Chili's. My "go-to" here is their Cajun Chicken (or shrimp) pasta, hold the tomatoes. But, for some odd reason - seeing their new mexcan dishes - I went for it. Tried their Sour Creme Enchilada, Green Chili Enchilada, and Beef Tostada. The green enchilada was actually better than I thought. The sour creme one; not so much. The black beans were tasty, but everything kind of fell as expected. I would not say it was bad, and actually liked the green chili enchilada. I knew what I was getting myself into, and for your neighborhood restaurant - it was fine. We went to Chilis on Friday for dinner and Saturday for Lunch (pick-up). My wife was not impressed...in the least! Last night, she ordered the Quesadilla Explosion Salad...the salad was brown, there was hardly any black beans in the corn and black bean salsa and the dressing was way too sweet. I ordered the half-order of ribs...they were mediocre at best. The ONLY good thing from last night was the White Spinach Queso. Then, today, my wife ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta. I recently visited chili, I ordered online and paid with a credit card..but later I looked at the credit card transaction I was charged a different amount (more) than what I agreed to pay. And when picked up the food one order was wrong but I couldn't get off I had my baby with me. Called in and ordered to go. Went to go pick it up and they marked it for here (as dine in). I called in and said i want to order to go. I have no idea why they marked for dine in. The bartender was super nice who helped us out but she asked a short little blonde girl with fake eyebrows to help out and had attitude. I read her lips and she didnt want to do anything. So hands down this has to be the best chilis in the area for multiple reasons... So I frequent chilis quite a bit maybe once to twice a week it's literally my favorite restaurant. I usually come with my bestie or my brothers. At this location I usually get one of 3 servers who are all amazing . I recommend sitting in the dining area vs. the bar service is a bit quicker. The menu is always good and constantly adding new items. I highly recommend the ancho salmon it's always cooked perfectly and seasoned so deliciously. I would also recommend the Dr Pepper bbq ribs. Super tasty and have a lot of meat on them. If your not already a rewards member i recommend signing up its very simple and the rewards add up semi fast. The ziosk make paying fast and easy no waiting for the check. All in all this location is pretty good! read more

I GOT FOOD POISONING LAST NIGHT TILL NOW. Me and my partner were eating the same hot wings, but I was the only one dipping in blue cheese. After about an hour of eating (we eat kinda slow and had other food), I had to go bathroom cause my stomach started churning and feeling sharp pains. Upon my way back I took a glance at the kitchen cause I thought I can go through, and I noticed the floors are dirty and the kitchen looked untidy. After our meal and on our way home, my symptoms got worse and I spent the remainder of the night in my bathroom and feeling in pain. This was our first dine in since COVID-19. We chose to eat at Chili's. We had to wait a bit for our table. We were surprised to see that a few of the employees, including our server, had their face masks under their noses and chins, which is not what is recommended by the CDC. After many months, we tried this place to check out how it changed after their recent remodel. I must say the bar interior is much improved with the layout of the TV's ( we went in on a Sunday afternoon during the football playoffs) and the bartender was very friendly unlike the customer-hating ex-prison guard that was there bartending during our last visit. Had appetizers which were the usual Chili's so-so quality. Overall, not too bad. The only real negative is the restroom still smelled like a urine processing lab and needed some janitorial attention. read more

I mean you cannot go wrong at Chili's. This review is about the service at this location. This place has some of the worst service ever. Time and time again, I come here and it is always the same. I'm thinking that the servers must be taking on too many tables. They are very unattentive. They don't come around to refill your drinks. You hardly ever see your server again and have to try to get the attention of any one else that walks by. Everyone seems like they just want to avoid you. On one occasion my friend and I never saw our server again. When our meal was almost over my friend went into their kitchen and refilled his own drink! Sounds crazy but it turns out that our server left her shift with out letting anyone know. Our meal was comped. This location is terrible. read more

I love this place and it never disappoints. Service is fast and good is always great no matter what you order. The best thing for me is the service. I have been to other places such as Bardot in Claremont and the Chili staff is the best ever. My hubby ya and I love coming to this particular Chili's. It's down the street from our house & we ride out bikes for a night of good food & drinks. The service has always been good. I love Chili's. This place is great for families, dates, anything. Most of the food isn't the healthiest food ever but they also have plenty of salads and other healthy things. Everything on the menu is on the more expensive side, including the drinks. The service is average and the atmosphere is nice but nothing great. The food is neither great nor terrible. It's a whole lot better that comparable places such as T.G.I. Friday's, which I have name T.G.I I found a toilet in time! This is not to say that I dislike Chili's. In fact, I'm a huge fan of Chili's as far as chain restaurants go. However, I will not be stopping by this particular location any time soon if ever. So my buddy and I were in a bit of a hurry to get to a concert so we decided to sit at the bar. First thing is first, the bartender did not ask us if we needed menus and once we did ask, took quite some time to get them to us. Then, it takes another 15 minutes for us to order. And finally, it takes them another 20 minutes to bring us our food. Now seeing that we were at the bar, a nice bartender might have made all the difference. However, we had two absentminded bartenders who would ask us if we wanted something and then end up not bringing it. At one point, both bartenders knew we wanted water but we didn't end up getting any during the course of our meal. Oh yeah, and the tacos... not too impressive.
