Smokehouse Combo Pick 3

So was in the area and stopped by The food good and staff provided great service. We got the following Chilli's Strawberry lemonade Smokehouse combo 3 choice ULTIMATE CAJUN PASTA Triple dipper

Service from the beginning was not so great, but the server that served us was good. The host was pretty rude from the start, while checking in she asked if the whole party was here and I said they are in the parking lot making their way in. Then she replied, "well they need to be all in here!", as soon as she said that my whole party was outside waiting, I then told her we are all here, she looked at me rudely and said, " well you have to wait, we are still getting your table ready!!" If you're the first person the customer sees you need to work on the way you talk to them and you need to work on your attitude. Our server on the other hand was very attentive and made sure our drinks were filled. Our orders were taken in a timely matter and food came out faster than usual. Food was good and I enjoyed the rack of ribs. The ribeye steak was also good and also enjoyed the loaded potato soup (pricey for the cup of soup). All in all at the end of the night we left full and content but the experience we had from the beginning was so unpleasant.

Experienced an issue with pick up order but, Chanel took care of it and fixed the situation. The food tasted good and was well prepared.

Came on a Thursday night and the place was packed! There were plenty of people waiting for tables, but the host told us that the wait would be about 20-25 minutes, so we decided to wait. When we got on the waitlist, it was through Yelp! I didn't realize I could've done it before we even left home! But it's okay because we only waited around 15 minutes before getting seated at the high tables. Our server, Jayson, was nice and friendly and super attentive especially for how busy it was. We got our water right away and didn't wait long for our pupus. We ordered the bottomless chips and the 8 piece wings. my husband got the Nashville hot, and I got the sweet chili. Both flavours were 10/10! I could've easily eaten a dozen myself. For our mains, my husband went with his usual Triple Dipper. His fried mozzarella didn't have that cheese pull this time, but he still loved it. I had the margarita grilled chicken with Mexican rice and subbed the beans for broccoli. I was worried the chicken would be dry, but it was actually super juicy! The broccoli was a bit softer than how I'd normally cook it. But it's okay. All in all, we had a good meal, great service, and awesome time. We'll definitely be back and next time, we're getting on that waitlist early! Also bring a sweater, it was kinda cold!

For being such a busy night, the resturant wasn't that loud. Our waiter was on point. We sat down, got our drinks and our chips. In about 15-minutes, our meals were served to us. The food was on point. We really enjoyed our meal.

I would like to provide an update since my last review. After my last review reflecting my last experience that wasn't positive, Chanel, who I believe is their public relations manager reached out to me to get more information on my experience. After our conversation, I agreed to give Chili's another chance. My family and I stopped in earlier this month after my sister's Hula performance. My experience was a lot better. Upon being seated, our waitress greeted us right away and took our drink orders. It was a busy Saturday night. She came back and took our orders. I had shared with her a card that I had created that listed my food allergies for her to share with the chef. My order came out perfectly and it was delicious! I want to thank Chanel and the staff for making my experience a lot better.

Two choice; chicken tostada and chicken quesadilla.

Also, why isn't the outside seating open?? Especially on a nice day, we gotta be able to sit outside and enjoy Hawaii weather!! Short staffed? Hire more! Part-time? Seasonal? Food: gotta bring back the free chips and salsa with a Yelp check-in!!!! The people will come!!

stopped by Chili's in Mililani Towne Center for lunch, and it was exactly the kind of experience you hope for when you revisit a place after years away. The food delivers everything you expect from Chili's -- bold flavors, comforting classics, and sauces that absolutely hit the mark. Their ranch, queso, avocado, and mozzarella sauces were all on point and really elevated everything I ordered. The menu has definitely changed since the last time I was here, but in a good way. Plenty of options, and everything felt fresh and familiar at the same time. Around 1:00 pm the restaurant was surprisingly quiet, which made for a relaxing lunch. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. A special shoutout to my server, Daphne. Even though she's still in training, she was completely on top of things -- attentive, friendly, and confident. She made the whole experience even better. Overall, a great choice for lunch and a solid reminder of why Chili's remains a go‑to spot for casual dining. Marie

Chips and Salsa, Hatch Queso didn't come out yet. Poke containers for salsa?

Technically should be a 3.5 star review. There were 2 hosts for once and they were kind and prompt with service. Sat at the bar booth with 2 others. Bartender was friendly and prompt, service was great and the wait wasn't bad. Lost 1 star by using a plastic 8oz cup for the salsa that we ordered. Odd because that's usually a back of house or takeout thing. It's the ones we get when purchasing 1/2 lb poke. Looks like there was enough bowls another dishes to make it a little nicer. Kudos to the lady working Expo in the kitchen, she had them rolling with food coming out, even asking for runners. Timing on plates were great (for once). Lost a 1/2 star there, there was no music or TV playing, so you could hear EVERYTHING from the kitchen. Not that anything bad was heard, just customers don't want to hear someone yelling...RUNNER! Overall pretty good considering.

The new menu must have been part a f an upgrade to the service as well. The host was attentive and efficient. The wait staff made the experience like if was for football games. I don't mind paying more for good food with portions to match. I have had three excellent meals with my family and can say they are back.

Food was good, Chillis always has very generous portions sizes. We really enjoyed the honey chipotle mozzarella sticks. The shark attack margarita was great, very sweet but also huge. The restaurant itself is clean, bathrooms were clean, our daughter liked all the pretty glasses. Service was where they excelled, our server Emilio was a sweetheart. Answered all our questions and checked on us often. Left very full

The Firecracker Chicken tasted amazing with sesame seeds and savory hot garlic sauce. Some of fried pieces were chicken skin alone. They were short staff tonight. Big kudos and huge gratitude to our Server for being gracious, kind and providing outstanding customer service from beverage refills, extra napkins and to go container despite having to work a double shift this evening. At least like 4-5 other tables sat besides us. We got: * Mozzarella sticks: 7/10 pretty basic, tastes like store bought frozen cheese sticks refried (pretty sure it is) * Breakfast Burrito: My friend said this is always his go-to. I didn't get to try, but he seemed to really enjoy it. Super cheesy it seems o Side of buttermilk pancakes: 8/10, solid, a hefty side to have. * SPECIAL: Cheeseburger Omelet: 8.8/10. I requested for no pickles. This was pretty good, I probably would have requested for the mustard and kictehced to be on the side so I could portion it a bit better o Side of hashbrowns: 8.2/10. Solid side to have. I wish it was crispy on both sides though. The bottom side be lacking in color. The service was friendly but they were lowkey lacking on the speed. The side of pancakes came first, then the mozzarella sticks came a few minutes later. Then 10ish minutes later I got my omelet. Then 10 more minutes and my friend got his burrito and that's when I got my hashbrowns.

Would have appreciated a water refill but we just took the kids water and poured that into our cups. The only time our server came back was to give us our check when we were almost done eating. Over all, the location is perfect and great community to be in. Wish their prices were better for the portions they serve/quality and service needs to be a little more attentive. They're located inside the Donquijote Food Court and have ample seating inside as well as outside. I went with the Wagyu burger, fries, and tossed salad, and all three were very tasty. The burger was juicy and flavorful, the fries were salty and crispy on the outside, and the tossed salad was light and the dressing paired perfectly with it. One thing to keep in mind: they make everything fresh to order, so the wait can be a little longer than your typical quick-service spot. I actually think the freshness is worth the extra time, but it's something to be aware of if you're in a hurry. Also tried the Apple Mint Mojito, which was delicious--light, refreshing, and a great complement to the burger. One tip: If you prefer your burger more well-done, definitely let them know when you order. The burger can come out on the rarer/juicier side, so communicate your preferred doneness upfront. Overall, a tasty meal with quality ingredients and a nice made-to-order feel. 5/5 stars and I'd definitely come back.

Finding out it was conveniently located near where I live right by the Pearl City Don Quijote, I put it on my list to visit soon. Right before visiting, I decided to take a look at the Yelp reviews to see what others were enjoying at this establishment. To my surprise, the French toast bites didn't even seem to pop up on anyone's reviews...and if it did on a few of them, it wasn't the greatest reviews. Looking at the reviews and pictures did pique my interest in their hot sandwiches. I ended up getting the Prime French Dip and the Prime Rib & Avocado Pesto Sando. Each came with a freshmix green salad with house-made raspberry vinaigrette. Although this wasn't what I came for initially, I must say that I was extremely impressed by these sandwiches. The prime rib slices had great flavor! I only ate half and saved the rest to eat the next day. Threw it in the air fryer and it came out just as wonderful as the first time I ate it. Impressive! I also got the mango matcha latte. They also have a strawberry matcha latte, but I've had that at so many other places that I thought I'd try something different. It was good, but don't think I'd get it again. While their actual business is a very small space, you can eat your food in the dining room just outside their door that is shared with the Don Quijote food court. Lots of space to wait for your food and dine in there. Prices are a little high here, but I guess that's kind of expected everywhere nowadays. There is a reward program if you type in your phone number. With the two sandwiches and two drinks that we purchased, they said we could get a mini The NAKs (the French toast bites I had mentioned previously) on our next visit. That's pretty cool!

However, they told me they don't take reservations and to just walk in. Well, we got there and had to wait 58 minutes before we got seated. Pro tip: just have them put you down on the list. Don't listen about not taking reservations for large parties. I found out after that a group of 8 got reservations for 6:30 so I was quite unhappy about that. It didn't help that there was a table with 3 people who were there since 3pm (it was already 7:58 at this point) who were still occupying the tables and the staff couldn't make them leave. They eventually moved them to another smaller table, but they could have done that sooner, just saying. Not the restaurant's complete fault, people can be extremely inconsiderate but there maybe should be a system for dealing with these types of situations. All they had were empty bottles, they were not ordering anything. Anyway, we finally got seated, and as expected, the food didn't disappoint. We got the Tasty Chicken (always a must), boneless kalbi (super tender and flavorful), loco moco (one of the best on the island) and oxtail soup (theirs is pretty solid). We also got pumpkin crunch, strawberry crunch, and cream cheese brownie. Everything was amazing as usual and they all said it was the best food they had on-island during their trip. The food was worth the wait, but, that wait could've truly been avoided. It's not somewhere you take a first date unless you are bowling because it is super loud. It is located in an out of the way, not really scenic spot. Parking can be a bear. But it remains to be one of those tried and true "local" spots that never fail to please. *Rating is solely for the food and reliability of the excellent flavors and quality of the food

Restaurant 604: Great Food, Fantastic Service, and a Million-Dollar Pearl Harbor View!…read more BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front): Fantastic island-style food, generous portions, reasonable prices, outstanding service, and one of the most unique waterfront dining locations on Oahu! Whether you're stopping in for a business lunch, enjoying cocktails at sunset, or celebrating with friends, Restaurant 604 delivers a wonderful experience. Definitely worth the drive! The Details: Located just outside Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Restaurant 604 occupies the second floor of a waterfront building overlooking Rainbow Marina and the historic waters of Pearl Harbor. It's a terrific location that combines delicious local food, a relaxed island atmosphere, and beautiful marina views! I suspect most military personnel stationed in the area, along with plenty of locals, are already familiar with this little gem. It's a popular gathering spot for everything from casual lunches to military hail and farewell celebrations. And for good reason! Today, I suggested Restaurant 604 for a business lunch with several teammates and colleagues. Having enjoyed this establishment on numerous previous occasions, I knew it would be an excellent choice. I'm happy to report that everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves! For my lunch, I couldn't resist ordering one of my all-time Hawaiian favorites, Kalua Pig with rice and macaroni salad! The serving was enormous, with a generous mound of delicious shredded pork topped with green onions, accompanied by two scoops of rice and a hearty helping of creamy mac salad. Now THAT'S what I call an epic island plate lunch! My colleagues explored other parts of the menu, ordering dishes including teriyaki salmon, chicken katsu, and fish tacos with avocado and jalapeños. Everyone seemed equally pleased with their selections. The portions here are substantial, the food is delicious, and the prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the location! Another highlight of today's visit was our wonderful waitress, Brittany! She was absolutely phenomenal! Friendly, attentive, personable, and genuinely interested in making sure our entire group had an enjoyable experience. Great service can elevate an already excellent meal, and Brittany certainly accomplished that today! Along with other huge tables. Seriously she did a phenomenal job juggling a ton of customers! Since this was a business lunch, we skipped the cocktails. However, I can personally attest that Restaurant 604 also has a terrific bar! Over the years, I've spent many enjoyable evenings here sipping cocktails, exchanging stories and friendly banter, and watching the sun slowly settle over Pearl Harbor. There's something special about enjoying a cold drink while overlooking the sailboats and marina with the Hawaiian trade winds drifting through. The open-air dining area, nautical decor, surfboards suspended overhead, and panoramic waterfront views give this place a distinctive island personality. It's casual, comfortable, and welcoming, exactly what you want from a great Hawaiian waterfront restaurant. And here's a fun little bit of trivia: Restaurant 604 has even welcomed the legendary Jimmy Buffett over the years! I have a nice picture of him with my friend Bryant. Somehow, that seems entirely appropriate for a place where the waterfront atmosphere practically begs you to kick back with a tropical cocktail. Rest in peace, Jimmy! Fins up! Final Thoughts: Restaurant 604 is much more than just another place to grab a bite. It's a wonderful gathering spot where great food, friendly people, military camaraderie, and beautiful Hawaiian scenery all come together. Whether you're stationed at Pearl Harbor, visiting the nearby historic attractions, or simply looking for a great meal away from the Waikiki crowds, I highly recommend stopping by. Come hungry, bring some friends, and if you have the time, stick around for sunset. The food will fill your belly, the service will lift your spirits, and the view just might convince you to stay for another round! Aloha!

Despite having a free birthday meal of up to $24, our meal was still quite expensive despite not getting any drinks or desserts. I think after tax and tip, it was around $80 out of pocket. Yikes. Fortunately Husband's work was paying for it, and fortunately it was his birthday so it took off $24 but wow. Good thing the food was yum!
